Bernini Palace Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bernini! The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. We received help with retrieving some lost luggage, organizing a private tour of the Duomo, and figuring out parking near a future hotel we planed to stay at. The accommodations were excellent, and the included breakfast offerings were one of the best we’ve seen. We have already decided we will return for another future visit!

We had wonderful stay at the Bernini Palace Hotel. The staff were so helpful, especially Matteo, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We can not thank him enough. The room was breathtaking and house keeping made sure it stayed that way throughout our stay. Bernini Palace is the only hotel we want to stay with on our visits to Florence and we are already planning our next visit.

The Bernini Palace is wonderfully located two seconds from the Uffizi and the Bargello. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. I could not fault them. I was travelling alone and they gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and were just simply kind. The rooms are amazingly clean, light with fresh linen sheets and lovely bathrooms. I could not fault the experience. The bar is great for lunch, drinks or light supper and the restaurant is excellent. I really recommend the Bernini Palace , it has pride in itself but is totally unpretentious and is very good value. A really lovely hotel where you feel cared for.

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for all the main sites of Florence, on foot, being located at the back of the Uffitzi Art Gallery. The staff were friendly, kind and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was sparkling, clean and well configured enhanced by beautiful furniture. We particularly loved the very ornate breakfast room. On one occasion, we dined in the hotel restaurant, the food and the service were superb. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and are sure to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hotel is in a excellent location, very clean, and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close to all the major sightseeing attractions, and there are many good restaurants nearby . I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
