Perfect central location. Next to river and all amenities. We didn't use one taxi our whole stay. Rooms were clean and cosy. Couldn't really fault it. Air conditioning was a very welcome feature. Didn't use conservatory because they were slow but looked comfy sofas!

My wife and I just completed our honeymoon stop in Florence and stayed at the Gallery Art Hotel. Accommodations were wonderful! The room was a great size (Room #704), bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very large and we had a nice private balcony. The hotel was so sweet and delivered a bottle of prosecco upon arrival. Staff was extremely friendly and able to help answer our questions. Location was also fantastic. We were steps from the ponte veccio, the uffizi gallery and nothing else was more than 15 minutes from the hotel. Only negative was that the cleaning staff starts cleaning rooms early and doors to other rooms and the closets slam pretty loudly. Overall a lovely stay!

I loved the hotel and its staff. The concierge, Elisa, arranged for a ticket for me to go the Accademia. Of course I went to see the David, which was magnificent, but it was Andrea del Sarto's PietĂ , that struck me most keenly. Then, she made a reservation for me at her favourite restaurant, Touch, which is an absolute must, in my humble opinion.

Had two nights in this wonderful hotel!!. Our 11-year-old daughter thought it was heaven.! The room is quite spacious and very updated. The Decor of the hotel was very modern art inspired. The hotel staff was more than accommodating! Breakfast buffet was good as well and relaxing. Very close to all the attractions ! walking distance two wonderful shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were so friendly, and the location was fantastic. Close to the Ponte Vecchio, and walkable to everywhere. You did get a bit of noise at night as people walked home. The main difference for us was how this hotel was positioned online vs in person. We perceived it as a luxury hotel with upscale accommodations. In person, it's a good hotel, clean and modern, but not the upscale or luxury that had been touted.
