We loved the stay here. The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. We were serviced by Happy and Vithal and they were both just amazing! Looking forward to coming back here. The rooms are also pretty big and clean. The food was really good too.

This hotel is made by its staff. They are a credit to the management- although there was one small issue which was dealt with directly. Everyone from the Concierge, reception, housekeeping and poolside made us feel most welcome .The hospitality here is so good that I feel I want to extend my stay. I used to stay in hotel for work and vacation but I feel this is so far the best hospitality I ever received. Every details in the room has been carefully thought of. I feel like I'm home but better. First, the staff were very attentive to the guests . As an example ibrahim He was very friendly with us in a way that attracted our attention to him in his saying (You added some joy to our hotel and we are happy that you have this aspect of detail here. He worked to reach the positive aspect and hospitality. We will not forget that sentence) The only factor here is the human factor. You have many partners looking for priority in the field of hospitality and hotels. Minds are your real wealth. Service is not the only thing that attracts customers to you with all your positive and functional influence. You have succeeded and we have been affected by that, and Ibrahim was an example of that. Also The bed was a bit soft for my taste (my partner loved it) although the bedding was crisp, clean and white and made you want to prolong the morning.and the location as well very nice!!!!
