We recently had an amazing stay at the Bernini Palace Hotel! The service was wonderful! Lorenzo especially made sure our trip was perfect. The breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of variety. It was nice not to have to worry about breakfast before heading out to a big day of touring. On our last day Lorenzo (who helped us book our train tickets to Rome) realized we would miss breakfast so they packed breakfast boxes for us to eat on the train. The concierge also booked dinner reservations for us every night and each place was perfect for our family of 5 with three teenagers. I also so enjoy how the hotel rooms in Europe can put three single beds in a room - so great for family with kids! I recommend Bernini Palace very highly!

The Bernini Palace Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel built in a renaissance palacio. We reserved 5 nights there with an Amex promo(on hotel website page). It was our splurge in Florence! I booked directly via the hotel website and the agent Doris, was terrific in answering all my questions. Reception was terrific- thank you Lorenzo, Valentina, and Annalisa! The room was comfortable with a renovated modern bathroom, and fabulous walk-in shower. Included breakfast was excellent! Very fresh assortment of fruits, juices, pastries, eggs, etc, all served in a historic dining room. The hotel’s location is perfect- right behind the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi. The level of service both met and exceeded our expectations!

The hotel is beautiful, warm and charming plus it has an amazing location. It is very quiet even though is located in a Piazza very animated and full of people, which for us is a plus. The receptionists are very kind, nice and helpful, Alessandro in particular, helped us a lot, organizing all our excursions to the places that we wanted to go in Toscana . The rooms are very comfortable, fair size (not so small as other hotels in Europe not as big either as some hotels in USA) and incredibly clean. The cleaning service is very efficient and take care of every little detail (they have linen sheets and change them every day to be perfectly ironed). They have a great buffet breakfast, good quality food and good coffee (yes!!!). The staff at the restaurant is very nice and kind. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was really good and the wine too. My mother and I just have good things to say about Bernini Palace Hotel. We highly recommend it and we'll go again in a future trip. We just loved it!

This is a truly exquisite hotel fully deserving its five stars. The location could not be more central and the hotel does its location justice. All of the hotel is maintained and decorated to an impressive standard and presents breathtaking opulence from the large lounge area to the dedicated breakfast room on the second floor. The rooms are wonderful and it is worth taking a suite on the executive floor with its tiled floors, excellent air conditioning, opulent linen sheets which seem to be changed multiple times a day. The bed was supremely comfortable and bathroom everything that you could hope for. Everything about this hotel oozes class and makes you feel welcome safe and valued.

WE stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of April. The linen sheets on the bed were a real luxury, the staff so helpful particularly with booking tours so that we could skip the queues and get a guide to explain details we wouldn't have known otherwise. The restaurant was excellent, I particularly liked the smoked swordfish. Having read about the Medici beforehand, all the paintings and sculptures, and reasons for them being in Florence, made sense. I will be going back again as there is still so much to be seen. I highly recommend Florence and this hotel.
