The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

It’s a green oasis in hot summer Dubai. Hotel is well located with open sea beach. Many thanks to hotel staff, especially Nisha who took care of my room.

The Ritz Carlton Dubai is a very special place. From the moment our family returned and welcomed at the door by Ariel we felt at home again. Bryan at the front desk welcome to lost friends and the team in the executive lounge were outstanding. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Darwin & Sylvester and their team during our day. Whilst the executive lounge had been temporarily relocated to the lobby lounge (due to low capacity over the summer), the service remained exceptional. The Hart lunch and dining menus had a brilliant choice of options and the drinks options were excellent too. The quality of the food brilliant, we did not try afternoon tea but it looked wonderful. Special mentioned to you Hairha, Simran, Loyd, de joy and Sheldon as well. The breakfast offering is incredible and we will look after by Darwin, Indra and James in the restaurant throughout our stay. At the pool bar, we were welcomed by Wai and Jayesh - their attention to service was great. Our room was beautifully appointed and looked after by Rajeshuar. Thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen that make this hotel such a special place, we cannot wait to return.

We had an incredible four nights at the Ritz. Each evening we dined at one of the on-site restaurants and they were all fantastic. The food was of the highest quality and each restaurant had its own unique and wonderful atmosphere. Throughout our stay from breakfast to dinner and even during our pool time, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly made our trip extra special. A huge thank you to James and Hnin for making our morning breakfast feel so special. The rooms and overall facilities were spotless. The pool areas were fantastic and the gym was top-notch with friendly staff, plenty of equipment and a clean environment. I’ll definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

And a very special shout-out to Marta, who was an incredible partner throughout and went above and beyond to make everything happen. The consistency, warmth, and attention to detail across every touchpoint were outstanding. You have a fantastic team — a true credit to the hotel and its leadership. Amazing stay at Ritz-Carlton, the service at this hotel is unmatched. Felt very welcome and at home from the very beginning. A special thanks to Talib-Vinod, the room was always tended to and cleaned thoroughly, really appreciate the little touches that were left in the room whenever we returned.
