The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

A fantastic hotel, not high rise, in lovely grounds with a private beach area. Because you are in JBR Dubai do not expect the surrounding area to be quiet, it is very noisy at times due to beach bars and music venues. The rooms remain generally well insulated from the noise. Food is excellent, fantastic choice at breakfast buffet. We were on half board and would eat at Splendido or Amaseena most nights. Both offer lovely food and excellent service. However, for us, Amaseena stood out for the atmosphere, the astonishing array of excellent dishes and the best service we have probably ever received in a restaurant !. A really memorable part of the holiday. The atmosphere of this hotel is simple professionalism with fantastic service from all staff, absolutely superb. The housekeeping staff are excellent, if rarely seen, and the towel animals are always a delight when you return to your room. We stayed here for a family holiday in December 2025. the Ritz Carlton, Jameriah Beach was an absolute pleasure to stay at. From the moment you arrive until the sad day you have to leave it was an absolute pleasure. With the first point of contact by concierge through to reception everything was seamless making checking in and out very straight forward. The room was lovely and spacious with 2 queen size beds, a dressing area and separate bathroom. The balcony had a great view over the pool, sea and partial view of the palm. The view allowed to also see the nightly light and laser show. Every day the cleaners were exceptional followed by the turn down service in the evening. Armin, Subash and Kanan were all lovely and helpful. The restaurants were superb with all food being thoughtfully prepared. We particularly liked the Italian with portion sizes generous and flavours fantastic. Amaseena buffet was very good with a mix of different food styles and chefs providing lots of explanation. The pool area was lovely with lots of space and very attentive staff. Beach sun beds had lovely mattresses and towels with free water, random ice lollies and fruit being provided throughout the day. Thanks to all the staff particularly the team at the Italian restaurant. We will be returning next year!

It was an outstanding hospitality and an exceptional experience. I am so glad that I chose this hotel to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday — it turned a very special milestone into a truly unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the entire hotel team delivered warm, attentive service. Every interaction reflected professionalism, care, and a genuine desire to make our stay meaningful , and memorable. I would especially like to mention Sachith Krishna, whose dedication, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Very good sakhti and raj was very good and very helpful sakhti remembered us from when we came 2 years ago which was very good

This is the second time Sakhti has been our attendant during our stays here and each time he has been amazing. He and Raj have attended our room each evening and have gone above and beyond for our children. Sakhti remembered our 5 year old son from our last visit which made the experience more memorable.
