I am a regular guest at this hotel and each time I really enjoyed my stay. I just spent 18 nights at this property and everything, from the arrival to departure, was exceptionnally perfect. The service in the room as well as in other hotel facilities was outstanding. Staffs very competent and ready to assist at any moment. The diner buffet is very good and offers the best middle-East/ International choices. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. One can also enjoy the very clean natural sand beach. My congratulations to all staffs.

We have just returned from a 7 Night stay and cannot recommend enough. Forget any reviews talking about construction works because I didn't notice it much. What you have to remember that Dubai is a rapidly growing city and there is construction virtually everywhere. If you want complete silence then don't holiday in a city. Regarding staff, we found them going above and beyond their responsibilities. Kumara who works around the pool was fantastic. He would give great advise on restaurants and even do the booking for us. Our room (4046) has very nice decor and more that enough space for 2 people. Our cleaner was very attentive and visited our room at least twice a day. During our visit my wife had a birthday and the hotel even sent her a cake and flowers to our room, which was a nice touch. Restaurants are plentiful and to a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed Nina (Indian) , The beach bar and grill had amazing stakes. A must is booking the boat and eating at 101. The only negative was Olives (buffy style) found the food ok but the service was more 3 star than 5 star. But this is only picking at bone and not worth mentioning really. We Stayed on our own without the kids for the first time in 12 years but will defiantly be staying again with our 3 kids Yes food and drinks can be pricey, but that's Dubai as a whole not just the Hotel. If you want cheap drinks and food then go to a 3 star all inclusive in Majorca. If you want a 5 star service and surroundings with quality food and drinks then this is the place. Once again many thanks

The hotel is extremely expensive for what it has to offer. The trouble started with the reservation which messed up the dates and ignored clarification emails. There are plenty of personnel but they are not well trained and the quantity does not translate into quality. Management is almost non existent - you rarely see them and you definitely do not feel they work hard. The beach is good but nobody says at time of booking that there is a lot of construction going on just 100-200 meters away and you feel like on a construction site. These are the two main problems - poorly trained staff, including management and construction in front of you. The hotel, as it is now, does not provide a value for money

Once again a perfect stay here. This time the weather was much improved on February and we had a couple of friends spend time with us who also felt tis was the best hotel they have stayed in. All the restaurants are still at the top of their game and the staff just amazing.

I stayed at the Arabian court for 10 days with my family. We have stayed in Dubai many times previously. We had adjoining rooms which were lovely and were very well cleaned daily. We were looked after extremely well by Athanasios, Kumara, Anjesh and Primal by the pool everyday, they provided us with lots of drinking water and fruit throughout the day. They made our time around the pool extra special.. nothing was too much for them!! Our children were kept busy playing games in the pool with the hotel entertainment. They especially liked the water sports. We went to the rotisserie for breakfast everyday they had a wide range of food to choose from, the chefs were always very helpful. Jithin and Yogesh were outstanding members of staff who took the time every day to talk to us and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at this hotel made our stay that extra bit special and it really felt 5 star. We hope to return next year.
