Luxury Villa Ownership
Melissa, the Villa Operations Manager, is truly the backbone of Hawks Cay Resort. Our family has owned a villa here for many years, so we've experienced numerous leadership changes over the years. Without question, Melissa's leadership has been the most impressive and refreshing we've seen. Since she took on this role, the transformation has been remarkable. Communication is consistent, transparent, and proactive. Maintenance is handled with exceptional attention to detail, and for the first time in a long time, villa owners genuinely feel heard, respected, and valued as true partners. The results speak for themselves—our rental revenue is higher than it has ever been, and the villas are once again reflecting the luxury experience that Hawks Cay is known for. Melissa has raised the standard across the board, and it shows in every aspect of the villa program. Kudos to Melissa and the entire Villa team for their hard work and dedication. Melissa is an incredible asset to Hawks Cay, and I sincerely hope she remains with the resort for many years to come. Resort ownership and management are fortunate to have a leader of her caliber, and I hope they recognize just how valuable she truly is.

Best vacation with an amazing boating adventure!
I want to personally thank Honor the Resort Director who gave our family the most amazing experience at Hawk's Cay Resort. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Most beautiful resort we have ever had the chance to visit. Thank you for arranging our boating trip. Once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend this resort to families with children. So many options for the little ones. Thank you Honor for making our vacation unforgettable.

It’s was absolutely amazing couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. And waiter were absolutely amazing especially jasmine she was just absolutely incredible.

Jasmine at Angler & Ale was a very personable and kind waitress. Me and my family stayed here for 10 days and she was by far the best waitress we have had this entire trip, we’ve been to many restaurants and had good times but Jasmine was so wonderful we came back another time!

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
