Best server at the restaurant!
Osbel was our server at the restaurant. Outstanding service. He was so hospitable and respectful. I appreciate how attentive he was. He knew the menu and made suggestions. Thank you for a great dinner experience. You were a great addition to the team!

Dinner at Ventanas on multiple occasions throughout our stay. A luxurious night, well taken care of by staff, our waiter Osbel was fantastic, respectful and attentive. Along with the waitstaff. The food was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Great experience
Sheilys was the best. So attentive. Everything she recommended was so good. We explored appetizers, drinks, and full entrees. When we asked about sites to see she had great recommendations. We had a great time, enjoyed the food, and would recommend to anyone staying at the resort.

Great Food
The food was fantastic. I ordered the Snapper it was cooked to perfection. The sides were good as well. My husband’s had the soup which was also very good. Bolivar was a fantastic server. He was attentive and made great food recommendations.

Best Resort in Puerto Rico
This is the best place we stayed in Puerto Rico! The hotel resort and amenities were so nice! We were planning to stay only 1 night but extended our stay! The food and live music at Ballyhoo (overlooking the sea) & Bolivar (our server) was the perfect end to a wonderful day!
