Birthday treat
Absolute ideal location, staff were extremely friendly. Roof top bar was very nice to relax in and look at the roof top views of Florence. Ideal hotel for a 3 night stay.

Great experience
Perfect location. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful in booking reservations for dinner and cabs as needed. We were also able to add on an extra night last minute at the beginning of our stay as I mixed up our travel dates and they were very helpful.

Nice Centrally Located Hotel
Second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. It is a very comfortable hotel centrally located near the Ponte Vecchio. The staff is exceptional and made us very welcome. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

Trip of a lifetime - granddaughter's wedding
What a beautiful experience it was to stay at Gallery Hotel Art! Your consideration and care of your guests was outstanding. All staff members made us so comfortable during our time we were there as part of the Hargrove/Schachner wedding party! Every detail was tended to promptly, especially Michael, when he blew a fuse in our room!!! All the staff were so gracious and efficient starting with check in, transportation, lovely room, housekeeping, breakfast service, escorting to appointments, making sure we stay hydrated! This was my first trip to Florence and it was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you so much for making all the arrangements with Denise Hargrove - they were outstanding.
