What a beautiful experience it was to stay at Gallery Hotel Art! Your consideration and care of your guests was outstanding. All staff members made us so comfortable during our time we were there as part of the Hargrove/Schachner wedding party! Every detail was tended to promptly, especially Michael, when he blew a fuse in our room!!! All the staff were so gracious and efficient starting with check in, transportation, lovely room, housekeeping, breakfast service, escorting to appointments, making sure we stay hydrated! This was my first trip to Florence and it was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you so much for making all the arrangements with Denise Hargrove - they were outstanding. This was, without a doubt, an absolutely phenomenal stay! If you want to explore Florence on foot, you simply cannot beat this incredible location. From the front desk staff to the breakfast team, the service was nothing short of world-class. Speaking of breakfast—it was extraordinary! A truly magnificent spread with every single thing you could possibly dream of. Our room was delightfully spacious, and the bed provided the absolute best sleep quality imaginable. Thanks to our GHA membership, we received an unforgettable upgrade. The complimentary Prosecco and gorgeous perfumes were such a generous, elegant touch that made us feel truly pampered! To top off an already perfect experience, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the staff went completely above and beyond—without a moment’s hesitation—to courier it directly to our next hotel in Stresa. That level of care and dedication is priceless. If you appreciate the finer things in life, do not hesitate for a second—book this boutique gem immediately! We cannot recommend it highly enough.

ALL of the staff was so gracious and kind to us when we were there for a wedding. I would definitely go back and stay at this Hotel. Everything about it was fabulous and they handled the Mother of the Bride with grace.

We traveled to Florence, Italy for my daughter's wedding. We personally were traveling with 10 friends and family members all coming from different parts of the United States. From the moment we entered the hotel on check-in we were provided first class service. The hotel amenities were outstanding including the morning breakfast. The team accommodated many special needs of our group as some were elderly, gluten free, and arriving at different times. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and a great value for the price. I want to personally thank Filippo for arranging our transportation to and from the airport, 2 drivers for an all day trip with our group, hotel reservations, restaurant recommendations so so much more. Other members of the team that did an outstanding job were Giulia, Laura Bessi, Michele, Giovanna Amoruso, Federica Fruggiero, Daniela Bruni, Christina and Laura Lombardi. The location of the hotel is very centralized and available to walking to restaurants and shopping venues. We were most impressed.
