Conveniently located in walking distance from all the major attractions of the city. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room had a nice view of Il Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The greeting we received upon arrival reflected the friendly and helpful nature of all the staff during our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a professional and friendly demeanor. The choice at breakfast was excellent as it was varied and plentiful. Our deluxe room was comfortable and spacious. The Bernini Palace exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Florence even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Wonderful stay. I spend far too much time studying reviews, reading between the lines and choosing a hotel. The Bernini Palace should have been an easy choice - it’s beautiful, lovingly maintained, wonderfully located for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful in offering dining suggestions. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. I look forward to returning, staying here will be an simple choice.
