Amazing Establishment The Bonham

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff were all extremely kind, welcoming, efficient, and respectful at all times. The room was everything we hoped it would be albeit the walls are somewhat thin lol. Very nice decor and the daily services were impeccable. The whole hotel is like living in a large mansion. Each area whether the dining area, sitting area, or bar/lounge area made you feel like you were living at home but a very elegant home. The bar area served 24/7 which was unheard of and extremely satisfying given we’re huge hockey fans and as Scotland is 8 hours ahead of our home in Canada, I was up till 4:30 am last night catching game 7 of Leafs/Bruins game. Being able to sit in the quiet lounge sipping on a vino made the experience that much better. I would strongly encourage anyone visiting Edinburgh to stay at The Bonham! 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

Excellent

Gorgeous hotel, absolute perfection. Staff could not do enough for you, although I had no demands, I over heard other guests asking for assistance and the staff could not do enough for all guests. Was made to feel so welcome. I was staying for business so I don't stay in hotel's of this calibre all that often so felt slightly overwhelmed entering such a grand building, but was made to feel so welcome. My room was perfect, super clean, super comfortable and had everything I could possible need, plus and excellent coffee machine.

Understated Elegance with Extraordinary Comfort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The Bonham Hotel is an oasis of understated elegance in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. While enjoying a wonderful long weekend in the city, we were always able to come back to The Bonham for great drinks in the beautifully appointed bar where there was comfort, fun, and a fantastic selection of premium beverages. Breakfast can either be from a buffet or ordered a la carte, and we were never disappointed. We opted to eat in at the restaurant one evening and had a fine experience. The heirloom tomato salad was exquisite and while all of the meats were good, the sauces were the stars of the show. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with many amenities. My husband and I splurged and had Suite 104. If you want extra space and a view of the gardens, this is a fabulous two room suite. Our friend opted for city views and room 310 provided remarkable views. Service was exceptional.
