Bernini Palace Hotel

Wonderful stay. I spend far too much time studying reviews, reading between the lines and choosing a hotel. The Bernini Palace should have been an easy choice - it’s beautiful, lovingly maintained, wonderfully located for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful in offering dining suggestions. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. I look forward to returning, staying here will be an simple choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Bernini Palace Hotel in early November, 2025. The room was luxurious and front-end staff so very helpful, kind, and professional. The interior of the hotel is also stunning. Perfect location, near all of the main sites and attractions in Florence. They even provided a to-go breakfast bag for us when we had to leave early for the airport. We will be back!

My wife and I travel frequently, and the Bernini Palace is truly one of the best hotels we've ever experienced. It is tastefully decorated throughout. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. And the onsite restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is very convenient to all that Florence/Firenze has to offer. Perhaps the best feature of our time at the Bernini was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, helpful, engaging and friendly. Simonetta and Yuri, in particular, we excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than what the Bernini Palace and Staff provided for us!

My recent visit was amazing, and every single detail was a testament to 5-star luxury and impeccable Italian hospitality. The hotel itself is a stunning historical property, beautifully restored to blend Renaissance elegance with modern comfort. The moment you step into the lobby, you are transported. Our room was spacious and comforting; it felt less like a hotel room and more like a private apartment in a Florentine palace, complete with antique furnishings, a magnificent frescoed ceiling, and a view towards the Duomo. The service sets this hotel apart. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were kind and professionals. They were warm, efficient, and genuinely committed to making our stay seamless. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, featuring local delicacies, fresh juices, and the best cappuccino I had in all of Florence. The location is unbeatable. It’s situated just a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Duommo, and all the landmarks. This hotel is a gem. It delivers on every promise of luxury and service, providing an unforgettable backdrop to the beauty of Florence. I am already planning my return trip! Thank you Bernini Palace!

We were warmly greeted by Matteo on arrival, who got us into our room early. He gave us some great advice about where to visit and booked us into one of the best restaurants! From the consierge, bar staff and cleaning staff, every part of our trip felt VIP. We were treated to little gifts throughout our stay and felt very looked after. The hotel is lavish and the breakfast room is a real beauty. My wife and I couldnt have asked for more - The Bernini Palace is ideally located to get the most out a visit to Florence...
