Great experience. Exceptional staff.
The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay terrific. They made some accommodations for us as our 3rd party travel company had messed up our our reservation and booked a 3 bedroom villa instead of a 4 bedroom villa. The staff stayed on it and found us a 4 bedroom as soon as one came available. The Tiki Hut staff was equally service focused. We had a child drop one of the meals ordered and they went out of their way to get us a replacement quickly. Villas were very clean. Seating was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck area. We did a couple of things in the kids area and had equally great experiences. One challenge: The main floor bedroom door could not be closed because the bed was too big for the space and kept one side from being anything but completely open.

Jacob is the best bartender ever!! We came to the tiki bar and he w so inviting with his work ethic and knowledge. I will always recommend him to anyone that comes to visit. He’s amazing!!!!!!

The Best Anniversary
OMG!!! it is our first day and we are celebrating our 3 year anniversary here at Hawks Cay Resort, everyone is amazing down here, already falling in love with this beautiful resort, especially the cheeky bartender Jacob!!! he made great cocktails for us and celebrated our 3th years anniversary

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
