The Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin

From the moment of contact with Maria Kriskova till you enter the hotel the warm welcome begins . Each member of staff to name just a few Monica , Allan , Sebastian , Ivan , Marilena , Fabian , Marcin , Rory , Luzia , Nueman , Hose , Thariak , Meliessa , the two new members of staff Max and Will and all the others who we did not meet on the last visit . Each and everyone mentioned above and all the others we met on previous stays they genuinely care and go beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable experience , truly professional and they all could not do enough for us . Great level of care and attention with exceptional service. The rooms are spotless and finished to a high standard , food for both breakfast and dinner fresh and delicious , love the new summer menu in the bar , breakfast is always a delight with table service for the hot food which is becoming rare these days ! Overall the Fitzwilliam has a great level of care and attention to detail and not exaggerating when we say don't past this hotel if you are looking for a cosy , warm ambience with fantastic hospitality .

6/5! Such a fabulous hotel in the middle of everything. The entire staff was welcoming and the room was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and book your stay at this hotel. The entire hotel looks and feels glamorous. Every part of the hotel has an updated feel. The hotel restaurant had reasonable prices that didn't price gouge you for convenience. Loved it and I will be back again!

I booked a table in the lounge for my mom, sister , aunt and niece today to celebrate mother's day. Can I just say we were soo impressed. From the friendly welcome, the glasses of bubbly on arrival, the food, the waiting staff, the manager it was absolutely wonderful. I am def very impressed, the lounge is warm, welcoming, lovely and comfortable, just perfect 👌 thank you Ivan and staff xx

Fantastic hotel with a great location for all Dublin has to offer. Marcin at the Concierge is fantastic, made tour arrangements and dinner reservations for us whilst in Dublin and always on hand to assist just the like the rest of his team, One of the guys ran to get us a taxi when the one he ordered cancelled on us. don't recall his name but was on shift Friday evening, A local chap.

Excellent stay for a weekend in Dublin! Wonderful location and absolutely outstanding accommodations and service! Look forward to another visit in the future.
