Very good hotel
All good as expected from 5 star hotel. Good location, friendly staff. Only 1 x negative point - when booked 5 star hotel did not expect to pay extra €25 for car parking.

We loved our stay at The Fitzwilliam. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. The location is perfect for shopping on Grafton Street. You will love the breakfast!

The Best 5 Star in Dublin City Centre
Always a pleasure to stay at The Fitz. Arrived late on a wet & windy November night for an early am next day start. The Concierge team took care of the vehicle, check in was a breeze and straight to an immaculately clean and comfortable room. The Team at Fitz is always a pleasure to deal with as there is nothing that cannot be done. Left late evening the next day after a busy business day and the luggage was already in the vehicle, keys ready and seamless departure. Business or pleasure nothing beats the Excellent Fitzwilliam Hotel

Feeling Like Royalty with the Service Offered
The duty manager, Mehelenia, was excellent! She helped me get meals I could eat that were not just edible but absolutely smashing! This whole experience made me feel like I was the only guest at the hotel. The amount of time she took understanding my needs and then ensuring that they were met, is what makes this hotel a five star hotel. The room I was in was smaller. The mattresses were average but the service was OUTSTANDING! Now, I know what the difference between a four star and a five star hotel is. I booked the room through Chase Sapphire Reserve Points. It only cost me around 19,000 points and I got free breakfast for two (and it was an incredible spread) and a $100 credit towards food and beverage.

Pre-Wedding stay in Dublin!
The Fitzwilliam was top notch. Great experience all around and could not recommend more. Very walkable and service and food and everything is great. Was great to have a one way road to the parking lot too since it was our very time driving on the other side of the road ha! Great touches like gluten free menus, umbrellas for borrow, concierge to help with recommendations and they didn't just push their restaurant on us which I loved and appreciated. The stay was fantastic all around!
