Wonderful hotel!
We loved the Gallery Art Hotel! Although the rooms were a little tight, the service, the dining, the location and front desk personnel were excellent. A shout out to Julie who went out of her way to assist us with all of our requests.

Great Stay!
The hotel was a 10/10 in all aspects. The location is great, perfectly located close to shops and attractions. The reserved the Suite and it was spacious and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of food and beverage varieties, and great seating area (it DOES NOT look like a cafeteria). The hotel staff were great. Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. This is a great choice if you are looking for a great location, great facility and exceptional service.

A Wonderful Stay
This is truly a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The location is great - next to the Ponte Vecchio, shopping, dining, sites, museums, etc. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious. But, the best feature is the staff. They are warm, friendly, efficient and very helpful. They assisted us in finding a hair salon, a handmade boot, shop, dining. All I can say is WOW! They are the best.
