Saikiran, roko , James gave wonderful service the breakfast was the best we’ve had in the 7 weeks of travel

We recently spent 3 nights here and wow. This was our 8th trip to Dubai and first at this hotel and WOW, the service is 10/10. We only had a short stay to break up travel on our way home and the last night was our wedding anniversary, we’d booked Blue Jade that morning via the lady who’s positioned outside of Caravan and it was mentioned in passing and this led to room decoration from house keeping, a cake and table decoration at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurants are great (the guy at Tamoka came to find me outside to let me know my main was ready when I was because I was trying to get our toddler to sleep), Evy at Blue Jade made a bracelet for our daughter and a little note referencing Bluey after seeing her sticker book, the chefs at Caravan bring your eggs to your table! The guys at reception took a family Polaroid of us when we were checking out, which is a lovely keepsake when it’s difficult to get photos with a toddler! We’ve stayed in 5* resorts before but this one really stood out to us, would 100% return.

Very chilled relaxed holiday, hotel was clean tidy and staff couldn’t do more to help Bedrooms were spotless and cleaned daily to high standard, we touched like the animals left Few nights we came back to some fruit or small cakes

May family and I just spent 4 wonderful days in Dubai. We stayed at The Ritz Carlton Dubai and if was perfect. The facilities, the rooms, swimming pools, beach, but above all the staff. The couldn’t be more nice, professional and ready to do everything possible to make our experience memorable. I can’t remember all the names, but I have to mention some on behalf of all of them. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely top-notch—beautifully maintained, elegant, and luxurious in every way. What made this stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service were evident throughout my stay. One of the most thoughtful moments occurred during breakfast. The staff asked where I was from, and to my surprise, they prepared a traditional dish from my country just for me, even though it wasn't on the menu. That level of personalized care and hospitality is something you rarely experience, and it made me feel truly valued as a guest. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for world-class service, outstanding hospitality, and a luxury experience that goes above and beyond, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning again and again.
