Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton JBR was exceptional and we cannot wait to return. As the hotel was not at full capacity the reception team kindly upgraded both rooms that we had booked. Every staff member was professional and very attentive. The service came across as a genuine kindness to be of service to guests. Breakfast was really lovely and the staff were very attentive. Andy, Puja , Win, Krishna shivastrava, Glazia, Maria, Svin and the entire team (list of names is endless) made every effort to cater to our needs and made a lovely effort for birthday celebrations and birthday cake with gold leaf at breakfast. Drinking water was generously offered by the pools and in the rooms. The rooms, shared spaces and the pool area were all of outstanding quality and cleanliness. Pools are 1.2 metres deep as well as smaller pools for children. The water is nicely cooled in the hot months. There is complimentary sun block lotion near the pools. Hygiene was a perfect 100% throughout our stay. The bathrooms, showers, and amenities were always spotless, which added so much to the sense of comfort and ease. The housekeeping team made great efforts to make sure our room was cleaned and prepared twice daily. Nisha, Krishna, Alamein and Suman made great efforts to arrange towel art. They placed birthday cake and birthday banners in the room. Complimentary Macarons and fruit provided. The housekeeping team is very well led by Kishore. The poolside staff and lifeguards were very professional and attentive. The staff were all amazing beginning to end. One thing I noticed was that there were many guests repeatedly returning to this hotel year after year, and having stayed here we plan to book again next year. The fellow guests at the hotel were also friendly in manner to other guests as well as the staff.

We had an amazing breakfast, afternoon tea, and club lounge experience during our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, largely thanks to the incredible team looking after us. Saikiran was our breakfast waiter, and he was an absolute standout. He was warm, incredibly attentive, and always ensured our table was looked after and our mornings started off right. In the lounge, Sylvester and Tran provided top-tier hospitality. They were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. We also want to give a special mention to our chefs, Aditya, Sanjay, and Kushagra. They provided some of the best food we have ever had for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, showcasing incredible culinary talent. Fantastic service and dining from everyone, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We went to this hotel as stayed in the same in ABU Dhabi . The experience from start to finish was outstanding . We went for our granddaughter birthday and the staff and service was incredible . The staff were amazing and want a special thank you to Suman- who checked us in and looked after us all the time we were there Elsa from the lounge who treated our granddaughter like she was a princess and bought her a present on her birthday . Suman housekeeping who kept the room clean but gave the most amazing service and his towel animals were great ! Monalisa in the caravan who made breakfast a treat and loved the children and made our granddaughter birthday very special indeed ! Mercy in concierge who did all of our restaurant bookings . We went in a strange time for the people in Dubai but they honestly could not have treated us as better and were so attentive . For anyone worrying should they go to Dubai don’t be worried everything was so safe . Nothing like social media makes out ! All in all the most incredible holiday with memories made thank you RITZ Carlton Dubai 🥰
