Excellent service….very friendly & polite.

This hotel offers some of the most spacious, relaxing facilities with beautiful panoramic views in all of Puerto Rico. However, given its size and capacity, the overall logistics need improvement. Perhaps we visited on an unusually busy weekend, but the operational flow was consistently slow. Breakfast at Ventanas required approximately 30 minutes of waiting, even though more than eight tables were visibly empty when we arrived. The food and service were very good, and our à‑la‑carte order came out quickly, so the delay seems to stem from front desk logistics and possibly staffing, rather than the kitchen. A similar situation occurred during check‑in: five employees present, but only two actively assisting the line. Paying for parking also took about 15 minutes; there was a line of eight people, only one staff member, and the machine was not functioning. Aside from these operational issues, the staff was very friendly, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the food quality throughout the property was excellent. Fam. Matos

Here’s a polished version that keeps the criticism clear, factual, and professional: The hotel is massive and offers a good variety of amenities, which is one of its strengths. We tried several of the restaurants during our stay, and while the food was decent, the prices were far higher than the quality justified. Another issue was the air conditioning throughout the property. It struggled to keep up with the Puerto Rico heat, making many areas and even parts of our stay less comfortable than expected. The biggest disappointment, however, was the transportation back from Palomino Island. The last ferry is scheduled to leave the island at 5:00 PM, but when it arrived, it was nowhere near large enough to accommodate the 500+ guests waiting in line. The ferry holds only about 150–160 people, so it had to make multiple trips. We weren’t able to board until the third trip, resulting in more than a 1½-hour wait just to return to the hotel. Because of the delay, we missed our dinner reservation. Despite the situation being entirely within the hotel’s control, the only response we received was, “We’re sorry.” No accommodations, compensation, or effort was made to help affected guests. Overall, the property has potential and some nice amenities, but the overpriced dining, inadequate air conditioning, and poor handling of guest transportation significantly impacted our experience.

The water park is fun for families with young kids and room was clean. Apart from that, service was not great. Didn’t get room service and the food at Cutz restaurant took a staggering 1,5 hours to be served. Unfortunately service let us down for the price tag the resort has. Never coming back!
