The best of the best , even the cost is really high but it’s my the most enjoyable vacation after the visited Taiwan , I got a meeting for the 75th anniversary celebration with one of famous University in Tamsui Taiwan and I had really enjoyed the hotel in here and Taiwan

We stayed 12 nights in Dubai. First 6 nights in Raffles hotel, and we really thought the second week we keep “the better hotel” for later. We were wrong. From the first minute we arrived, we felt no respect, no friendly attitude, and basically the high school of anti-hospitality. No kind word, no “thank you,” nothing. Many times we had the feeling we should be happy just to be here, not like real guests who paid for a 5 star hotel. We had to find our room by ourselves with 4 big bags, like nobody cares and it is not their job. We had half board. On the first dinner they put on the bill something extra we didn’t know is paid. They removed it later, and management sent us the usual email “if you need anything, just let us know.” After that there were two more dinner bill problems — things we didn’t eat or the whole dinner calculated à la carte. We didn’t talk to management anymore, only to the waiter, and only on the third try it was correct. Later we actually needed one small favor, and we sent an email. We NEVER got any answer. So I ask: why they send these “we are here for you” emails, if they don’t answer when you really need something? The communication was cold and unfriendly, and nothing like 5 star service. If you try to call from the room to reserve a table, it is impossible. A machine voice says everybody is busy. Also the internet in the hotel was very weak and unstable, so even simple things were difficult. But when you go to reception, the staff is playing with the phone like nothing to do. The beach area was the top of the disappointment. They don’t leave you alone with all the overpriced offers, like a bazaar. But when you really need something — an ashtray, a drink, anything — nobody comes, nobody looks. These small things maybe could be fixed. But the big problem is the unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. In these 6 days we felt good only when we were outside the hotel. That already tells the full story. For us this was a complete downgrade of the Ritz-Carlton name and brand. The price was 5 star, the experience maximum 3 star — maybe less. Service 1 star. Before any manager writes a reply, I kindly suggest: spend a few days here incognito, like a normal guest. After that, we can talk. The 2 stars are only because the building itself is beautiful — or at least, it could be. We will not come back.

My sister treated me to this trip and what an amazing holiday. The hotel is wonderful, staff amazing and everything so clean. I have no negatives about this stay. I have had the most wonderful holiday and am totally rested. The staff on the beach amazing and so friendly and Subash and Karan who cleaned our room wonderful. This is kunal , it was a nice stay in Ritz-Carlton Dubai , my family had fun there ,hotel is clean and tidy ,ambiance is wonderful , staff is well trained. Tamoka restaurant is a good place to have dinner. We enjoyed group yoga class with Pratibha alot . Overall I will recommend this hotel . Thank you Ritz-Carlton.

Hotel was extremely clean, high attention to detail. Service was extremely attentive. Location was awesome, in the middle of restaurants and area attractions. The restaurants at the hotel were very fun and delicious!
