After a busy day’s sightseeing in Florence, what better than a luxury afternoon tea at the Atrium at the Four Seasons hotel … just fabulous. Food, surroundings and service second to none. Just be aware it’s a bit of a stroll from the centre … but that built up our appetite!

It was my first time in Florence and the team at the FS made everything perfect and organized my stay such that I was able to see and do everything in three days! Staff were beyond pleasant and concierge was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. We were invariably greeted by name. The staff could not have been more helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and with a garden view, very quiet. Dinner at il Palagio restaurant was spectacular and lived up to its Michelin star rating. Slightly outside the central tourist area which was a 12 minute walk away but being away from the crowds has its benefits. I would love to return for another stay here.
