The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

This was our second family trip to the Ritz Carlton, I guess the challenge was 'could this hotel deliver yet another sumptuous experience ' ? It absolutely could !! The only downside to this review is that Iost my papers with all the staff members I wanted to thank...take it from me each and every element of this stay was perfect. CHECK IN : Made to feel like royalty by the staff at check in, refreshments, cold towels and luggage swiftly dispatched to our spotless club lounge BREAKFAST : Simply could not be bettered anywhere in the Middle east, we have used several hotels in Dubai over the last 20 years, this is the best, amazing choice and service POOL : Fair play to these guys, many staff in Dubai have been sent home or laid off due to ongoing uncertainty in the region, it's tragic really, yet still they turn up and go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble, endless ice cold water, sun cream, wonderful chilled atmosphere around the pristine swimming pool with subtle background music RESTAURANTS : The club lounge re-opened whilst we were there, what a wonderful immersive experience where you can be waited on and indulge in a vast array of beautiful food and limitless drinks if you choose ROOMS : Utterly spotless and attended to each and every day, the staff were all over us in the nicest possible way, cleaning and making good at each opportunity ROOM SERVICE : Outstanding, food prepared beautifully, varied menu and always served piping hot on a beautiful table. In summary, I stand by my review of 12 months ago, this has to be the bext hotel in Dubai, in the opinion of not just myself but each of my fanily, we absolutely adore this place, devastated I lost the card there were so many people's names on there i wanted to acknowledge, Ritz Carlton your staff, every single one of them, are the envy of the middle east !!

A return trip to the RC Dubai after our honeymoon in 2018, and this time two kids along for the stay. Front Desk Check-in staff (Nola - I think name was) were swift to make sure we got our comfortable 5 nights and had a suite ready for us on arrival. Pre-requested baby bottle steriliser and bath seat were already in the room when we got there and just made life so much more easier. A wonderful welcome presentation of balloons, a single rose and cake for my daughter also as she had celebrated her 7th birthday the week before we arrived. We spent most of the day in the poolside where staff were attentive to requests, again keeping our four month old in mind. Caravan for breakfast daily, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day with all staff so chirpy and smiley - special thanks to Maria, Ivan, Monalisha, Chef Santu and finally head chef Aditya. We are eternally grateful to Nisha & evening housekeeping for the turnaround service. Nisha who deserves an award herself for the best housekeeping we’ve seen at any hotel stay - a new born and 7 year-old can cause a lot of disruption and after breakfast we would return to a squeaky clean room with animated towels. An overall memorable stay - we look forward to a return soon.

We had a lovely experience with Ritz Carlton . The experience that stood out the most was our room service. Subhash ,Vinod and Tiotha really gave us the 5 star treatment meeting all our needs and requirements .
