Bernini Palace Hotel

This is an outstanding hotel which is very centrally located for many sightseeing attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast room was absolutely beautiful with a great buffet choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel but unfortunately not a wheelchair friendly, although there is a lift but it does not reach all floors, and all other floors have some steps to reach rooms, including the rooftop terrace. This needs to be highlighted on the hotel website and the travel agents websites as well. As for the hotel itself, excellent staff and services, spacious rooms and very good location in the middle of Florence centre.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city - all the major sites are within a 15 minute walk. We stayed in room 201 for 3 nights and found it to be spacious and very comfortable with a spotless and sparklingly clean bathroom. The lobby and bar are beautifully furnished and are a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy a drink after a busy days sightseeing. The breakfast room is stunning with a good choice of hot and cold food served by friendly waitresses. The reception / concierge team were also friendly and efficient. The only (very slight) negative is the bedroom would benefit from a few more shelves / draws for unpacking.

Myself and my daughter spent 5 nights in the beautiful city of Florence and stayed at the Bernini Palace Hotel. It was perfect in every way. The hotel is in a central location, all attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Staff are welcoming and very happy to help, a special thank to the bar and breakfast staff who were lovely and friendly. Our bedroom was spacious, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet, which is served in the beautiful Sala Parlamento was outstanding and offered many options. We enjoyed food and drinks at the bar, the bar staff remembered what drink we liked after our evening out. There is a small, quiet roof terrace which is a pleasant place to sit and relax in the afternoon after a busy day of sightseeing. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service, we hope to return to Florence and, if we do, we will definitely stay at the Bernini Palace.

Stepping into the Bernini Palace feels like entering a time capsule of pure luxury. The historic building, the impeccable service, and the stunning location right in the heart of Florence make it an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and the beautiful rooms with their classic Florentine charm were a dream. A true five-star gem!
