The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

I had an amazing stay at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless, with great attention to detail. The resort grounds are stunning, with lush gardens, peaceful pools, and a gorgeous private beach that made it easy to relax and unwind. Dining was another highlight: delicious food, great variety, and excellent ambiance. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, with our first visit being around 10 years ago, and it was really lovely to return. The absolute highlight for us was the Club Lounge experience. It’s one of the nicest we’ve had anywhere. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the team are truly outstanding. A very special mention to Sylvester, Darwin, Indra and Eka — but honestly, the whole club team were unbelievable. Always smiling, chatty, and genuinely warm. They made us feel completely looked after and were the best part of the hotel. We booked the half-board dine-around, which we highly recommend. It’s such a great concept being able to eat across different Marriott properties. We particularly loved dining at Grosvenor House — really lovely restaurants and consistently great food. A special memory was our evening at Blue Jade, where the team made us feel incredibly special and presented us with a signed photo/card from the staff. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we’ll always remember. One thing we really love about this hotel is that it’s quite rare in Dubai. As one of the original hotels, it’s still low-rise and set within beautiful, spacious grounds. So many newer hotels are towering high-rises, but The Ritz-Carlton still has that relaxed, resort-style feel, which makes it very special. The location is also brilliant in JBR, perfect for beach walks and easy access to Dubai Marina. Our room was cleaned amazingly by Shevin and was lovely with his morning artistic touches he even drew us a lovely goodbye card of Swans. Rohit and Vijay. If there was one small point to mention, it’s that parts of the hotel haven’t changed much since our first visit 10 years ago, and some areas could benefit from a light refresh. Also, the beach wasn’t always as peaceful as expected due to regular events being set up nearby, with some noise during the day. That said, the warmth of the staff — especially in the Club Lounge — really made this stay special. We left feeling very well looked after and with some lovely memories, and we’d happily return again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating Valentine’s dinner at this restaurant. The entire evening was truly special and memorable. The live music created an incredible atmosphere — the saxophonist was not only extremely talented but also attentive and engaging. He fulfilled every musical request we had and interacted warmly with everyone around, which made the experience feel personal and alive. The food was excellent — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You could immediately feel the care and professionalism behind the kitchen. What surprised us the most, in the best possible way, was when the chef personally came to our table to congratulate us on Valentine’s Day and even congratulated our son on his birthday. We have no idea how they found out, but this gesture meant a lot to us and made the evening even more special. Overall, the service was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant and warm, and the entire team clearly cares deeply about their guests. We had a fantastic time and created memories we will not forget. Thank you for such a beautiful evening — we will definitely return.

I recently visited The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai for the first time, and it was truly a memorable experience. I attended a yoga class with Ms. Pratibha, and it was amazing. I learned many new techniques, and her guidance made the session very special. The gym staff were extremely friendly and supportive, especially Palitha, who was very kind and professional.
