The Cafe Bella Vista and all the workers throughout the property where amazing and can't wait to do it again. Alexandra (the supervisor of Cafe Bella vista) goes out of her to not only take care of each and every customer but she also showed care for her employees by helping out as the bar got busy. She is super friendly!!! Love ❤️

Where do I begin? Tomas ( hospitality ) was simply great. Very pleasant and helpful… my favorite bartenders were Jorge, Marlene , Raquel from Bella vista and sup Alexandra made me feel like I was part of the family.. I almost forgot Nelson, he was a bartender too. That young man was helpful. Kudos to the company for hiring a good staff

Was here before in 2015 and a lot of things have changed for the worse including in PR itself. - Weird check-in process from the get go. Once arrived, valet makes sure your car is taken as soon as possible. So after a long flight and ride, you are forced and have no time to decide what you need to take from your car. - Front desk service - poor information provided at check in. No directions to the room. No info about on premises amenities. No info about internet. - HORRIBLE and unsanitary room! Lacks cleanliness from every point of view. Same old furniture from back in 2015. Same dangerous bathtub setup. Attached is a picture of a washcloth used to wipe high traffic areas not including floors. - Internet access was crucial since i had to perform my daily work and info was not provided about it at check in. In room internet access, needed no sign up or authentication. The moment i stepped outside of the room, internet access was lost. There was a public internet connection that worked only in a corner of the whole hotel therefore couldn't join my family anywhere except the room. - Housekeeping is not understanding english, so a request that was made was not fulfilled until front desk was not contacted. - 90% of the staff and unfortunately the PR population, seems to not be happy for the tourists presence but prices are astronomical.

Our server was amazing! Luis Morales “Wacho” should be working for Gordon Ramsey because his service was impeccable. Thank you, Luis. Your kindness and professionalism will be apart of our reason for retiring in the future. See you in a few years!
