Hawks Cay Resort

Hawks Cay is truly a beautiful resort. We have been coming for years and just finished our annual family vacation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. We booked a standard villa but they upgraded us to a Premium. Newly remodeled and brand new furniture, the accommodations are the best we have ever seen in our 20 years of coming. They have been renovating not only the villas but the amenities as well. Impressed with the new image, we spoke with Melissa in villa operations regarding purchasing our own slice of Heaven and becoming part of the rental program. Melissa was friendly, informative, professional, and all around a pleasure to work with. Her work refining the villa product is evident and encouraging for us as investors. Great job Melissa and the Resort! We hope to partner with you soon.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely accommodating and the resort is paradise. I highly recommend hawks cay specifically Tiki Bartender Jacob is amazing bartender.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa with a private dip pool is the perfect setting at Hawks Cay Resort for enjoying the paradise of the Florida Keys. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the villa, the lovely tropical landscaping, and all of the fun amenities Hawks Cay has to offer. The sunsets were beautiful, fishing and boating were a blast, and we are especially grateful to the Villa Operations team—Melissa, Lissa, and Neacorla—for their excellent customer service that makes it all happen. A wonderful value in the Florida Keys!

The resort is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are clean and well kept when we stayed on the boat marina. The noise level, even with many boats coming in, was peaceful. The service is fast and the food and drinks are great.

The website looked great for families in November and we booked our February trip..l. Reading December reviews problems started being reported. All the things on the website like dolphin connection no longer exist and the toddler pool area is no more! None of this was disclosed in any communications we received. We decided to cancel and that brings another list of issues. We cancelled our rooms 4 weeks before our stay and were entitled to a complete refund. We got refund from 1 room. But many calls and a week later cannot get refund for the other room. Reservations tell us to call front desk as there is nothing they can do. Been calling for days and no one ever answers front desk phone. I have disputed with my credit card company but this unacceptable.
