The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Great hotel, right on the beach. Very quiet felt like you were away from hustle and bustle of the marina. Great evening service on turn downs from Gopal-Herbert, very friendly and attentive.

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton on the recommendation of a friend (his 4th or 5th visit) and it cannot be faulted. As a base for 6 of us as we visited the final golf tournament of the DP World Tour, the Hotel itself is a pleasant change to the mighty sky scraper hotels that surrounds it. I would recommend Club Lounge rooms, which allowed us to relax in relative peace for breakfast and a light lunch ( all included) and became our meeting point at dinner, before we dined in Blue Jade, Splendido and the BBQ based beach restaurant. All were superb. There is nothing to fault at this hotel. The strawberry Cocktails in the swim up pool bar are lethal!!

My husband and I have just had a superb 12 day stay at the Ritz Carlton, JBR, Dubai. We upgraded to Club Lounge access and were glad we did. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options were more than enough for us, the food and service was excellent. We have stayed in many hotels and would say that our room was one of the best. Can we say thank you to Alamin, Zubane and Guhung who kept the room immaculate every day. The hotel is very well situated for JBR, Dubai Marina and the tram. The gym was well equipped and again the team there were always welcoming and friendly, as were the Spa team. Overall, we were so pleased that we stayed here and would definitely recommend it and hopefully, it won’t be too long before we are back again. Our thanks to everyone at the hotel for making us feel so welcome.

We've just returned from another wonderful week at the Ritz Carlton. All the staff are so polite and helpful however we particularly wished to mention and thank Ritu & Mamta at the Club Lounge, Vijay & Shevin who looked after our room and Kamal & Irwan from the pool area. The staff at Ritz Carlton work so hard to ensure the guests have a wonderful time and we hope that all guests treat them with the respect they deserve. We look forward to returning again next year. We stayed for 9 nights and had a fantastic holiday. The service first of all was fantastic from everyone, as a family we couldn’t have asked for more. Especially from the restaurant team of Hihn and Mona on the restaurant welcome desk. They were great with our daughter, played and went above and beyond to make her stay so happy! The quality of the hotel is first class, lots of amenities for families and children. Multiple pools and lovely beach which was private. Our room had two double bed which were great and spacious, cleanliness was great. We ate at the various restaurant as we were half board, food was lovely and service very good. You can also use half board to join Saturday Brunch, which again was great quality, amazing choice and variety, one of the best brunches and we have been to a few including the Mina a Salam before. All the staff were great, location fantastic for The Walk and connecting tram/metro. Our best stay in Dubai on our 5th visit. Thank you for a great holiday everyone, I hope management see this and recognise their staff - it is them that made the stay so special.
