We had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai in August 2025. From the moment we arrived, the team welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. A special thank you to Reda, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly special, almost like princesses. His kindness, elegance, and dedication made a lasting impression. We also appreciated the wonderful support of Ali, Angelie, and Francis, whose smiles and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to the entire staff for creating such a memorable and luxurious experience — we would be delighted to return!

We were very satisfied with our vacation. Hotel service is really, really good. Above all, the aim is for the client to feel comfortable and be able to enjoy their holiday without thinking about anything. The staff are polite, helpful and always there. The cleanliness of our room was remarkable - every day our room was perfectly cleaned and we always felt like we were expected in our room when we left. Many thanks - Dino, Bhavani and Gurung!
