Just returned back from a two night stay given to us as a result of an incident with our last visit. The arrival was fabulous and the concierge and reception were great. We had 3 double rooms which all seemed great. After the 1 st night i had breakfast which was lovely and when I returned to my room the room service had made the bed, replenished the towels and cleaned the room but when I went to bed that night I turned down the covers and I could see that the room service had not bothered to move the bottom sheet at all as it was still all crumpled and had left my granddaughters two hair baubles ( which I did not know were missing. She is only 2) still sitting inside the bed. It gets worse when telling my son this story next morning at breakfast. He said he was looking for his spectacles when he pulled what he thought was one of his children’s tea shirts when it was actually an other man’s boxer shorts in his bed that must have been their from the previous occupant’s ( even thought this is day two and the bed had been slept in the the room service and made the bed from the previous nights sleep). He reported this to the management who apologised.( I did not report the bed making as at the time seems insignificant at the time) Although this trip was complimentary due to the short fall last time. This is totally unacceptable. There is a premier inn just a few miles away at the fraction of the price who would make you bed fully each day and check if the person before had left their laundry in the bed. At £500 pound a night I do expect my bed to be fully made and not just pulled up and I don’t expect anyone in my party to find items of clothing especially dirty boxer shorts in your bed. Writing this seems unbelievable so imagine how it feels to experience it

We have been several times. The last time we came we did not rate our experience and would never have come back but a member of staff (Rebecca) reached out to us and so we decided to give the hotel another try. This experience was better. The room/suite was lovely. Yes a little TLC were the floor and glass table (scratches) is concerned would speak more to the customer seeking perfection but this in itself did not detract from how stunning the room or the view afforded. The dinner experience at the grill was very Good. At breakfast Lily was very attentive and professional - well done. So overall very good and looking forward to next visit About to leave now and bid farewell to the concierge team Davie, Jackie and Jim who are the first to meet you and make you feel welcome.

We recently stayed at Cameron House for a one-night getaway at the start of the school holidays. As a couple traveling without children, we were pleasantly surprised that—aside from the leisure pool area—the resort didn't feel overrun by kids; it maintained its sophisticated, "incredible" atmosphere throughout. The Room & Comfort The room itself was beautiful and felt authentically Scottish. We slept very soundly as the bed was exceptionally comfortable. My only real disappointment was the view; despite the hotel’s iconic location on the banks of Loch Lomond, our window looked out over a car park. It was a bit of a shame given the surroundings, but the interior decor almost made up for it! A quick note on the facilities: The hotel was quite warm throughout. We did have an issue with a cold shower, but after mentioning it to the staff, it was fixed by the following morning. The temperature was a bit "all or nothing"—either very hot or very cold—but the service recovery was prompt. The Spa (A Must-Do!) The Cameron Spa is truly out of this world. The outdoor pool was a highlight of our trip, and the massage and treatments were some of the best we’ve ever had. If you are visiting, do not skip the spa experience! Dining & Service Our evening at LOMA was the standout of the stay. Honestly, wow. The staff were amazing, the food was sensational, and the wine pairing was divine. It was a world-class dining experience. Breakfast the next morning was equally wonderful with an incredible selection; the omelettes and eggs were cooked to perfection. The only minor letdown on the food front was a "basic" club sandwich earlier in the stay which was unfortunately quite dry—stick to the main restaurant menus for the best experience! Summary Despite the car park view and the minor shower hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic. Between the incredible spa and the dinner at LOMA, it’s a special place. We will definitely be back (though we'll be requesting a Loch view next time!).

We came and stayed in January on a couples break. Sadly we were very disappointed for a 5 star hotel! We tried the Tavern for lunch & Dinner the first day and bit times we waited ages to get seated and kept getting ignored before i had to go ask for a menu and someone to take my order and our Pizza at night was not worth the money. The second day we tried the spa and used the shuttle and the driver said they would be back at a certain time so we waited in the cold and after 25 mins i went and asked the bar and they said the hotel changed the plans and wants us to call but no one told us! These little things i would not expect for the price we were having to pay sadly
