This hotel has a gorgeous location steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast spread in the morning is really nice and we had great service. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Cute bar and restaurant too.

Our third stay. Why choose this hotel? - Beautifully designed, quiet rooms, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. - Central location, 1 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. - Stunning original artwork (Warhol when we visited). No brainer. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

I stayed at the Hotel Gallery Art for the second time in three years this September. Each time I was there, I needed help from the gracious (and VERY patient) staff. Three years ago, I lost my passport and the front desk personnel told me where to go to get an American style photo and gave me directions to the consulate. This September, I lost my luggage and the staff went the extra mile to help me trace it. Also, a friend from our group had her flight diverted to Genova and the staff did their best to find out what had happened to the plane and how she was going to get to Florence since her phone was not working and we couldn't get messages to her. They did their best to alleviate our anxiety. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and its location is excellent from a tourist point of view. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff.

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, being only meters from the Ponte Vecchio and other wonderful sights of Florence. The staff were friendly and very helpful indeed. The rooms were pretty good but for the cost per night I would have expected at least complimentary water. A very good city hotel but nothing totally amazing considering the designer was Ferragamo. Beware!!! The hotel offers valet parking, cost of approximately £33 a day but it is off site (well away from the hotel) and operated by a third party. Our hire car got knocked whilst in their 'care'. Nothing bad but it caused a bit of concern for me.

Hotel is perfectly located near all the attractions in Florence - everything is walkable from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice - rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious, and up to date. The art in the hotel is an added bonus, but certainly adds to the character. And the staff was excellent - very helpful, very nice - they were great. they upgraded our room so we had a balcony and could sit outside watching Florence go by - a great spot. Would definitely stay here again
