Absolutely great service Sai and Lisa - we couldn’t ask for better - celebrating a 21st Birthday - a brilliant brunch - a stand out to them both for giving us such an amazing afternoon - thank you so much

We felt thoroughly looked after during our stay. The team went over and above to make our family Christmas special for our reunion. Every member of staff that we met during our stay was so helpful and friendly. There were a few people who worked especially hard to make our stay memorable. Lowshi ( in charge of in-room dining), the chefs Malika and Moorthy, a lovely young lady who help with serving us and whose name I failed to note and of course Santa. Our room was serviced perfectly every day by Sachitha and Krishna who were endlessly cheerful and seemed to enjoy making all of the Christmas extra happen. I hope we showed how grateful we all were.

Live music every night with artists who truly love what they do and interact with guests, such a vibe. Attentive service, quality drinks, and great food. A place that knows how to do things right.

We celebrated Christmas brunch at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai with a family of 20, and it was a fantastic experience. The lavish festive setup, delicious international buffet, and great kids’ entertainment made it special for everyone. Despite the crowd, the team went above and beyond and even prepared cocktails for us that weren’t part of the package. Special thanks to Rajib, Abijaie, and the entire crew for their constant attention. We felt truly valued and will definitely return again.

absolutely epic christmas week at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai as a family of four (two boys aged 5.5 &9.5) travelled from Dublin!!! everything and everyone was perfect! shoutouts: - the staff (at every location & every restaurant were beyond the nicest people we’ve ever met! nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to make it a magical experience at every turn). - the turn down team (Sakthi Herbert) were beyond amazing and made the boys look forward to coming back every night with writings on the mirrors for them, towels in fun shapes and the room perfect while we were at dinner!) - the christmas eve dinner with a visit from santa and carole singers was sooo special! - Brayton at Tamika was the nicest person ever and happily took the boys and minded them so we could have an adults only dinner! - christmas day brunch was out of this world!! - the kids club was great (facepainting, loads of activities, etc)- but i think it’s very much dependent on how many kids are there and their ages. the more the merrier obvs! our boys begged to stay! - the pool staff were absolutely amazing!! - the guy who runs the booking desk was so helpful (helped us book a few things!) - the rooms (we did a standard room) and it was really spacious and the bathroom was huge! The TV didn’t work when we arrived and it took a bit to fix it but the staff was really helpful and made sure it was done quickly. The weather wasn’t HOT but most of the pools were somewhat heated (enough for the kids), and you could absolutely eat all meals sitting outside. thank you to the entire team - we will absolutely be back!
