A city of extremes, Dubai is a place where skyscrapers punctuate the skyline and the history is as intriguing as a finely woven rug. However, visitors can find their place between the future and the past at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. Enviably located along the JBR Walk, this luxury resort offers distinctive Emirati experiences, sophisticated rooms and suites and international cuisine all just steps away from Dubai's premier attractions.

Sajith, great Guy. Always there if you need him. Really friendly. Almost like a gym buddy.

The Hotel is amazing, great beach, pools and restaurants. The staff from the Club Lounge have been exceptional along with the pool staff. The location is good in getting around Dubai. The rooms are to the quality you expect from the Ritz-Carlton. However, this hotel is a venue for events, all held at the sacrifice of the guests. Whether that be product launches, weddings the lawn which is located by the main pool and beach area is a hive of activity of banging and crashing of stage sets, workers shouting at each other during the day, machines lifting scaffolding and the worst is the constant noise of the sound checks, normally at full volume. Having four events in one week is totally disruptive. The sound systems are the same volume as a rock concert. So much for sitting outside on your balcony. Sitting by the pool is just not possible. If you want a quiet hotel, forget it. The senior management do not care less, they are happy to take the big corporate dollars at the standard guests expense. There is no control on noise levels, restrictive timings on these events. Not once did we see a manager from the hotel down by the site trying to control these contractors. Save your money and find another hotel that is quieter

Beautiful property, incredible service. Special shoutout to Yaninda who took great care of us at breakfast. Her infectious positive energy was a great start to the day! Will definitely be back with the kids.

Let’s start with thanking the Marriott Bonvoy monster for driving Ritz Carlton brand into the muck of mediocrity and turning many of the Ritz Carlton properties into Marriott hotels. This 300 plus room Marina grandpa is one of the older set hotels in Dubai. It is 26 years old. It is what it is… a dark, sad, highly transactional, low staff 4- star Marina hotel. Its Address of Five for old people or crypto gypsies who lost their crypto, but could still take the Lambo to the pawn broker and party one last time. The curtain and light controls in the rooms are very hard to read and function funny. Trying to increase the lighting in the room you end up in the dark. Yes, that is frustrating. The rooms that allow your neighbors from all sides look in are also sad. The shower controls are the most idiotic I have seen ever in any hotel. You need to have a Ph.D. In lever turning and be as intuitive as a helicopter pilot’s fingers to manage to turn on warm water. What genius came up with all this? Spa is designed for a boutique hotel. Lovely. Only the steam room is nice. It was nice until I saw two men filming everything and everyone, and doing a podcast in the hot water bath and steam room. I hate to snitch, but I found their behavior so insane and disrespectful that even German nudists/swingers would be offended. The spa staff laughed it off. Funny and sad. I think UAE should not have visitors who do extensive filming in men’s locker rooms. This is a sad hotel.
