My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hawks Cay very much. We upgraded our room and enjoyed a nice view of the pool and bay. The people working at Hawks Cay were great and we especially enjoyed Ava 😊who is from Jamaica and was working in Sixty One Prime restaurant when we had breakfast each day.

Wow! Katie at the tiki bar and Pierre B at the pilar bar were nothing less of amazing! 1. Awesome drinks - ✔️ 2. Personality- ✔️ 3. Smiling and just a joy to be in their presence- ✔️ and ✔️ We'll be back and you know where we're headed!! Did I even mention the view?

Checked in late and we were Starving stopped by the tiki ( last minute of corse ) Katie greeted us with a smile even talked us into drinks AND dessert 10/10 She really turned my day around.

was here with my boyfriend for a 4 night stay and the service was abysmal. Beginning our first night, I pulled out the spare blanket in the closet around midnight and noticed a deep red/brown stain that looked like blood. The next morning I went to the front desk and I was told it would be taken care of. I assumed our rooms would be cleaned but instead, someone dropped off a blanket in a clear bag and left the nasty one behind. Our rooms were not serviced a single time during our stay. At the market, it took 20 minutes for us to pay for our breakfast items because the girl behind the register was untrained and was very very slow. Even though the televisions are smart tvs, you can’t access any streaming service because it’s not a “luxury” they offer, even to sign in with your own login info. We attempted to get several alcoholic drinks from the tiki bar and the Pilar bar and each time the drinks were just bad. The one time I ordered a regular coke, it was watered down. Each time, the bartender seemed annoyed that we asked for recommendations and they seemed to just want to finish their shifts. On one of our days, our key fob got wet and we asked for help. The pool guy Josue was the only helpful and friendly guy there, can’t say enough good things about him. The front desk told us to ask the Valet and the Valet told us to go to the kitchen (we didn’t know where the kitchen was). Overall, the only redeeming quality was the little beach. For the price of this resort, I’d recommend staying elsewhere

My husband and I stayed here in April 2022, so I was familiar with Hawks Cay and its amenities. My dear friend and I booked our hotel rooms back in January 2024. We arrived 4/28. Her room was fine but my first room had an electrical hissing noise. I was moved into another room (3211) with no problem. The new room smelled of old musk. The shear curtains smelled of cigarette smoke and the entire room plus restroom needed to be dusted. Even the walls were dusty with dust bunnies. My friend’s room (3209) had the same amount of dust as mine. The hotel staff were exceptional especially Derrick at their spa! That’s what made our stay so nice was the Staff!! Not the rooms. My suggestion would be that the rooms need a deep cleaning.
