A very fine hotel
This is an exceptionally fine hotel, perfectly located next to the Palazzo Vecchio. All the staff are very professional friendly and approachable, and the accommodation is excellent. Beautifully clean rooms, lovely breakfasts and a very good in house restaurant, La Chiostrina. We have stayed here many times and always look forward to the welcome. The hotel is a destination in itself and not just somewhere to sleep; it is an oasis of tranquility in the centre of a very busy city.

A perfect oasis in the middle of Florence
A fabulous hotel right in the middle of Florence. A very plush, beautiful hotel. Rooms were lovely, comfortable beds & great bathrooms. No views out of windows, these tended to look over service shafts but that's to be expected in such an old building. Rooms with a view are at a premium! It was the perfect base for exploring Florence, everything within a few minutes walk. Everything was very clean, staff were all lovely & very friendly. Try out a Hugo cocktail at the bar - very good!

Very disappointing experience . Misleading information about 5 star hotel rating .
Hotel Bernini Palace , Florence is very old , rooms are old , furniture is old , charge for soft drinks in the room. On the website it is listed as a 5 star hotel , I would give 3 stars the most . Very disappointed , especially after how much we paid for 3 day stay . Would not recommend .

Top quality is RIGHT HERE
Quality away with attention to detail. Central hotel that’s full of charm and comfort. Tons of amenities and highly recommended all round. Lovely stay. 1st class.

Great Hotel!
Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Located in the heart of old Florence walking distance to most attractions. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one of the best hotel experience experiences ever.
