Osbel was an amazing waiter. From the moment we arrived at Bono Italian Restaurant, he was immensely accommodating to our needs. He kindly shared all parts of the menu from the wines to the entrees. We came for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! It’s hard to beat the views here and we love the El Conquistador staff. At the café, the manager walked us through her whole team outing to Hacienda Alto Grande. When we arrived, we found out that we had access to a private island for free. The food was incredible and there were enough options for everyone. We can’t wait to take our family here!

The Cafe Bella Vista and all the workers throughout the property where amazing and can't wait to do it again. Alexandra (the supervisor of Cafe Bella vista) goes out of her to not only take care of each and every customer but she also showed care for her employees by helping out as the bar got busy. She is super friendly!!! Love ❤️
