The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Our fourth time visiting this hotel and by far the best hotel in the world for it’s amazing customer service. From the incredible housekeeping team and their attention to detail (a credit to Kishore), the superb service from Kamal who made sure our beach time was perfect, the Club Room team headed by Brian and the irreplaceable Albert on the desk, to the lounge staff, special Mention to Indra, Ritu, the smiley Hairah, Darwin and all the lovely staff we got chatting too. We have already planned our next trip here. Great to meet the new Director of Quality Crisdean who genuinely wants to make everyone’s visit special. There is no other hotel we have stayed in that make you feel so welcome.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton JBR for the first half of our trip before transferring downtown—and honestly, we wish we had never left. First and foremost, the service is 5-star plus. The attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. Location: Excellent. It’s set far enough away from the busy JBR Walk that the property feels calm and relaxing, yet it’s only an easy five-block walk to all the action. Beach: Private, beautiful, and felt very safe. A lovely touch was the beach servers stopping by with little snacks like fresh cantaloupe and popsicles—small details that made the experience feel truly special. Pools: Warm, quiet, and never felt crowded. Breakfast: This was a true highlight of our stay. The breakfast team—Syam, Ivan, and Win—were absolutely outstanding. Incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food selection was extensive and high quality, making breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to every morning. Overall, this stay reminded us what classic luxury hospitality feels like.

We have stayed around 30 times in this hotel and keep coming back…. Sometkmes for longer stays, sometimes a shorter stay. This was a short atay to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Sometime we consider staying in an other hotel when travelling but we always come back to the Ritz… it really feels like our home away from home and the lovely people who work here feel like family. The birthday celebrations worked out great. Nothing was to much trouble… special thanks to the lovely lady from guest-relations, Noki, and Indra from Club Lounge, who went above and beyond. From the moment you enter the hotel you are treated like roayalty. The bellmen team and the frontoffice team are making you feel very welcome, even in the middle of the night. Room is always great and we love the view from the balcony. Santa, Biswas, MS and Shevin kept our room very clean and it is always a pleasure to come back to the room. We went to the spa and had a great massage from Nat and a very welcoming reception from Florence. At the pool and beach there are always the lovely Kamal an Abjai and all the other great men that are looking after you. Nothing is to much trouble here as well. You van order drinks and food by QR code and the service is quick and nice! Gardens and pool very well kept and maintained. Unfortunately we did not eat at Blue Jade this time. Our daughter chose Splendido for her special day. We loved to see Sanu, we saw him climbing up the last years…he is great! Service from Lloyd and Lin was also great. I love these guys! The food was to die for! Pasta was very nice as were the lambchops. Yummie! Staff in Club Lounge great as always!! From the lovely lady’s Mamta, Haira and Pan to the great gentlemen Khun, Eka, Silvester, Indra, Brian and last but not least Albert… and everyone else I forgot to mention… we miss you already and come back to you soon. Very well managed property with eye for detail but the staff is the heart from our home away from home… Can’t say thank you enough!
