Family Vacation w/ Teens
We had a wonderful stay. Our room in the marina area was very relaxing and quiet at night.. The pools are beautiful , went to Palamino island twice. Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Had an exceptional server named Osbel at BoNo restaurant, he went above and beyond making our dinner an experience and giving us great tips about the island. We also had a nice relaxing dinner at Sicila. There is a lot to do at the resort. We rented a car at the airport and easily visited both San Juan and El Yunque .

Incredible!
Everything about the resort was incredible. We had so many wonderful servers. Osbel at Bono, Mylee at the Rooftop Bar. Oben at Palomino Island, Angel at the Bella Vista. The list goes on. We had such an incredible vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing host and unforgettable experience
I had a wonderful experience. Mara is kind, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel comfortable. She pays attention to every detail, keeps everything clean and organized, and genuinely cares about providing the best stay possible. I would definitely recommend staying here thanks Mara 😘

A hidden historical gem
My husband and I took a couple of days to relax and this place was definately what we were looking for. The hotel is full of activities and is huge. Definately will recommend.
