This was our second time at the resort. The whole place is fantastic. We spend a couple of days at the private island, visited the water park and ate at multiple restaurants. Every morning we stared at Las Brisas for breakfast. Stacy was the hostess and remembered us from our trip two years prior. She was awesome and super friendly. Angel was manning the omelette bar and is incredible. He was also there on our previous trip. He is masterful while cooking 8 omelets at a time. The private island is a must. So much to do and the staff is always top notch. Hike to the top and check out the view from the chapel. Hidden beach is nice also. Plenty of water activities to keep you busy.

What a great visit! The property was excellent and the employees truly made us feel welcome! Jose our bartender at the Splash Bar was awesome, telling us stories about the island and it's people, making us laugh and making us feel like friends not just guests of the hotel. Palomino Island was so much fun and the restaurants were amazing....highly recommend and will come back

Went to Puerto Rico for the first time. Decided to rent a car through for only 16 bucks a day . The drive was fun about an hour away. I would recommend getting a car so you don't have to spend money for shuttles or uber, and you really get to see Fajardo. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and grounds were pristinely maintained . May is the best time to go we had the hotel practically to ourselves! The private island which was part of the hotel was worth every penny . I would recommend getting food at local venues because it was Puerto Rican authentic . Planning another trip next year !!

My husband and I wanted to visit Puerto Rico not only to see and spend time with family but to celebrate our anniversary. We have had friends and family stay at El Conquistador and wanted to experience it for ourselves. WE LOVED IT!! The grounds of the hotel were absolutely breathtaking! I had never stayed at a luxury hotel before and thought this was a perfect first time. The staff was very nice, polite, and given that my husband does not speak Spanish, it was comforting to know most of the staff spoke English. We loved the convenience of the ferry that took us to Palomino Island. It was a relaxing ride to and from and the beach was beautiful. We stayed in a ocean view room which was perfect. There was a little noise couple nights but it was just children running down our hallway. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We didn't have any room service or housekeeping services. We did not eat at the hotel as the prices were a little steep for us. So we ventured out to several restaurants that were recommended by our concierge. We also got to eat some home cooked meals with my family which saved us some money :) We highly recommend El Conquistador to anyone wanting a relaxing time by the beach.

Awesome stay at El Conquistador Fajardo PR, all Hotel staff ensures you feel like a valued costumer. Hotel areas are impeccable and amenities are just awesome. Room was also great with a nice view, very comfortable and always kept clean. Very diverse restaurant options allow for the costumer not to have to leave the Hotel and food was also great.
