Very disappointing experience . Misleading information about 5 star hotel rating .
Hotel Bernini Palace , Florence is very old , rooms are old , furniture is old , charge for soft drinks in the room. On the website it is listed as a 5 star hotel , I would give 3 stars the most . Very disappointed , especially after how much we paid for 3 day stay . Would not recommend .

Great Hotel!
Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Located in the heart of old Florence walking distance to most attractions. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one of the best hotel experience experiences ever.

Beautiful Bernini in fabulous Firenze
The Hotel Bernini speaks for itself; a beautiful building luxuriously decorated and meticulously clean. The true gem of this hotel though are its people. So friendly, so helpful, nothing is too much for them. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Matteo who helped me so so much setting up special trips for my wife and I 30th anniversary.
