I stepped into Ritz JBR Dubai, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience as duty manager “Rafnas”was extremely accommodating!😇 This hotel effortlessly combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service to create an unforgettable stay.🙏 I had special requests of every kind and they did take care of them. Situated in the vibrant Jumeirah Beach Residences, Ritz JBR offers stunning panoramic views of the Arab Gulf.🤩 Its prime location means easy access to pristine beaches, trendy cafes, high-end shopping, and lively entertainment options.🫣 The house keeping and library bar took extreme care of me! The suite was a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts of home, each room has plush bedding, cutting-edge amenities, and breathtaking ocean or city views.🙏 The silence and tranquility within my suite made every night peaceful and restorative.🩵 Ritz JBR Dubai isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary that makes you feel valued and pampered.😇

A marvellous hotel, very welcoming on arrival and staff friendly and professional at all times. The Christmas decorations were up which was lovely to see. The Club Lounge is excellent, both food and drink. Particular thanks to Indra, who remembered us from our previous visit, and is one of the nicest and funniest people - a true asset to the hotel. Also Mamta, Eka and Darwin, who took very good care of us. We'll definitely be back.

It was amazing. The staff were top notch, cleaning was top notch, everything was 5 star. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Excellent hotel, staff very supportive from the room service, day service/ Vijay & Dino Night service, Rama. They were all great. Service in all the restaurants is also excellent. Club lounge always at hand to assist. Pool and beech staff very attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

The Ritz Carlton is an extension of your family because you feel right at home from the moment you get off your car, to the warmth at reception, the service in the restaurants and general kindness of all staff. There was a solution to every need and staff made it personal with the morning greeting. James and Win stood out in reception. The lady receiving us called me by my name before I gave her the room number and one of the hosts asked if I was having the same drinks the next morning. This is a level of attention that is unparalleled to other experiences I have had. The facilities at the Ritz were fantastic. This is the standard that hospitality should be adopting to make guests feel special. Thank you to all the staff for this wonderful week,
