We loved this resort!

From arriving to leaving, we had a great experience! We seemed to bring the rain with us but it didn't ruin anything. We stayed in the first week of May for 5 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Location - About an hour drive from Nadi airport. Stop at one of the local supermarkets & get water & other supplies you might need, if you're looking to save a little money. The beach behind the hotel, have reef shoes as it's a little rough on barefeet. You can walk quite a bit out & up to waist deep most of the time & see plenty of fish. Walking to the restaurants is around 5-7 minute walk or you can request a buggy to drive you. Be aware sometimes there can be a bit of a wait (maybe 10ish mins) if busy. The gym is well equipped I'd say, we didn't use it as we had quite full days but popped in to have a look. Room - We stayed in the Reef Wing (adults only) room 467. A few things could've been maintained better, but nothing major. We had a lovely view from the ground floor. Oh, might add, if you have mobility issues, ground floor is best for you. Originally we had a top floor room but my husband can't manage stairs or the ramp easily. We notified staff of this & within literally 10 minutes they moved us to a ground floor room. Bathroom is spacious & the balconies outside are decent with a chair, little table & daybed. Staff - Absolutely beautiful people. Always a smile with a cheerful "Bula!". Just the most helpful & attentive people, they knew us by name & remembered when it was our anniversary. They treated us like family. Dear management, your staff are doing wonders, especially in the Reef Wing, please make sure they are all recognised for this! Food - Golden Cowrie (Italian) was our favourite, being adults only. We had breakfast (buffet) every morning & dinner for our anniversary. Couldn't fault it. Reef bar & dining was great. Not a full dining menu, more snacks & drinks for those days you feel like something small. Those drinks were strong! They do have a 3 course dinner from time to time, maybe once a month, depends on how busy the bookings are I guess. Probably our favourite meal during our stay. Beach Bar & Grill wasn't great, Takali (Asian) was nice but could've been better. Golden Cowrie & Takali need bookings for dinner. We had breakfast included in our package. There is a drinks package which we didn't take as we aren't big drinkers but from reading it's unlimited drinks from a certain menu between 12pm-10pm. Make sure you add that when booking if this is something you would want. Reef Wing has happy hour every night from 5-6pm with a choice of 2 cocktails & canapes. Heads up there is a $150FJD per day deposit held upon check in. Meals at restaurants will be charged to your room & taken from this unless you want to settle in cash upon checkout. We really loved our stay here. We don't have kids & being in the adults only section was perfect. Vinaka to all the staff, especially in Reef Wing & Golden Cowrie. You are all just beautiful people & have made our trip so memorable. We hope to visit again.

Busy Overwhelming.

This resort is massive. Probably biggest I have stayed at in Fiji. I was overwhelmed by its size. We stayed in Reef wing adults only section. Complimentary happy hour drinks and canapes. There is a snack bar that does meals till 4pm but for dinner you must go to one of the other 4 restaurants- 2 are adults only. . I found that difficult as I can't walk too far. They will take you in a golf cart but difficult to find someone to take you or pick you up. If you like lots of activities plus area where you can escape kids reef wing is great. Breakfast was included. Again had to go to one of the other restaurants. Massive buffet breakfast. 9 hole golf course was a bonus for my husband. I would like to see tge reef wing set up so you can eat all meals there if you so desire. Overall a typical Fiji resort. Rooms nice .

Fiji Paradise

I think what makes this resort is the people. All the staff are amazingly friendly are willing to help in any way they can. The resort is set in the most beautiful location great for just lazing the days away or for those wanting to do a little more there is plenty to do as well from snorkeling to golf. For the foodies there is something for all tastes in the many restaurants around the island. I could not really fault the resort in any way.
