My wife and I came here for her birthday. We were treated extremely well and dinner at Martin Wishart's Michelin star restaurant was something special. Thanks to those who looked after us and made the night. The only issue we had was getting the car. It took three quarters of an hour to get it! Needless to say, after that we moved our car to the other car parks!

This is a hotel in a stunning setting with 5 star amenities, but falls short on delivering a consistent 5 star service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and if everything were to be run like clockwork this could be an amazing place to stay. Except it's not. A wonderful greeting from the doormen could not have been more different to the stone-faced receptionist. The staff who were good were very good, just not enough of them. We were very dissapointed felt that we simply did not have a consistent 5 star experience. A great shame for a hotel resort with so much to offer in a wonderful setting.

Definitely recommend Cameron House for a relaxing break. The staff are very attentive, food excellent, great walks round the loch, catering for families too. The leisure facilities including the spa and the pool excellent too. We had fabulous weather when we visited in July.

We have been coming here for nearly 20 years. We recently visited Gleneagles and must say that compared to that hotel, we think Cameron House is better in every respect. Cameron House is warmer in feel and the views are prettier.

Overpriced and not up to scratch. Poor staff, poor service, rough round the edges and a little bit Grubby. I expected a lot for my Ā£950 single night stay but was bitterly disappointed. On arrival to this 5 star hotel I climbed the stairs towards my suite and was greeted half way by a plate of food a hoover and some old towels left lying on the landing, it was still there when I left. One of many little annoyances that highlight a very poorly run operation.
