El Conquistador Resort

Visited Bono Restaurant at El Conquistador tonight...absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The food was amazing, but what truly made our night was our waiter, Osbel. He made us feel beyond welcomed and genuinely took the time to make sure we had the best experience possible. He went over all of the specials with us, gave us helpful tips and tricks, and even helped us navigate the menu based on each of our individual tastes. His recommendations came from his own knowledge and experience with the restaurant, and you could really tell that he cared about making sure we ordered things we would genuinely love. The service, atmosphere, and food were all incredible, but Osbel truly went above and beyond and made our dinner so memorable. My family and I loved it so much, we're even coming back tomorrow night! Thank you, thank you, thank youuu!!!

While at The Conquistador Hotel in Puerto Rico, we are at the Spanish restaurant, Bono, and had the Best meal and service of our entire trip. Our Waiter Osbel was so attentive and warm. He made our evening!

My husband and I received the best service from Jean at Cafe Bella Vista. He remembered our drink of choice and had great customer service. Please give him a raise and kudos for being a valuable employee.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The location is wonderful and the property perfectly landscaped and manicured. The number of pools and different areas meant that everyone could relax without feeling crowded. Everyone from the maids to the servers was unbelievably nice. Overall best customer service anywhere. Osbel at Bono was standout as was Alexandra (or Alissandra I didn't get the spelling but both of her parents also worked here). We've had a wonderful time and still didn't do everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

No Beach at Resort itself. They use boats to get you to an island 12 minutes away. They do NOT plan for the amount of people occupying the hotel and will only board 55 per boat. They expect for guests to wait up to an additional hour to get the next boat! Total waste of time for the guests! We got there 30 minutes before and they tried to divide our family up. Customer service is non-existent and they don’t care or try to accommodate families. Very disappointed. I just got back from Malta and everything was amazing. Really hard to accept this mediocre place after having fabulous experiences in other places! Go to Costa Rica or Cancun. They actually excel in making your vacation amazing and offer great customer service!
