Stay in Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin
Our stay in the Fitzwilliam hotel is one we will not forget . The excellent location , so close to Grafton street . We found the staff friendly (taking time to ask what plans we had for our stay ) but very professional thought-out our stay starting with assistance in parking the car . Our room was extremely comfortable and quite , I got one of the best nights sleep in a long time .It was a treat to sit and look out on Stephen’s green and the busy street below and just watch the world go by . While enjoying a late night drink in the bar we got speaking to some people who had their company Christmas night out in the hotel and were full compliments for the way night went . Our breakfast was second to none particularly the smoothies I would highly recommended The Fitzwilliam for a city break

Beware of Theft at the Fitzwilliam
⚠️ Beware of thefts in the rooms! During my second stay at the Fitzwilliam with my daughter, 700 € was stolen from my room while we were at breakfast. The management doubted my good faith, suggesting it was a pickpocket outside, even though my bag had remained in the room, the only time it was unattended, and all expenses had been paid by card. I felt accused and mistreated. Very poor handling. I will never stay at this hotel again. Do not leave any valuables in the room.

Perfectly situated on St Stephen's Green and very close to Grafton street for great shopping and restaurants. Excellent facilities, spacious rooms and extra friendly staff members made this a great experience. Thank you!

Superlative Service on St. Stephen’s
Our first stay at this great 5-star boutique establishment. We had a problem with accessing internet TV in our room and that’s when we discovered this place has great service. The Duty Manager, Anastasia, came to our room personally and got stuck in behind the TV to help us out! Food (and service … and ambience) in the bar was excellent too. So (in order of appearance) - special thanks to Gonzalo, Fabian, Sebastian, Vasily, Roberta and Carlos. And special special thanks to Anastasia. ps - the birthday cake was divine.

Very good hotel
All good as expected from 5 star hotel. Good location, friendly staff. Only 1 x negative point - when booked 5 star hotel did not expect to pay extra €25 for car parking.
