Very friendly welcoming staff.
Best friendly staff (Raj) at the entering station. Very smiling face to greet us before going to check in. Receptionist was very welcoming and easy process of checking in. Rooms were very spacious clean and sea view was very welcoming.

Top notch service
I forgot just how good Ritz Carlton is. Without exception, every member of staff went above and beyond to provide a memorable holiday experience. Thank you to the the friendly door staff (Nasir, Faisal, Khorramshahr), Caravan (Saikiran, Monalisa, Martha, Roco), the Club (Haria, Darwin) and our fabulous room attendants (Suman, Krishna) for your exceptional service . We enjoyed some lovely meals in the Blue Jade so much that we visited 3 times in our 7 day stay. Highly recommend the wasabi prawns and seabass. Splendia lamb chops were the best I’ve had. Worth a return visit just for these! Experienced many hotels in Dubai over 14 years and without doubt RC is the one we will return to soon.

Perfection
Our 7 night stay was totally perfect. The staff are just the best, the quality of food in all the restaurants is fabulous, and the comfort and facilities are great. We have stayed at many hotels in Dubai over the years and the Ritz Carlton in my opinion is the very best. A special mention to the lovely lady who looked after our room, Apsqaq, she did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything for a perfect holiday. She is just the best, thank you

Amazing family stay
We had a wonderful three days with our kids. The beach club, safe kids' pool, and friendly staff made it easy and relaxing. Spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, and a perfect beachfront location on JBR. A huge thank you to the whole team for the impeccable service. Special thanks to Prince Arlan for his attention to detail, genuine care, and lovely gifts for our children. Our manager on reception also arranged an early check-in, which we truly appreciated after a night flight. And many thanks to Al-Amin-Herbert for the flawless cleanliness and excellent evening service. We felt care every minute in this amazing place. As always, a delightful holiday — we will definitely be back!
