Our stay at the Hotel Bernini Palace was fantastico! It is a beautifully maintained hotel with exceptional service. Everyone was professional and courteous. It is located within a few minutes walk of most of the main attractions in Florence. I recommend it highly.

DONT STAY HERE!! Not safe!!!!
Please enjoy your trip in Florence anywhere but this hotel!!! I am working with my lawyer and credit card company to get refunded for this trip because they are not replying. One of their employees, Federico, verbally abused us and charged us for services we didn’t use. He pulled our suitcases out of a cab while we were trying to get away. He was about to get violent with us. I was scared for my life! Please warning to all people do not stay at this establishment!!!

The beautiful Bernini Palace
I would like to live in the Hotel Bernini Palace. What a lovely place. I stayed there for six nights in June before my son’s wedding in Impruneta. The staff is fantastic. I utilized the concierge service for about a zillion things and everyone was patient and accommodating. We had the rehearsal dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful and, again, the service was outstanding. I needed a gown and a silk suit pressed and the head of housekeeping made two trips to see me to make sure she knew what I wanted. My suit needed extra attention and whoever handled it got it completely right. Both my sons stayed in the hotel as well. My older son’s suite was incredible and my younger son had a room across from mine and it was also lovely. If I make it back to Florence I will absolutely stay at the Bernini Palace.

Wonderful experience
We had such a wonderful experience at Bernini hotel. The staff was incredible, especially the concierge service. They booked excellent restaurants after our wishes (sometimes difficult 😉) and helped with everything. The hotel is beautiful right in the centre of everything. We will definately come back!! Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel! We just stayed at the Bernini Palace in Florence, and everything was outstanding—from the perfect central location to the wonderful staff. A special shout-out to Lorenzo at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our group, especially since we arrived early after an overnight flight. All of the staff were fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus, and I also have to mention the AC—it was excellent! I was a little worried because Florence was experiencing a heat wave, but our room stayed perfectly comfortable.
