The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We have been visiting The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai since 2002, and over the years it has truly become a second home for us. We have many friends and familiar faces here, and every return feels like coming back to family. In fact, we never really want to leave. The experience begins the moment we arrive. The welcome is always incredibly warm and heartfelt, and the support with luggage is exceptional. A very special thank you to the entire arrival team, especially Waseem, Deepak, Nasir, Raj, Khurram, Aleem, Salim, Rohit, and Gautam for their outstanding care and kindness. Check-in is consistently smooth and efficient, and once again we were able to move into our beautiful suite, where many thoughtful details awaited us. One absolute highlight was the beautifully hand-painted toilet door by Shevin – a unique and memorable touch that perfectly reflects the attention to detail throughout the hotel. We have enjoyed all of the hotel’s restaurants and can recommend each of them without any reservation. The Asian restaurant Blue Jade offers truly excellent and delicious Asian cuisine. A special thank you to Executive Chef Ta Van Huong for the wonderful small cooking classes, and to Evy, Jerik, and Jiten for their warm and attentive service. We also enjoyed the Christmas Afternoon Tea in the Lobby Lounge, as well as several other meals there. Many thanks to the entire team, especially Vasu, Elsa, Tran, and Yudi, for making each visit so enjoyable. The Italian restaurant Splendido is another highlight. The cuisine is truly unique and outstanding. Our sincere thanks go to Magdel, Gabriel, Lloyd (who always brings a smile and a laugh to our daughter), as well as Sidharta and Sanu. We also spent a wonderful Christmas evening enjoying a five-course menu in a truly magical atmosphere, complete with live music and even a visit from Santa Claus – an unforgettable experience. The Amaseena restaurant, with its Arabic buffet, also deserves special mention. We enjoyed a fantastic evening with wonderful live music and several other memorable dinners there. The food is outstanding, and our daughter especially loved the bread-baking experience. Thank you to Tawfeek, Ahmed, Cherry, Fenn, and Mahmoud for these special moments. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Tamoka and also dined there on another occasion. The view over the sea and Bluewaters Island is stunning, the food is extremely high-quality and delicious, and both evenings were truly wonderful. We will certainly return there on our future stays. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the entire housekeeping and room service team. In particular, we would like to highlight Kishore, as well as Bishash, Vijay, Rama, and Herbert. There were so many thoughtful surprises for our daughter, and we felt incredibly pampered throughout our stay. When our daughter became ill, the team immediately took loving and compassionate care of her, which meant a great deal to us as parents. The many surprises and gestures for our daughter brought us all immense joy and created unforgettable memories. Breakfast at the hotel is simply exceptional. The buffet is extraordinarily large and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired – I have rarely seen such an extensive breakfast selection anywhere else. Every wish is anticipated before it is even expressed. We were always warmly welcomed by Monalisha, Hnin, and Martha. The omelets prepared by Sanjai, Prabhu, Aditya, and Vibuthi were world-class (and we are very demanding when it comes to breakfast). James, Vin, and Mukesh provided consistently attentive service, and a special thank you to Yaninda, who always had great fun with our daughter. Our daughter visited the Kids Club every single day. She absolutely loves it there, has made many friends, and never wants to leave. A big thank you to Gian, Naychee, and Viola for creating such a wonderful environment. A kids club of this quality is truly rare. Finally, we would like to express our special gratitude to Ana, who always takes such wonderful care of our daughter and creates magical moments with thoughtful surprises. We would also like to thank Mariam, Ashish, Robert, and Tobias. We have rarely experienced such a warm, dedicated, and heartfelt team. I have not yet found another hotel where I feel so completely comfortable, welcome, and at home. The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is truly exceptional, and we are already very much looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is located right at the Marina with private beach area. Is a really nice place to chill at for a few days in Dubai. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Wisaya & Subra, take care of our room very well. James at the breakfast restaurant always greet us with a big smile and always make sure we have what we need. A wonderful holiday in Dubai!

Had the most wonderful experience staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai over the Christmas period with our family. This hotel is situated in a very busy part of the marina , placing us within easy reach of the city’s commercial area, but once you step inside the hotel it all melts away. We were greeted by attentive staff with impeccable customer service and Gráinne ensured we had a seamless and stress free check-in, which was very much appreciated as we had an overnight flight and were all very tired. The hotel is stunning, their outdoor space is huge and the sea is a lovely sight from the main foyer. The ambience in the hotel is perfect. A special mention goes to our fantastic housekeeping team led by Suman and Subra whose attention to detail was meticulous. Every morning and evening they tended our rooms beautifully. We were treated like royalty and felt so special. We were left little presents for example, fresh fruit bowls, flowers, canapés, chocolates and copious bottles of water and not forgetting the amazing towel art in the shape of various cute animals. Our breakfast experience was also a culinary delight. Again, we were looked after by a brilliant team of servers. In particular, Ravindar, who was always there making sure we had plenty of hot teas and coffees. The restaurants in the hotel grounds we visited were 5 stars, the food, sublime! We loved every minute of our stay with such a bunch of amazing staff. We will be back!

Very highly recommended to anyone travelling to Dubai. This hotel has got it right, everything starts from the top down, the director of Front Office (Mariam Vachnadze) is a delight and an amazing manager. Her second in command, Robert Hahn also amazing. The hotel, the food, everything really is perfect. Nothing can be faulted. Please stay here! Beautiful views, beautiful rooms, absolutely exquisite food.
