Our favourite hotel in Dubai
Another wonderful stay! This was our third stay at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai JBR and it continues to be our favourite hotel in Dubai. We travelled as a family of four and the team were, as always, outstanding — friendly, professional and always going the extra mile. The food is excellent, the kids’ club is fantastic, and the whole atmosphere is perfect for families. During our stay we needed to change rooms and the General Manager couldn’t have been more helpful, arranging everything quickly and kindly with no fuss at all. A truly wonderful hotel and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. At breakfast, Yamuna, James and Jimuel looked after us every morning. They are a credit to the treat and they made our trip so special! Thank you 🙏🏻

We had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai in August 2025. From the moment we arrived, the team welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. A special thank you to Reda, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly special, almost like princesses. His kindness, elegance, and dedication made a lasting impression. We also appreciated the wonderful support of Ali, Angelie, and Francis, whose smiles and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to the entire staff for creating such a memorable and luxurious experience — we would be delighted to return!
