I had such a wonderful experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize Cristen for her outstanding customer service! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay! She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP! It’s employees like Cristen who can really make a stay memorable, and she definitely made my experience that much better. I truly appreciate everything she did and would be happy to stay here again!

Wonderful Staff
We had such a great experience at Hawks Cay Resort, and Cristen was amazing! When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready, but Cristen immediately stepped in and took care of everything. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and on top of it from the start, and she was able to get us into a room in no time. She made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. We really appreciated how friendly and accommodating she was. Thank you, Cristen, for taking such great care of us and starting our stay off on such a positive note!

Fantastic getaway
We stayed at Hawks Cay Resort for four nights. Initially, we were given a villa with two bedrooms on the second floor. For a family of three, it would have been fine, but I was traveling with my daughter and my granddaughter. I was worried that my granddaughter might fall down the steep stairs since there was no gate. I bumped into Cristen in the lobby, and she was kind enough to review room types and options for me. She even went above and beyond by showing us a couple of villas. She upgraded us to a single-level villa with a water view and helped us move all our groceries. I asked for her manager, but she replied that it wasn’t necessary and that it was her absolute pleasure to help us in any way she could. If you are reading this, I hope you know that you have a gem in your resort, shining brightly in terms of guest service. Cristen made a real difference, and we were treated like royals, not just numbers. Thank you, Cristen; we will be back!

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
