Stayed at half term last October with my husband and daughter. Stayed several times and we just love this hotel, I can’t fault it! Fab venue, fab facilities and fab staff and service. We love the choice of restaurants, especially the boat house and bar at the hotel. My daughter is addicted to the pool with the slide and the spa is amazing. We were so sorry to hear about the events that happened before Christmas and hope that the hotel gets back on its feet, we will definitely support it going forward.

Stayed here for 2 nights in November for my wife’s birthday. Our room was a superior feature room which was a good size, had a balcony and a large walk in shower area. Dined the first night in The Boathouse, service good and food tasty. We found breakfast a less pleasant experience as well as the dinner in the Cameron Grill, largely due to the sheer number of tables squeezed into that area. We used the pool and the great Scot bar while there. The pool was fine but not very warm and the jacuzzi never seemed to be on for very long. We had an over charging incident at the bar and again found it cramped, noisy and heaving with non residents. The service here was also not great and did not make for a pleasurable experience. Our experience this time on the whole was not on par with previous stays over the last 15 years. The attentive service seems to have gone and we had numerous issues from booking right through the stay. Management did try and make amends for these incidents but my feeling is that if they had properly trained, professional staff they would fair much better. We would like to thank Becky Smith, Katie Hislop and Louise Brodie for their assistance and professionalism, which it is fair to say saved this trip from disaster. On a positive note we went on the Celtic warrior cruise which I highly recommend, it was fantastic and very professional crew.

We went there just to have "tea" and it was worth it. Nice place, nice views and good service. Enjoyed the athmosphere and time there. Worth it to have a walk around and take the time. If I am around that area again, will be back.

As a couple, we stayed at Cameron House for a night at the start of December 2017. It was our first time here and we botj thoroughly enjoyed every minute from start to finish. We enjoyed our time at the spa and the treatments we had. The heated floors in the changing rooms were such a treat! Our room was superb, and had a great view over Loch Lomond. Our dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was superb. All staff were friendly and happy to help. Overall, we had the most relaxing break and can't wait to return. Hopefully you be back up and running again soon. Thanks again, Cameron House team!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel and greeted by the valet we knew this was going to be a special trip. It was our 5 year wedding anniversary and we tried to pack in as much as possible over the 2 nights we stayed. I called ahead a few weeks prior to see if we could add some options to our stay and mentioned it was our anniversary. On arrival we had been upgraded to a loch View room and had strawberries and champagne in our room! This made us feel very special and added to the quality of the stay. On that Friday night we dined at Martin Wishart and had the 6 course with wine menu. For me who is a fish lover this was incredible. By far the best meal I have eaten in Scotland. (Although the most expensive also!) They gave us an anniversary card and an additional chocolate plate at the end of the meal to add even more personalisation to the experience. Saturday we woke to a fabulous breakfast in the grill. We both ordered from the menu and had some of the buffet making full use of the all inclusive breakfast! We went to the hydro spa and had a very lovely relaxing morning there followed by lunch at the boathouse and then the river cruise. The river cruise with champagne was an added delight and the tour guide was very informative and a positive happy soul (so sorry I forgot his name) In the evening we took up the gin tasting class and went to Cameron grill for steaks! Cameron grill was my husbands favourite meal. We shared a chateaubriand and it was cooked to perfection. Every part of our experience was special and it will be an anniversary that we will never forget. I would love to return. (My only note is that the mattress was worn and needed replaced!)
