Amazing hotel with great facilities offering everything for everyone🤩 Great room service lovely people working there. Especially happy with the fitness gym, incredibly nice. Lovely people working there as well. Got some amazing PT sessions with Pratibha! She was very understanding, had a lot of knowledge and helped me so much, highly recommended if you visit the hotel to check it out!

Lovely hotel, but they had given us the wrong room and had taken an hour to swap it (midnight by the time we had swapped) Clean rooms and housekeeping most mornings. Only noise was by the pool but that was to be expected. Good value for money, its location being in dubai but still having the beach was nice. Would recommend

We have lived opposite the RitZ Carlton JBR for the 17 years of our stay in Dubai and visited often over the years, always enjoying the experience whether it was a for coffee, cocktails or dinner. We chose to spend our final three nights there in order to bring our Dubai experience to a comfortable and carefree closure. The Ritz Carlton delivered and then some. The hotel combines understated luxury in calm open spaces, the level of comfort in the rooms is exceptional and the grounds and leisure options so enjoyable. However the stand out is the service; everyone regardless of position, function or venue is so friendly, endlessly helpful and offers personal service without ever being intrusive. On our last night Blue Jade laid a special table and we were given a personally signed card by the Lobby Lounge. All this helped us so much to say goodbye to living in Dubai but definitely only goodbye for now to this magnificent hotel. In a city glistening with five star hotels a hotel has to be exceptional to stand out: the Ritz Carlton JBR is that exceptional.

We felt thoroughly looked after during our stay. The team went over and above to make our family Christmas special for our reunion. Every member of staff that we met during our stay was so helpful and friendly. There were a few people who worked especially hard to make our stay memorable. Lowshi ( in charge of in-room dining), the chefs Malika and Moorthy, a lovely young lady who help with serving us and whose name I failed to note and of course Santa. Our room was serviced perfectly every day by Sachitha and Krishna who were endlessly cheerful and seemed to enjoy making all of the Christmas extra happen. I hope we showed how grateful we all were.
