Grand Isle Resort & Spa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Isle Resort in Exuma. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like a true tropical paradise. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is simply breathtaking—crystal-clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and some of the most beautiful views we've ever seen. Exuma truly feels like heaven on earth. The staff throughout the resort were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The gym was also one of the nicest resort fitness centers we've used, with excellent equipment and plenty of space. The on-site restaurants were very good, with delicious food and stunning views. One thing to keep in mind is that service throughout the island tends to move at a slower pace, so embrace "island time" and don't be in a rush. A tip for future visitors: rent a car if possible. While the resort is incredible, it's a bit removed from some attractions and restaurants, and taxi fares can add up quickly. Having a car gave us the freedom to explore the island, discover hidden beaches, and experience everything Exuma has to offer. Overall, Grand Isle exceeded our expectations. Between the gorgeous beach, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, and the natural beauty of Exuma, it was an unforgettable trip. We can't wait to return!

Had a great family experience at Grand Isle Resort. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Accommodations were great. Excellent location. Private beach and two pools. Restaurants are good choices too. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at Grand Isle. It is a beautiful well kept property run by a excellent Management team.

My husband and I chose this location for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint!! In fact, it was an amazing week of lounging on a clean beach, sipping delicious drinks, and eating wonderful dishes. We were treated so well by Aaron and Freeman and loved talking with the staff at every meal. We will be back!

To start our trip we were greeted by very friendly staff but that is about where the friendly attitudes stopped. Throughout the week we dealt with bad food experiences, broken beds and leaky sinks, and poor service. We had high hopes for this resort, especially given the amount of money we paid to stay there, but unfortunately it was nowhere near meeting our expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
