The location was great, literally on the JBR walk, where there isba lot of restaurant and hotels, with a fast food chain across the road. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and very respectful at all time, providing a very good service. The breakfast staff very helpful, Thank you Douglas, WIN,Ivan, Ali Gavidu, Monalisisha, Lisa, Maria and the chefs that cooked my omelet, daily aSecurity staff on every door very friendly and welcoming, making you feel extremely safe, Adam, Edwin Francis House keeping, ensuring fresh sheets and room is tidy with their creative towel art! A BIG thank you to Puty, Raj & Subra, Al-Amin- Santa & Herbert for attending our room making it very comfortable, indeed. Thank you all for your service.
