Perfect location
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, with shops, restaurants, and beaches within easy reach. The staff is friendly at all levels, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. One thing that was confusing was having to use two elevators to reach our room. Furthermore, we had one of the very last rooms in this enormous complex, and we quickly realized we weren't in good shape and needed more exercise. We'd better check in at a gym when we got home. These long-distance rooms might be better suited to guests checking in wearing Nike gear.

Fawads Welcome and looking after!
Absolutely top service! From the man himself Fawad! Brilliant guy, lovely all the time! Always makes us feel welcome, for the past 5 stays also. Fawad goes over and beyond for his guests and thats what makes him different. Thankyou Fawaf for a wonderful stay and we shall meet again hopefully!
