Great brunch spot with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The location is nice, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy brunch. Special thanks to Sai Ravi and Rithu for their excellent service—they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Stayed here on a long Transit through Dubai, with my family. The suites are spacious and super clean. Everything is luxurious and top notch. The only draw is that food options are limited and they close early.

It’s our fourth year in a row here - and it is still magnificent. This year it is more cosy - less crowds. Special thanks for Caravan team - Maria, Amit, James, Shyam, Indra, Mukesh, Sai, Martha and all the team.

It’s our first day - wanted to say thanks to the team , James and Sai for prompt service. Having morning coffee and fruits is an important part of breakfast for us.

We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, JBR Dubai, and while the hotel may be one of the older properties in Dubai, its exceptional service has never faded. A special thank you to Reda for the warm welcome during check-in. He immediately made us feel valued and even asked if we would like a late check-out. Such a thoughtful gesture, as this is something every guest truly appreciates. It showed genuine care and attention to guest comfort right from the start. What impressed us even more was the personalized touch during our stay. My husband is Dutch, and on the day the Netherlands was playing a football match, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary treat along with a thoughtful note wishing the team good luck. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel truly special and showed how much attention the team pays to their guests. These are the little details that turn a great stay into a memorable one. Another highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast. The selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Everything was beautifully presented, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. During check-out, the staff took the time to ask how our stay had been, which made us feel that our experience genuinely mattered to them. What impressed me even more was when one of the staff members noticed I was carrying two pieces of luggage and kindly took them from me without hesitation. It was a simple act, but one that reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton JBR may have been around for many years, but the level of service remains truly world-class. Thank you to Reda and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We will definitely be back.
