Stayed here just one night as part of an organised driving tour. Checked room rates when I returned hone.....as you do. Was just a little surprised at the level but on second thought there was so little that was even just a shade less than perfect that yes, I'd return in an instant. Not really fair to comment on the rather lack-lustre evening meal as it was probably priced down as part of the tour package but it was promptly served by cheerful staff. One little niggle" . No disabled parking anywhere near the hotel entrance. Yes there was a valet parking service but some disabled folk with non-standard hand controls would be rather concerned at others driving their vehicles.

Really couldn't rate this any higher.. Exceptional service, setting, decor and facilities.. Perfect weekend break. Love the terrace on an evening, top notch gym and swimming pool. Excellent dining at the hotel and Martin Wisharts.. Great selection of wine and whiskeys.. The staff are a credit to the hotel and Scotland, passionate and attentive.

Had lovely night away for my daughters birthday but had Problem with bill at end as said I hadn't oaid which I had £480! It was a gift so thought this was poor in front of my daughter and if she had taken someone else. She would have had to phone to say I hadn't paid! I. bought advanced purchase which gave £35 supplement per person for dinner. Didn't even cover main course as it is £49 for 2 course which I feel is excessive.

Don't expect the quality from this resort. Had many issues regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathrooms not cleaned the next day, the bin was not cleaned out, the dcoffee machine was dirty, had some sort of white powder all over it, also no cups or spoons were provided for tea/coffee.

Room for improvement as passage ways and lifts needed a good hoover, Would have been nice to have a dress code in Cameron grill as 5 star hotel. Training on allergys, more staff in the bar, drinks not included in the cost of the dinner package that had already been paid
