The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Out of the world experience. Never felt more safe and taken care of before in a hotel. We arrived Dubai early in the morning at 8am. Tired and weary, the team at Ritz Carlton is definitely here to help! They manage to secure an early check in for us and we were so grateful! Room is spacious, clean, and staffs are so friendly and courteous. Truly 6 star standards. But for this hotel, I will give it a 7 stars. Why? My daughter lost her silver ring at the hotel’s private beach. We were searching but couldn’t find it. The sand is so fine, it’s not possible. We informed the guard Vishnu that’s on duty at the beach, thinking that he will just take our room number and just inform us when found. To our amazement, he informed the supervisor Faizal, and staffs were activated to do a search for the ring with metal detectors!!! Wow!!! A supervisor and 2 security were searching intensely for the ring with the metal detector and a sand scoop for an hour. As the sun was setting down, search is difficult. We decided to let it go. We truly appreciate their help. They are Faizal, Vishnu and Joseph. Thank you so much for making us feel so cared for and safe. And to the team in Ritz Carlton, you guys nailed it! You made our stay here so perfect. From the reception, to housekeeping, to room service, breakfast etc etc etc. you guys have far exceeded our expectations. My family and I are delighted to be here. We hope to come back here again!

We stayed in the hotel for a week and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff did everything to make us feel like VIPs at all times, everybody was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very luxurious and comfortable, all our needs were met before we even had a chance to ask for anything. The hotel was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the choice of restaurants and amenities was really great. It deserves more than 5 stars for sure, we can’t thank all the staff enough for their dedication and fantastic work they do!

It was a real pleasure to spend our vacation in this hotel. The services were extraordinary, as were all the staff. I must mention that Nisha Subash and Karan were extraordinary throughout the stay, providing services at the highest levels. Regards

We have had an absolutely delightful and amazing experience at the RC. The service has been excellent from start to finish, it has been a marvelous first stay. We were celebrating 2 occasions on this trip, and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations.  A special thanks and merit to Anastasia and the team, Mukesh, Tracy and also not forgetting the house keeping team who were always attentive to detail while servicing our room on a daily basis- everything we asked was no trouble, so well spoken and polite at all times.  We are truly grateful for all the teams efforts, and look forward to returning to the RC Dubai in the near future.  We are extremely likely to recommend staying at RC to family & friends.
