I honestly cannot put into words how amazing Sachith has been throughout our stay at The Ritz-Carlton. He has been an absolute credit to the hotel and a true reflection of the exceptional service and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton stands for. Sachith is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I have ever met. He truly has a heart of gold, and the care, thoughtfulness and effort he has put into making our stay special have gone so far above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. The condition of our room has been the best I have ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. Our room was cleaned up to three times a day, and every single time, Sachith went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. However, it was the little personal touches that made our experience so unforgettable. We absolutely love towel animals, and Sachith made us so many wonderful creations throughout our stay! What made this even more special was that he took time out of his day to give our whole family a tutorial on how to make them ourselves. This was such a thoughtful gesture, and it is a memory we will genuinely treasure. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much effort into making other people smile. It was also my brother’s 18th birthday during our stay, and without us even asking, Sachith decorated our room to make the occasion special. The fact that he thought of doing this himself says everything about the kind of person he is. It was such a lovely surprise and made my brother’s birthday even more memorable. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, and I have never really felt the need to before. However, I felt so strongly about the incredible service we received from Sachith that I simply had to write this. People like him deserve to be recognised and celebrated. He is so much more than someone who looks after a hotel room; he creates genuine connections, makes people feel special and turns a lovely holiday into an unforgettable experience. The Ritz-Carlton is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Sachith on its team. I sincerely hope this review reaches the management team, as I cannot praise him highly enough. His kindness, dedication, attention to detail and genuinely beautiful personality deserve every bit of recognition. Sachith, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for absolutely everything. You have made our stay so special, and we will truly miss you. You have left such a wonderful impression on our whole family, and we will remember your kindness for a very long time. You are a real gem, and we wish you nothing but the very best. On our last night, Sachith went above and beyond once again by surprising us with a special delivery of beautiful flowers and a gift. This incredibly thoughtful gesture touched us all and was such a lovely way to end our stay. The fact that he took the time and effort to arrange something so special truly shows the kind of genuine, caring person he is. He has made our experience unforgettable, and we feel so lucky to have met him. Sachith is truly one of a kind, and we cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for our family. A lovely hotel to stay in Dubai. Service is great. Food is lovely and lots to choose from. Rooms are comfortable.

Came to London social brunch for the first time. Saikiran was our waiter and he couldn’t do enough for us. Really went out his way to make our day. Would definitely recommend Thank you and will be returning.
