We spent three nights at Palais Amani and this was one of our best hotel experience of the past few years. Stunning junior suite with massive ceiling, amazing bed and beautiful salon. Breakfast is phenomenal: fresh fruits, bread, eggs and daily Moroccan specialties. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind and professional. Lovely bar and restaurant overlooking the garden with a fountain in the middle. Highly recommend!

Decided to stay a week in Fez, to really get to know the place and the choice of hotel was perfect for this. The staff couldn't be more helpful and happy, they gave us great advise, found us a super guide and really looked after us well. A great address

I actually stayed at Palais Amani back in April 2015. We had a great stay, our room was beautiful and the food was great. We particularly enjoyed a cooking lesson with Chef Houssam who showed us how to make a chicken tagine with preserved lemon and zaalouk salad with fresh ingredients from the medina. Earlier this year I wanted to replicate the food we prepared but couldn’t find the recipe sheets Palais Amani gave me. I was really stuck so I emailed Palais Amani to ask if they could help and they responded with the recipes within hours! I was so grateful for their help, really excellent customer service!

We had cocktails and dinner here. Both the bar and the bartender were charming. Dinner was Moroccan and very good. Some more innovative Moroccan options. We enjoyed food, atmosphere and service. They kindly walked us in from drop off point and again back out
