The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

I recently visited The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai for the first time, and it was truly a memorable experience. I attended a yoga class with Ms. Pratibha, and it was amazing. I learned many new techniques, and her guidance made the session very special. The gym staff were extremely friendly and supportive, especially Palitha, who was very kind and professional. Since it was my first visit, it will always remain a special memory. I look forward to coming back again. Thankyou Pratibha , Palita and Ritz Carlton

I do not have the words to describe how amazing our trip was at the Ritz Carlton JBR Dubai. The hotel itself is serene with green gardens surrounding the property while also having that beautiful beach front view. However, it was the incredible team that truly made our experience unforgettable. The Club Lounge is the biggest asset to the Ritz Carlton, however, it is the team in the Club Lounge that made the club a home. If we were to point out a few exceptional members it would be Brian the assistant club lounge manager. Brian made our experience unforgettable with his attention to detail and his ability to communicate on a 1-1 level and go above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. He not only made multiple bookings for us when we weren’t sure where to go for dinner, but helped point us in the right direction, gave us so many incredible recommendations and took control of everything so we didn’t have to. Brian truly delivers first class service at all times. He truly is the heart of the Ritz Carlton. Fahad is the club lounge chef, he doesn’t just create marvellous meals, he creates true experiences. He went above and beyond to make sure we always had anything we could ever want. He is an exceptional chef with true attention to detail when looking after his guests. There has to be a special shout out for his chocolate cake, red velvet cake, curries and really anything else Fahad creates. It is all incredible. Then there is Indra and Silvester who are in charge of service within the Club Lounge, they make sure you feel like they are your friend having real conversations with you, which in turn leads to them anticipating your needs before you even realise what you are looking for. For example, Indra heard that we were looking for a great curry house as we had asked for a recommendation and helped organise with Fahad the Chef, the best curry we have ever had in our life. In was truly an incredible surprise. Then we have Mamta, who is incredible at service and always has a smile on her face. Mamta is also incredible at making coffees and cocktails (we love her margaritas). Darwin is also incredible, he is so nice and always put a smile on our face. Then we have Haira who you can’t not smile with when you are around her, she is a light you can’t ignore and also helps with aperol spills when you accidentally get it on your new outfit. Eka, Khan, Ritu and Pan also complete the club in the best way. They all help making the experience one that will always be unforgettable. Albert and Nono are also amazing, they are on the desk at the front of the Club Lounge and helped us with any bookings we needed and even went above and beyond with helping with our late check out as we couldn’t leave the hotel until 10pm, they also have the best smile on their face when you walk in the front door of the Club Lounge, it truly is the best welcome. The Club Lounge is gravitational force that makes the decision of your next stay inevitable. We then have the housekeeping team. We really need to start with Shevin, he is an artist. He drew the most amazing artwork during our stay, it was a dog that looked just like the one we have back home. He is incredible. We also must shout out Nasar-raj, Tirtha & Bhawani. The attention to detail the housekeeping team have is amazing. The room always looked incredible (even if we left it a mess, so sorry guys). Francis, the security guard at the door is also someone I would love to mention. The smile he had on his face everyday before we went down to the beach or the pool always put us in the best mood and was a great start to our day as he always remembered our names and we had great chats together. The front door team of the hotel, always made us feel like we were coming home. They always made sure we had Taxis’s, helped me with deliveres to the hotel, helped make sure we never left anything in the taxis, and they were absolutely essential in making our experience so memorable. One last thing I would like to mention is, I was sitting in the lobby, trying to organise a Valentine’s Day surprise for my sister from her boyfriend and Brian from the Club Lounge spotted me struggling and said 4 magic words “let me help you”. All of a sudden, the Club Lounge had turned into the valentines surprise I could only have dreamed of for my sister. I could not recommend the Ritz Carlton Dubai enough, but again it is the team that truly made our experience one our family will never forget. Thank you so much to the Team at the Ritz Carlton and a special thank you to everyone mentioned above. We would not have had the same holiday without you all.
