Great Stay!
The hotel was a 10/10 in all aspects. The location is great, perfectly located close to shops and attractions. The reserved the Suite and it was spacious and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of food and beverage varieties, and great seating area (it DOES NOT look like a cafeteria). The hotel staff were great. Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. This is a great choice if you are looking for a great location, great facility and exceptional service.

A Wonderful Stay
This is truly a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The location is great - next to the Ponte Vecchio, shopping, dining, sites, museums, etc. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious. But, the best feature is the staff. They are warm, friendly, efficient and very helpful. They assisted us in finding a hair salon, a handmade boot, shop, dining. All I can say is WOW! They are the best.

Best place to stay in Florence
Best stay in Florence. The hotel is located in the prime spot of Florence. The rooms are great, staff is very kind. If you stay in Florence and wish to have quality for a good price then you should stay there.

All was really great!
Everything was wonderful for our first trip to Italy! The bell staff, front desk staff, servers at breakfast...everyone was top notch friendly and helpful. We were there five nights and met a lot of people, so we were very impressed by the consistency of the staff. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The location was fantastic. It was in the heart of lots of tourist attractions and was walkable to everything (although we took a cab to the train station).
