Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto

Pool review only

I treated myself to a spa/pool day at the Four Seasons Palo Alto. One thing I like about the Four Seasons - you know what you’re getting. All hotels are very consistent - except the pool at the East Palo location. The size is tiny, which would be ok but the music made you feel like you were at a low end Marriott at Vegas. Such an odd choice for this brand. If I didn’t have a spa appointment later - I would have left. Instead I put in EarPods to try and drown out the (very bad) techno-y pool music. It was so loud it didn’t work. Very unexpected at a Four Seasons Palo Alto I won’t be back…unless I want bad rave-y music poolside. Valet and spa attendants were great though!

Beautiful hotel, great location

This hotel is very clean , contemporary, and spacious . We had a corner suite and I must say I was very impressed with the room. It looked like the finishes had just been renovated and it showed. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly throughout. Great hotel if you’re attending a game at LEVI stadium. Very convenient. Front drive staff was also very prompt and friendly. We had breakfast at Quattro. Server had too many tables and service was slower than it should have been. The food at the hotel was a bit underwhelming. Perhaps was just an off day. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will return. Would like to try the pool next stay.

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley: A Luxurious Oasis in East Palo Alto

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 months ago

Just had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto! This place is the epitome of luxury and comfort. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, with a perfect blend of style and functionality. The bed was absolutely heavenly - I slept like a baby every night. The bathrooms are a dream, featuring high-end amenities and a luxurious design that makes you feel pampered. The service here is truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive poolside service, the Four Seasons team knows how to make guests feel special. Food lovers, you’re in for a treat! The on-site restaurant, Quattro, offers delicious Italian-inspired cuisine with a California twist. I highly recommend trying their seasonal menu - the flavors are outstanding. The lobby café, Esc, is perfect for a quick coffee or glass of wine. Don’t miss the rooftop pool - it’s a serene oasis with private cabanas and stunning views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Tech-savvy travelers will appreciate the modern amenities and the hotel’s own app for easy check-in and check-out. While it’s primarily a business hotel, the Four Seasons Silicon Valley is equally perfect for a luxurious weekend getaway. It’s a bit pricey, but the experience is worth every penny. If you’re looking for top-notch comfort, impeccable service, and delicious dining options in the heart of Silicon Valley, this is the place to be.

We were celebrating me and my daughter's birthday and decided to treat ourselves to a mini girl trip overnight stay possibly adding another night. After I made the reservation which was some days before arrival I stated in the notes that it was a birthday celebration. I then called and asked if a little something, i.e a card or complimentary snack with a note or something could be placed in the room, when I later asked they said it was done. However when we checked in, nothing was there. I was surprised that some of the furniture was scratched and chipped, kind of dated and wooden . The soaking tub is a nice large size, with a separate shower, and was surprised the shower head was basic and had little to no water pressure. The TV also basic; I've checked in to lower rated hotels that welcomes you on the screen. I was surprised The Four Seasons didn't have that feature. Also the beds were surprisingly hard. The pillows were amazing like fluffy clouds, we expected the bed to follow suit but it was hard so we had a bad nights sleep. My daughter said it seems like a Courtyard Marriott with a bigger bathroom, and sorry to say the Marriott has softer beds. We continued our trip at the Palace hotel, instead of inquiring for an extended stay, so either it's over rated or they deliberately assigned us a room that has yet to be updated.

Bad service at restaurant, they can't deal with a party more than two. Hotel starts to been worn out, and never trust them, I heard so many promises none was done.
