An absolutely marvellous place in JBR Dubai
We have spent a wonderful week at the Ritz Carlton at JBR Dubai Extremely well located to enjoy JBR area, most happening place in Dubai. Something for all tourists in Dubai whether with family or as couples The hotel is an oasis amongst the high rises. Beautiful property. Private beach and beach club. Many wonderful restaurants on site. Close to some happening places for a night out. There Spa is excellent and not crowded. Staff is excellent. They take pride in knowing the guests and addressing them by name. Our 32nd wedding anniversary was a special day with wishes from the staff, a decorated Lemon Tart at breakfast and a cake delivered to the room, that was decorated Overall we had a great time and have already started planning our next visit

Pure luxury at its finest
My husband and I have just returned from the most magical stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai, we could not fault the hotel, services and staff. Our room was beautiful and had everything we could want or need. The gentlemen that cleaned our room each day left it spotless and were so kind and friendly. The breakfast choice was fantastic, especially the selection of fruit on offer. We dined in all the resturants and thoroughly enjoyed each meal and the service provided - all of the staff, from the room attendants to the security guards are a credit to the hotel, super helpful, approachable and friendly. The grounds were stunning, not a leaf out of place and the pools were lovely and warm. Honestly it’s a 10/10 for us.

This is our 5th time visiting ritz carlton and even though staff members haves changed standards are the same. Nisha the housekeeper was very pleasant and polite and did a great job maintaining the rooms we had a family room and nothing was too mich trouble. Thanks for making the stay enjoyable

Wonderful stay in Dubai
Gopal - Herbert was great! Our room was cleaned very nicely and service was very attentive. Loved our stay here!! Great for the whole family
