Florence beauty
This hotel is so close to the Ponte Vecchio , and was clean , quiet , fancy, professional, perfect. The bath was immaculately kept. Love the turn down service. Breakfast was lovely. The towels were heated on a rack, bathrobes strong and soft. Beds were comfortable. A/c worked fine. Sliding glass door but no balcony.

Fabulous Florence
Location Location Location!! Not to mention the top notch service & amenities, room was fabulous. The towels, pillows, bed & all furnishings were stellar. The finest kind of toiletries and fixtures in the bathroom! We will be back, it was a great hotel!

Exquisite Stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was lovely - very nicely decorated and rooms were luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had so many nice touches such as a heated towel rack. Rooms were kept immaculately clean and included evening turn down service. The location is convenient - close to the hustle and bustle of Florence, but tucked away just enough that it was nice and quiet in our room. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were so sad to leave - I almost thought about extending for a day! We will absolutely be back and I have already recommended this hotel to some friends who are visiting Florence later this year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

First time stay at the Gallery Hotel Art
I typically stay at the properties affiliated with a large American hotel group, but decided to try the Hotel Gallery Art when there was no availability at the other hotel group. The staff and facilities were terrific. My room was very comfortable, clean, and full of character. The staff was very warm and helpful throughout my stay. I fully recommend this hotel.

Hotel with a nightclub of a restaurant
My rating would be a 5 but for the incredible noise from the Restaurant/ Cocktail Bar (Fusion) We loved our upgraded room (113) with private terrace however the noise from the odd concept Cocktail Bar/Restaurant that has loud thumping garage music ever night till at least Midnight. I am writing this in a Fri night when the music appears to have had the volume turned up (a lot). I don’t know if the sound is audible in other rooms - but avoid 113 even if offered as a free upgrade!
