Wonderful resort. Room was large and clean. We stayed at a lanai so it was very convenient to walk out to the adult only pool. The resort is just so beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pits in the evening. We didn't do the dolphin experience but a friend did and she loved it. The restaurants are great. A nice variety of food. Servers were friendly and prompt. The spa was wonderful. We did a couples massage then took time in the steam room and hot tub. The massage was one of the best! my husband even wanted to book again the next day! Over all the resort was just so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place for a getaway!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hawks Cay Resort. Easy check in although our room wasn't ready and was told to use facilities and they would ring us when we could go to our room. No phone call after an hour so I went back to reception and was told still not ready. Another hour passed, no phone call so back again to reception and was told the room had been ready for ages!!!. However, when we finally arrived at the room it was superb, clean and very large comfy bed, nice balcony overlooking the ocean. All the staff were so friendly, the pools especially the adult pool were lovely. We did feel it was rather expensive though. The buffet breakfast for $24 was not worth the money. The Angler and Ale was nice for lunches but felt it a bit like a cafe for evening meals. The fine dining restaurant was nice but very pricey. The drinks too were top price. Must give Eric the bar man a special mention though. Not sure we would visit again mainly because of the cost.

I will never stay here again. We walked in on a male house keeper exiting our condo at 1030pm while our female nanny and two young daughters slept upstairs - which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Shame on the management for a practice that allows late night entry into villas/rooms, especially when you can't sufficiently lock the doors to prevent it. Beware of this place. Jay Schneider

Excellent resort with lots to do. From dolphins, to the family pool. And a great adult pool all of our swimming needs were met. All kinds of water sports are available for an extra fee. We stayed in one of the villas that overlooked the blue waters of the bay. The Villa was clean and well-maintained. With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and offered plenty of space. The staff is amazing with special shout out to Shafonda. I appreciated our long conversation! Shafonda went above and beyond to take care of our needs.

Really enjoyed the stay here at Hawks Cay. Everyone we met on staff was super friendly and always asked if they could do anything else for us. The facilities were gorgeous and well kept. El Mita did a great job with our room and when we went to the Angler and Ale, Ava took time to talk to us which was much appreciated. We will be back.
