Not the best!
Donnie at the Lagoon Beach was awesome! Very helpful and explained the paddle boats to the children. Enjoyed very much! Location is good, the villa was horrible. Otherwise had an awful experience, day 2 Lorraine Kerr saved our vacation; she would be the reason I would give a 5 Star.

Second Chance Saved It
We were here last year around Christmas time. We did not have a great time. Hada terrible villa with not a good view. Honor offered us to come back so we did. He helped us with our reservation rate and made sure we go the room we booked this time. He sent a nice wine amenity for us too.

Amazing Paddleboarding Experience! ⭐
We had a wonderful stay! The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfect for families. Our kids had an amazing time paddleboarding, and a special thank you to Donnie for organizing everything. He was so friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and fun. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back!

Paradise & Top Notch Service!
Beautiful property, amazing staff! A shoutout to the bellman, Jimmy, and Cristen. The service was impeccable. We were not happy with our first room, so I decided to stop by the front desk to voice my concerns. Cristen was able to help us move seamlessly, delivering the keys and personally assisting us with moving our luggage and groceries into the fridge while we were out on a boat. Now that’s top-notch service!

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
