This was our second stay at The Ritz Carlton, Dubai and it didnt disappoint. The hotel was beautiful, our room, spacious and the pool area was spotless! Due to it not being peak season, the hotel was quiet and we never had issues finding sun loungers regardless of the time of day. The quality of service was impeccable and the staff around the hotel were super friendly. A big shout out to the team at Breakfast and also in the Splendido restaurant who were very accommodating A particular shout out also to Vivek, Irwan and Sawan by the pool who could never do enough for us and are a credit to the hotel. We had a few minor issues which we provided feedback on and these were addressed and corrected immediately which gave us no reason to feel disappointed. We would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Our family stayed at this hotel and was very pleased. The rooms are very cozy, cleaned twice a day (I'd especially like to thank our housekeeper Nisha, she's very nice). The entire staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel grounds are clean and pleasant. The food is varied and delicious. Overall, thank you very much!

We stay at this hotel every year and this year has been a superb stay. We had a Club Suite and it was beautifully maintained by housekeeping especially Peter & Shevin and Monash who is Head of Housekeeping saw us daily to check if we needed anything. The pool area was as good as always and very clean. Firstly special thanks to Abjai he has gone above and beyond with service this year and thankyou for that. The Pool Boys are legends in nearly 50 degree heat Jayesh, Shiva, Kamal, Dilan, Leroy, Haresh, Rana, Debjoy, Suranga at GP Bar all superb service and they make the holiday special. If you are staying here or would like an amazing Asian restaurant Blue Jade is by far the best Asian restaurant in Dubai. Jerrick, Evy, Glasia, Trang, Ecka, Jitan are all on par as the best service Dubai offers on a 5 star restaurant. The food is outstanding and this restaurant has to be highly praised and is a blue print of service for the other restaurants around JBR. We ate in Lobby lounge and special mention to Tran who organised a fantastic Indian food selection cooked by Chef Sanjay Kumar and super service from Elsa. The one thing you will notice about this hotel is compared to others in Dubai is that the Hotel Manager is very visable as are other Senior Hotel Managers. Jerone the Hotel Manager can be seen outside speaking to guests and made us feel very welcome. Special thank you to Robert and Mariam. Thank you to Mariam as she organised our stay. There is always a warm greeting by Waseem, Fawad, Raj, Aerial who are the first impression as you enter the Ritz and they immediately assist you with excellent service. Ben is always on hand at Conceirge to arrange or advise on anything outside the hotel. Bens warmth and friendliness combined together provides the best Ritz Carlton service. Special mention to Security team at the hotel Adam, Edwin, Francis and Zine aswell as the other team members provide amazing service. Breakfast was in Caravan everyday with a fantastic selection for all. Each morning we are greeted beautifully by Martha and Monalisha and the service levels carry on with Lisa, William, Saikiran, Ivan. Food Manager of La Baie Rajib also saw us at Caravan and he has provided amazing service to us tbroughout our stay aswell as Tran who is an asset to the Ritz. Club Lounge is a an excellent choice as it provides drinks, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and is worth the extra. Albert is a Legend of Ritz and is superb at what he does, Indra is amazing aswell treats us like royalty, Sylvester, Hairai, Ritu, Khun, Darwin all provided superb service. We ate in La Baie for Lunch and food was excellent. Cherry, Eranga, Rajib all treated us very well. Just book this hotel we have named over 48 members of staff who all have dedicated their time, service skills and dedication to us and there are not many hotels in the world you can do that with.
