We booked our trip through Jetblue Travels which was quick and convenient. However, what their idea of ocean view was not what I expected and for the money put into the trip I could not let be. We spoke with the manager Wanda and the butler Jose M. (Very informational) they were more than happy to work with us to make the trip that much enjoyable. Every single employee we have encountered at these resorts have been friendly (like you are familia), informational and just happy. Very nice change to have great customer service. The resort is part of El Conquistador resort and between the two locations you really don't need to leave the resort area. Shops, restaurants, daily activities, multiple pools, private beach, etc... great place to stay for families.

Beautiful and relaxing resort with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Service was outstanding along with wonderful clean pools and hot tubs. The private island offered even more adventure. It is a must destination spot. I plan to go there again.

This was our second visit to Las Casitas. I would definitely recommend it to other families. The service is always great and in spite of some minor issues we had a wonderful stay. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and picturesque.

We stayed there for 7 days and we were happy with the resort. Some what dated but all together a good place to go when traveling in PR. The island beach is awesome. I could have just sat there all week. Not too crowded. The pools are ok. Adequate and not that crowded. The food at the hotel is just ok. The Japanese restaurant is Benihana style and good. The steakhouse is good. Not great. Be prepared to shell out NYC prices at these restaurants. We had the 3 BR villa and we stocked the fridge for breakfast items. The breakfast at the hotel is mediocre. The PR potatoes are great though. Drinks are just ok. I would still recommend the resort because it has the island and golf course. I will go back and maybe just hit the Japanese place. The martini bar is awesome and Heidi the bartender makes the best drinks. She is not shy to brag about it too.
