Great after a rude welcome.
Overall, lovely hotel and great location on the Green, steps away from Gaston St. Rooms were so comfortable and the shower was great. The bar/lounge area was cozy and vibrant - made new friends there. The attendant who "greeting us" after I went in to get one, was super rude, condescending, and very off-putting. I expected more from a 5-Star hotel and also the typical Irish friendly.

Perfect hotel for an enjoyable stay in Dublin!
Perfect location at the end of Grafton Street, directly across from St. Stephen's Green. Can easily walk to Trinity College, the Post Office Museum, the Little Museum of Dublin, the National Gallery, the library, and many pubs! The complimentary breakfast is nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is professional and very accommodating!

Wonderful Stay
Great location easy walk to most of the major attractions. Staff are extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are great.

Absolutely wonderful.
This was the fourth time we stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely brilliant It's well situated in Dublin, the food is wonderful, the room was wonderful and EVERY member of staff was keen to help in any way they could. It was like going back to family. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere, it's good value and pristine. It's never noisy and you get a really good night's sleep there. It's beautifully designed and everything is perfect.
