We had an excellent time! Obie Cheryl was spectacular at the front desk. We have nothing bad to say. Everything from the rooms to the service to the food and the beaches were great! We used Exuma water sports for a 1/2 day excursion(swimming with the pigs) and that was great too! Will return!!!

The place is beautiful, beach amazing and top golf course very close. Rooms are big, new and very comfortable. The 5 star did not happen in my case due to service beyond expectations. House keeping kept missing the extra towels, room service hard to get, slow and very limited, food below average. Besides, I had a personal problem and had to anticipate my return in 1 day - no one made the slightest effort to accommodate the situation. Since this is your only option with kids, go there. But lower your expectations with the service.

6 nights good length, or shorter. Not a lot variety with food of entertainment for longer trips. Best water & powdered sugar sand I've seen after much Caribbean travel. Sad to see how much plastic & trash float up despite daily sand raking. Visited 7 years ago, this was not a problem. Sandals (shared beach) keep there side more picked up. Need to have water sports or pool attendants spending time on this during dead times or extra staff to remove debris. Resort rooms lovely & spacious. Well kept except the worst mattress I have ever slept on; hard and cheap. I slept most nights on the pull out couch. Cleaning and grounds service excellent except tile floors in room filthy. 1 restaurant most disappointing. Service unreasonably slow. Breakfast or room service can take 1.5 hours, even if all you order is a pastry basket. Food may come cold. Coffee not refreshed. Oven issues may have you waiting on an order you just have taken off the bill in the end. After a long time to catch drink guy at pool or order appetizer, may be 30 minutes before you see him again, maybe with or without your drink. Golf carts great transportation, scenic property. Could do something for kids. Outdoor pool movie night, some craft, tie dye shirts, s'mores fire on beach, kitchen tour cooking lesson or offers even if the don't have an onsite kids club. Must do; boat to sand bar, day trip

Our family of 6 and grandma stayed here for spring break for a week. The hotel is very nice overall. Our suite was clean and offered a lot of space. The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had is that the food is average at best. We had a full kitchen so we shopped for groceries and made most of our own meals. The restaurants off the hotel property were also average to below average.
