Everything about this hotel and the staff was amazing, warm, kind, friendly and so helpful. Highly highly recommend you stay here!

We were celebrating my niece’s wedding. The hotel could not have been more accommodating to every request. The staff is outstanding led by Filippo and Julie. Nothing was left to chance. The hotel is beautiful, modern and has a wonderful rooftop bar with beautiful views. Breakfast was an added treat. Highly recommend and this was my third time back. Can’t wait to return.

I stay at the Gallery several times each year for business and pleasure, and was thrilled to recently stay with my family and friends for my daughter's wedding week. The staff, as expected, was lovely, accommodating, and welcomed us with open arms and open hearts. From the moment one arrives, the porters and team at the reception desk greet you warmly. The reception area, and adjoining library, allow weary travelers a comfortable area to register while your luggage is quickly brought to your room. The rooms are well equipped, spotless and modern, and the hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast is a wonderful way to start your day, and here, too, each guest a warmly welcomed by the team. The rooftop bar is not to be missed. It boosts views of Florence and a bartender who mixes some of the most delicious concoctions you will ever experience. I look forward to returning.

I'll start with the hotel staff who were terrific! I'm referring to the doormen, porters, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and rooftop bar. All were friendly, which made for the perfect experience. The rooms are spacious and modern and had A/C. Elevators are small but there are 2 and they work efficiently. I've stayed in several hotels in Florence and this is by far the best.

Excellent customer service. The rooms were lovely and quiet. The staff for bags and check in and support was great. The location is awesome and convienent.
