Beautiful Bernini in fabulous Firenze
The Hotel Bernini speaks for itself; a beautiful building luxuriously decorated and meticulously clean. The true gem of this hotel though are its people. So friendly, so helpful, nothing is too much for them. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Matteo who helped me so so much setting up special trips for my wife and I 30th anniversary.

Clean Kind and Walkable
Hotel was clean, accommodating and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They made great recommendations for local places to eat and were able to source transportation quickly as needed. Easily walkable to key areas of Florence.

Nice lobby and friendly staff. Convenient location. Some of the hotel.could use renovation and could be cleaner. Rooms are typically European small.

High bar in central location
Excellent experience. Top notch customer service and care. Concierge Lorenzo was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Filipo and his brother at the front desk welcomed us like dear friends. And the bottle of champagne in our room was beyond! Not to mention best sleep I have had in years!!!
