Conquer me
A stellar place, no matter how many times you go. I do wish they had more than one place in the morning to buy breakfast. There’s one coffee shop and lines are out the door. Even with more staff they can’t work fast enough. Would be nice to have a place like a place that sells just pastries like quesitos, pastelitos de guayaba, croquetas. Something fast and easy that people could buy. I’m not a coffee drinker and having to stand in that one coffee place was brutal because everyone else wanted coffee and I had to wait for it to be made. How about a non-coffee place just for juices and pastries? And not the smoothie place by the marina.

Charged for a no show but cxled
I have cancel my reservation, they said I didn't I gave proof they said I had another, I said I didn't know, they charged me 500 as a no show ,I reached out 5 times by email I heard nothing back , my husband passed away so my mind is not 100 percent I explained this and no one has yet to email me back , this is not good

Amazing customer service!!
Had a wonderful weekend stay for a training I attended. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and pleasant. Elijah and Jason really stood out - these young men gave me a golf cart ride to the adult pool. Their enthusiasm and conversation was top notch customer service!! Kristy was also a highlight, her smiling face and professionalism is unmatched!! Yes, this is an older resort, my room was very nice and the views amazing!! Thank you to all the staff who are the very best!!

Our dinner at Bono with Raul as our server was exceptional. He advised us on vegetarian options for my husband and everything was delicious. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful resort.
