The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay really enjoyable. The only small thing we noticed was that the water pressure in the shower was quite low, so showering was not as comfortable as expected. Besides that, everything was fantastic. We would especially like to thank our room cleaners, Sachith and Parasuram. They did an amazing job every day. Our room was always very clean, and the towel figures they made were a really nice and fun touch. They were very kind and always asked if everything was okay and how our stay was going. They are truly great people, and we will definitely remember their kindness. Thank you for a great experience!

Great stay, the cleaning service is amazing! Especially Rajeshwar and Bishwas, who were always kind, welcoming, and very professional. They made us feel at home and surprised us with beautiful towel art, which was a lovely touch. Attention to detail and great hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Our 1st time in Dubai We definitely picked the right hotel for our visit The Ritz Carlton JBR, it exceeded all our expectations We had two hotel rooms which were immaculate every day looked after by house keeping The grounds were immaculate The whole staff from receptionist to gardeners the waiting staff all acknowledged us every time they came upon us ,this is 1st class service at at hotel ,smiling and saying hello shows good etiquette which some brands lack these days The Ritz Carlton is located in perfect location for all sights to see in Dubai We walked daily along the Main Street which has lots of shops and numerous restaurants The main street leads onto the beach again hundreds of restaurants you can walk along the beach from the hotel If you are looking for sun ,my advice is the beach area and pool area to the right of the hotel at the back of you were looking to the sea. There are a lots of tall hotels that surround the Ritz which put the beautiful hotel into shadow. All restaurants are fab , Caravan is exceptional for Breakfast such a fantastic array of food. The Christmas brunch was fabulous !

Great stay in Dubai at this amazing hotel! Facilities and rooms were immaculate. They have the best of staff of any hotel I’ve been too, every single one of them were great. A special mention to Thu and Rohit our fantastic housekeepers. Only slight downside is the lack of sun across the pools (this maybe because of the time of year) but you’re all good in the beaches. Highly recommend!
