The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

First class hotel in premier location in JBR. We ate in almost all restaurants and the food and drinks were delicious. Service was amazing from the minute we arrived. The staff is very friendly and polite. Special thanks and biig shoutout to Salu who made every beach day wonderful. He was very kind with excellent manners and fulfilled every wish! We will come back. We stayed in other five star hotels in Dubai before but they were not as good.

The hotel is luxurious, clean & very well maintained. Location is excellent to explore Dubai. Facilities are excellent for families, we travelled as a family of 4 (children 10 & 14) & were very grateful to receive an upgrade to a suite. Staff in all areas are excellent, we were greeted by every staff member we encountered around the hotel. We spent most of our time at the pool or in the club lounge, also we used concierge, the gym & ate in several restaurants. We used the “dine around” option to the visit restaurants at The Westin & Le Royal Meridian. Special mention for the staff in the club lounge, they far exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed immediately, food & drinks are all of a high standard, served quickly, with a smile & a chat when time allowed. We particularly enjoyed the whole day access for food & drinks & would visit more Marriot Hotels if this was provided. The staff are all fantastic, we would like to mention in particular : Sylvester, Hairah, Sharu, Chandra, Knowledge & Indra. All are the most wonderful friendly & welcoming people, they all made our stay extra special. We would like to thank them whole heartedly & please know they are all a huge asset to your team. Anyone not mentioned specifically is simply because we did not manage to get their names. Our room cleaner Rajeshuar was also fantastic, always making sure we had everything we needed & our room was extremely well maintained. The hotel is beautiful & facilities excellent but it is your staff that really make the hotel excel. Please pass on our thanks for a wonderful stay. It’s my wife’s 50th birthday in 2026 and we have already re-booked for May, we can’t wait to celebrate with the team at the wonderful Ritz Carlton.

Spacious room with good quality bedding which was kept immaculate by housekeeping . Extremely well kept garden and pool area ,very friendly pool staff where nothing was too much bother . We had access to club lounge with a vast choice of food and snacks which was a great addition and enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere especially at breakfast. Tried all the restaurants onsite and loved them all except one ,the decor was outstanding but same couldn’t be said for the food which was pretty bland ..we did notify management of this and took it onboard. Negative Do not sit on the loungers beside the lawn where events take place . Lorry’s delivering equipment sit with the engines running sometimes for over an hour ..noise and fumes not the best ! I did express my grievance to a member of pool staff who did speak to the driver but next day it was back to fumes again !! We loved our stay and will definitely be back .

Fantastic food, fantastic service from Sai and William. Would definitely recommend. Drinks were great and everyone was so welcoming by.
