The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton. It’s our second visit but the first time my son and his family have been and we all thought it was great. The check in was a bit stressful at first through no fault of the hotel. We booked a package through Etihad holidays as it was cheaper than Emirates and they were a bit of a nightmare. Rajitha on reception told us that Etihad had cancelled our booking in December however he sorted it all out and got us a room early as we’d had a night flight and arrived early in the morning. Top man! Gautam the porter took our bags up and was very helpful and friendly. We were nervous that the pool wouldn’t pass the ‘toe test’ as it was January but needn’t have worried as the pools were heated and nice and warm. Krishna who was on the pool bar and Edi and Lance who were on pool duty were great. We went to Caravan, La Baie and Splendido restaurants which we really enjoyed and the staff were very welcoming in all of them. Nisha Raj and Tika the in room attendants were great and very friendly. Our room was always cleaned early and done very well. We were on grandparent duty one afternoon and took our 3 year old grand daughter to the kids club. She loved it and Naychi and Gian were fantastic. Everyone seems to go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. We stayed for 6 nights and wish it had been longer. The setting is brilliant on the JBR and with its own beach access. Highly recommended and we’d love to return!

one week with my mother (80) and daughters (18 and 21) to have a dream week together in Dubai in our favorite hotel. We had our best hotelexperience ever here and now wanted to share it with my mother who has never been in Dubai before. We felt so welcome from check-in till the moment we departed. during daytime we spend most of our days enjoying the hotel premises. Beautiful and relaxed pools, a few times a day a dip in the sea at the gorgeous beach area. We had lunch in La Baie and all other pool restaurants. Unforgettable dinner in Tamaoka. The lounge access on the first floor was the cherry on the cake. an easy way to avoid the heat with my mother and enjoy salad bar and fresh drinks. and sweets for the kids. A special mention for the GM Jeroen and assistant Raed. They succeed again and again with their ladies and gentlemen to make guests feel special and so at home.

What an amazing hotel. Perfect location on the JBR. Hotel was really tranquil compared to so many in the area. The size of the hotel grounds mean you are not sat sardine style on the beach or around the pool. The club lounge is worth every penny. The staff are on point. Darwin was a personal favourite who looked after us very well. Just one gripe was the hot food was not that hot. But everything else was fantastic.

High quality property with great rooms and views. Staff is very courteous and well informed about the amenities in the property. Bhaskar helped with making the check-in experience quite smooth
