Incredible Tennis Resort Experience
Patrick was absolutely fantastic with our granddaughters; patient, thoughtful, and somehow skilled enough to keep them smiling both on and off the court. He even treated them to piña coladas after snorkeling, which officially made him their favorite coach by the end of the trip. Beyond his great personality, his knowledge of tennis, pickleball, and equipment was truly exceptional. From technique and strategy to selecting the right gear, Patrick brought a level of professionalism and expertise we honestly haven’t experienced before. If you’re looking for someone who can teach the game at a high level while still making it fun and memorable, Patrick is the person to see.

Leadership in evidence
I am writing to commend the Hawks Cay management for their proficient resolution of a recent water emergency. Although it occurred in the early morning hours, a team was rapidly assembled, inluding both workers and onsite supervision. Bob LaCasse coordinated the effort, ensuring that the team remained focused and collaborative. His leadership skills were clearly in evidence, as he easily related to both workers and managers, answering questions and providing direction.

We had a wonderful experience at Hawks Cay Resort & Villas. The resort is beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service throughout the property. Jenny and her team in the shop were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the pool were equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making our days relaxing and enjoyable. Great service, great people, and a fantastic overall experience. We can't wait to come back!

Not what it use to be
This is my 3rd stay at Hawks Cay in the last 25 years. Even had my daughter's wedding here. There is no service available in villas anymore.

I took my husband here this year for his birthday and we stayed 10 nights! The place is absolutely perfect! From the grounds to the staff, everything is top notch!

This year was our first visit to the Keys and therefore first time to stay at Hawks Cay. People, please listen, this is a great place to vacation! The service is impeccable and the staff was not just helpful, but truly friendly and wonderful to interact with. We didn't catch names very well, but the lady responsible for our room was lovely in heart and soul as well as the tram driver. Great, great place. And for me, the food the entire week was awesome, top-notch, delicious and I'll certainly come back.

This resort is magnificent. We stayed here for mini-lobster season and it was phenomenal. The room was so big and the bed was very comfy! The staff were so nice to us and it was very easy to launch our boat. Can't wait for the upcoming mini season! We'll definitely be staying here again!
