The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai in May for a little over a week and, once again, enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We have booked this hotel many times over the years, and it is one of those special places where we feel completely at home from the very first moment. As always, we received a very warm welcome and were looked after with great care throughout our entire stay. Even despite the tense situation due to the Iran conflict, we felt safe at all times. We did not experience any real restrictions, and the hotel team took excellent care of us in every respect. Once again, we stayed in a beautiful suite that left absolutely nothing to be desired. It was spacious, elegant, and simply a dream. Many Thanks to Robert and Mariam. The housekeeping Team Vijay and Putu was outstanding as well. Everything was always perfectly maintained, and we were repeatedly surprised with lovely little touches in the room, which we truly appreciated. What makes this hotel so special to us is, above all, the warmth of its staff. In so many small details, you can feel how much attention, kindness, and genuine hospitality the entire team puts into their work. It is this heartfelt and thoughtful way of treating guests that makes every stay so memorable. It is a kind of family. We also enjoyed several of the hotel’s restaurants and had excellent meals throughout our stay. There were many thoughtful little surprises as well, ( thanks to Lloyd, Magdel, Jerick, Evy and especially Ana and Tobias ) which brought great joy not only to us but especially to our daughter. The breakfast is unique, with a very wide selection. Mukesh always served us attentively. Tamoka is a wonderful restaurant with a unique location and amazing food. You have to try that. Our daughter visited the Kids Club every day and once again enjoyed it very much. Over the years, she has grown very fond of many of the people there, especially Naychee, Gian and Viola, and it is wonderful to see how much fun she has and how happy she is to go there each day. We also spent many lovely hours by the pool, relaxing and enjoying our family time together. All in all, it was another truly wonderful holiday at a hotel that has become a very special place for us. As always, we felt incredibly comfortable and well cared for. We would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time, the warmth, and the outstanding service. We are already very much looking forward to our extended stay this summer.

We had our Year 13 Prom at the Ritz Carlton and we was blown away by the overwhelming support, professionalism and welcoming attitude from all the staff. The event was ran perfectly with the support from everyone.

Great service by the Ritz-Carlton team. We hosted my sister’s marriage ceremony there, and they managed the entire event exceptionally well. Everything was organized seamlessly, and the staff was professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend them for special occasions.
