Our Labor Day weekend at Hawks Cay Resort was nothing short of spectacular! 🌴 From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the ultimate Florida Keys escape—beautiful surroundings, stunning accommodations, exceptional amenities, and that effortless luxury you hope to find in a resort getaway. The property is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail creates that perfect balance of sophisticated luxury and relaxed island elegance. From the gorgeous tropical setting to the incredible atmosphere throughout the resort, it truly felt like we had stepped into our own private paradise. We did experience an unexpected issue during our stay, but this is actually where Hawks Cay truly impressed us. The situation was handled with an exceptional level of professionalism and genuine care thanks to Mr. Matt Van Buren. He listened, responded promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. His response transformed what could have been a disappointing moment into a reminder of what outstanding hospitality should look like. The entire Labor Day weekend was filled with beautiful moments, incredible scenery, relaxation, and memories we will be talking about for a long time. Hawks Cay delivered the kind of elevated, indulgent getaway that makes you forget about everyday life and simply enjoy being somewhere extraordinary. Absolutely stunning. Exceptional hospitality. We recently stayed at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key with my family and had such a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with so much to see and do, and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s such a great place for a family getaway in the Keys, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was unexpectedly running into Alexis Alba! We knew Alexis from Three Waters Resort, where my family and I used to visit often, and I was genuinely SO happy to see him again and find out that he is now part of the management team at Hawks Cay. Alexis was actually one of the reasons we loved returning to Three Waters so much. He has always been incredibly attentive to his guests and has a way of making everyone feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. He remembers people, pays attention to the little details, and always goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are having an amazing experience. Even as a manager, Alexis is incredibly hands-on and personally takes the time to make sure guests are enjoying everything the resort has to offer. During our stay, he gave us a tour of the property, showed us different areas of the resort, pointed out some of the best places for us to enjoy as a family, and even showed us where the new water park is going to be. We are so excited to see everything Hawks Cay is adding and definitely want to come back once the new water park opens! We really loved Hawks Cay and had such a great stay, but having Alexis there made the experience even more special for our family. His attentiveness, professionalism, personality, and genuine care for his guests are exactly what you want from someone in a management position. You can tell that he truly cares about the guest experience and takes pride in the property. I’m so happy that Alexis is now at Hawks Cay. We will absolutely be returning, and I can honestly say that having him there will be one of the main reasons we continue coming back. Hawks Cay is very lucky to have him as part of their management team. Thank you, Alexis, for once again making our family feel so welcomed and for making an already wonderful stay at Hawks Cay that much more memorable. We can’t wait to be back!

We had such a great stay at Hawks Cay! We did run into a small issue with our room when we first arrived, but Matt Van Buren was absolutely amazing in helping us get it resolved. He was super responsive, kept us updated, and actually followed up afterward to make sure everything had been taken care of. It honestly made such a difference knowing someone was paying attention and genuinely cared about making sure we were having a good experience. Matt went above and beyond and turned what could have been a frustrating start to our stay into something we didn’t even have to worry about anymore. Definitely ask for Matt if you’re staying at Hawks Cay, he made our visit so much more memorable!

I had the pleasure of bumping into Bob, the General Manager. What a powerhouse! He shared that the Waterpark is opening in December. The excitement was contagious - I want to join this team! It was a great few days, lots of activities. The service was so spot on. Very happy people at the resort. Highly Recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing stay, and I have to give a huge thank-you to Matt Van Buren for going above and beyond to make my visit so memorable! I was having issues with the Wi-Fi, which was especially stressful because I was trying to stay connected with my busy real estate clients. I reached out to him, and he made a call on my behalf. Within no time, the issue was resolved, and I was right back to work. That kind of quick and genuine service made such a difference. Since I was traveling by myself and the property is so massive, I honestly felt a little lost on my first day. He took the time to personally explain all the dining options, the arcade, activities, and even the inshore and offshore fishing experiences. He made me feel comfortable and helped me see just how much there was to experience. He even noticed my shoes and mentioned that the marina sells the same brand. Of course, I had to go check them out—and ended up buying another pair of awesome shoes! 😂 He also gave me some great recommendations for places around the property to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Having those experiences all in one place created memories I’ll never forget. It’s people like Matt who turn a good stay into an unforgettable one.
