What an amazing place to stay. What an incredible place to have a wedding. My daughter's wedding was nothing short of perfect. The hotel staff were very good at making our whole weekend something very special to remember. From arrival to departure, just perfect. I have stayed here so many times and each time is just as good. This was one of the reason's my daughter wanted to have her wedding at Cameron House. She has said she wanted to get married here since she was 12yrs old when we would spend the weekend. Fantastic!!!

Investment in staff and attention to detail, this could of been an amazing hotel however it was average due to poor service and attention, the little things count. Overpriced for what service you get, everything appears to be to much trouble.

This is a superb 5 star hotel with magnificent views over the lock. Before reaching it there is a place which is a must see and that is Gretna Green! This is one of the worlds most popular wedding venues and is now a huge tourist spot. On our visit there were back to back weddings in the chapel and hundreds of tourists, mostly from China, Japan and other Far East countries. We avoided most of Glasgow and came to rest at this lovely mansion. Our reception was excellent and the baggage was handled speedily and efficiently. The reception desk was friendly and in all it deserved its 5* rating. We were even greeted by a piper in the doorway and highland dancing after Dinner. Sadly we only stayed one night but could thoroughly recommend this hotel for a future visit.
