Excellent experience. Top notch customer service and care. Concierge Lorenzo was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Filipo and his brother at the front desk welcomed us like dear friends. And the bottle of champagne in our room was beyond! Not to mention best sleep I have had in years!!!

We stayed at Bernini Palace to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This hotel is perfectly located to visit all the main attractions within a 5-15 minute walk. This hotel is beautifully decorated in fact, I would say stunning, especially the breakfast room which offered a lovely choice of food. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and every single member of staff was absolutely fantastic. I asked the hotel if they could arrange flowers to be placed in the room to celebrate my wife’s birthday which not only did they deliver a beautiful display but also gave her a bottle of bubbly which was lovely. The bar is relaxing place to enjoy a drink especially after a day of sightseeing and also the food at evening dining was excellent. This hotel has a lot to offer and we hope someday to return and enjoy their great hospitality once more. Thank you to everyone at the Bernini.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at the Bernini Palace Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it genuinely exceeded expectations on every level. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and consistently helpful without ever feeling overbearing. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, set within a stunning 15th-century building right in the heart of Florence . The location is simply unbeatable. Being just behind Piazza della Signoria, everything is within easy walking distance. We were able to explore iconic sights like the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, Florence Cathedral (Duomo), and the Ponte Vecchio all within minutes. It made the whole trip effortless and allowed us to really soak up the city without worrying about transport. What truly made the stay special were the thoughtful touches. As it was my wife’s birthday on the 20th April, we arrived to a lovely handwritten note and a bottle of prosecco in the room—such a simple gesture but one that made a big impact and set the tone for the whole trip. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, blending classic Florentine style with modern comfort. Breakfast each morning was excellent, served in a beautiful historic setting, and was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, this was an outstanding stay—great hotel, fantastic service, perfect location, and those extra personal touches that really elevate the experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Perfect hotel right in the historic centre of Florence. Quiet, beautiful hotel, with excellent attentive staff throughout. Breakfast was excellent, as was the room. 5* totally merited. Hoping to stay again whenever I return to Florence
