Fabulous hotel ! Great bed & pillows . Staff very friendly, professional & kind . Breakfast was unbelievable ... the staff at breakfast wonder... Bernadette & Chiara & the a gentleman man on Monday & Tuesday Am . Great location . Clean rooms Costco did great choosing for us !

Spring break
We stayed at hotel for three nights and we had a very good experience with staff in the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and served in old style restaurant. We had a suite in the top of the hotel with view to the Porta Rossa street, sometimes street walkers were noisy at night but windows had a wooden cover and it reduced noise and light. Our stay there was good except bad weather in the start

Great stay!
The Hotel staff were very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable. Location is excellent for all of our activities. Breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and just as delicious. Would defiantly stay here again.

Absolutely the best location, staff and atmosphere
This was my childrens first trip to Florence and we have all been spoilt by this beautiful, peaceful and central hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful - such kind people and the attention to detail in the rooms is second to none. The location is fantastic - right in the centre and only a 10 minutes walk from the main train station. But on a (relatively) calm street! Our room was immaculate and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve stayed in away from home. The reception staff were extremely helpful when I asked for advice. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly and we look forward to returning one day.

Go once and you will return forever
Stayed here in Nov '23 and again in Feb '24. Its soooooo perfect. The warmest kindest staff work here so if personal touch is a priority this is your place. The lobby is bijou but one of the most beautiful and very nice to sit in. Sleep and breakfast are great as expected in NH but for me the location is the absolute dream. Whether its July heat or November rain you are in the centre and miss nothing of your holiday due to weather. I went with my mum (81) and daughter(18) and each were able to return to the hotel alone for breaks during the day. It's on a quiet shaded side street so absolutely a quiet sleep is certain. I wish I were going back soon and will dream of it until I do.
