Beautiful Resort
This resort was recommended by some of our friends and we were not disappointed. It's refreshing to be greeted warmly by the staff throughout our stay. There was lots to do and we enjoyed the Keys lifestyle. We also enjoyed dining at the Angler and Ale restaurant. It was a great meal. Bill, the manager, was very engaging. Our room was very nice with a wonderful view of the ocean. Highly recommend

Enjoyable weekend!
We recently stayed at Hawk Cay Resort for the weekend. It was our first time there. From the beginning, being greeted by the doorman, to the end of our check out, the staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and the bed was great. We also ate at he Angler and Ale restaurants. Our server, Ralph was very good. Professional and engaging. We also were greeted at the table by the manager, Bill. We had a wonderful conversation with him. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and we will be back!

Customer Service From Cristen Korman That Sets Hawks Cay Apart
I had the pleasure of staying at Hawks Cay Resort last month, and while the resort itself is beautiful, the reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because of Cristen Korman. During my stay, I encountered an unexpected issue, and Cristen immediately stepped in to help. What impressed me wasn't just that she resolved it—it was how she handled everything. She listened carefully, took ownership from the beginning, kept me updated, and made sure I never had to chase anyone for answers. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making things right, but that's exactly the impression Cristen left on me. In hospitality, it's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan. Exceptional service is how someone responds when things don't. Cristen turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the highlights of my stay through her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to ensuring I left happy. Cristen Korman is an incredible representative of Hawks Cay Resort, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like her make guests want to come back. Thank you again, Cristen, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate everything you did.

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
