Never been so disappointed
Disappointing, lack of supplies with terrible food and facilities. Beach filthy and pool dirty with strong chemicals in it that stained swimwear

Beautiful resort
SO happy we decided to stay at Grand Isle. The resort is beautiful! We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view thru Amex travel so we scored a room category upgrade to ocean front (villa 1414) and WOW!! We were blown away. Stunning accommodations and the view was amazing. We loved having several restaurants & bars on site, plus Salt restaurant is right around the corner. Every single member of the Grand Isle staff was friendly and always ready to make sure you were taken care of. Terrance at the beach bar was our favorite! Will definitely be back!

Grand Isle Grand Time
Location was perfect, not too many people. Beach and water were absolutely beautiful. Accommodations were gorgeous, roomy, and perfect.. great value for the cost and very attentive service, the people were super nice.

Excellent
We came in our 20th wedding anniversary to get a couples message and it was amazing! I wanted a spa place, not one one that comes to your room or you have on the beach. Kevica and Shelly were incredible to say the least. They took great care of us and made us feel comfortable. Our messages were top notch. I couldn’t recommend the spa enough! We ended up very relaxed. The ladies were the real deal and love them so much we said prayers together ❤️

Grand Isle!
We previously stayed & Sandals 10 years ago. This was our first time @ Grand Isle! Emerald Bay is just stunning! It was a wonderful villa, ability to use golf carts on property, had a great pool bar & restaurant with great views. 23 North is was a great addition for a more upscale dinner spot! It’s small and more quiet but we enjoyed it! They had water sports, floats, snorkel equipment for your use! I do wish they had more of a place to grab coffee & gift shop. I think over time they will continue to add more.
