Avoid if customer service is your thing (bones fine)
I’ve been here several times in the past few years. Used to love it. The bones are still A+ but the leadership staff and service have gone down hill big time. Also don’t waste many on the lounge. It’s $5 bottles of very poor wine and $10 bottles of vodka run by someone focused on cost savings vs customer experience. If rates were $500 a night no problem but at $1,500 a night it’s just overpriced and cheating guests. Seven staff also laughed at the idea that their job is to create customer magic, they all explained to me that their job is to follow the rules and document things. Guess we disagree.

A place worth visiting!
Great place! Close to the sea, spacious, clean room that's constantly cleaned. Polite staff. Delicious food. Lots of restaurants, clubs, and shops on the street.

He’s friendly, professional, and always goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable and cared for.
