ALL of the staff was so gracious and kind to us when we were there for a wedding. I would definitely go back and stay at this Hotel. Everything about it was fabulous and they handled the Mother of the Bride with grace.

We traveled to Florence, Italy for my daughter's wedding. We personally were traveling with 10 friends and family members all coming from different parts of the United States. From the moment we entered the hotel on check-in we were provided first class service. The hotel amenities were outstanding including the morning breakfast. The team accommodated many special needs of our group as some were elderly, gluten free, and arriving at different times. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and a great value for the price. I want to personally thank Filippo for arranging our transportation to and from the airport, 2 drivers for an all day trip with our group, hotel reservations, restaurant recommendations so so much more. Other members of the team that did an outstanding job were Giulia, Laura Bessi, Michele, Giovanna Amoruso, Federica Fruggiero, Daniela Bruni, Christina and Laura Lombardi. The location of the hotel is very centralized and available to walking to restaurants and shopping venues. We were most impressed. This hotel was excellently located for everything that we had planned as a family, Whats more, the staff could not do enough to support my daughters and my stay in terms of comfort and answering questions. A special shout must go to Theasa - for patiently showing me all the landmarks around Florence on a map; Anthameda for her kindness on arrival and ensuring everything was in place for us to settle in; Luca for just being a kind mannered and welcoming individual supported by Salvatori; and finally for Martin - who on night shift when I had to get some last minute work to be undertaken at 0445 in the morning - set me up with a workspace, acquired coffee and water to power me through to 0900 - so that I could submit everything on time. It also made sure that I had the rest of the day to be with the girls. Thank you all so much all - especially Theasa, Anthameda, Luca, Salvatori and Martin - for going well beyond the call of duty and making our stay memorable in so many ways.

Beautifully appointed rooms (huge bathroom!) and excellent service. Location was amazing - right next to Ponte Vecchio. The rooftop bar was great for unwinding after a long day touring with an outstanding view and atmosphere. We will return!
