My husband andI stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Florence and absolutely loved everything about it. The location was superb and the staff were so friendly and wonderful in every way. I was thrilled to read the life of Salvatore Ferragamo and even went to his boutique next door and received a discount off a wallet and was able to buy the book so I could finish it as his life was amazing. Thank you all fo a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!!

We may have expected a bigger room, the pictures on the website do not imitate the true size. Nevertheless, great rooms, great staff, nice breakfast and excellent location. Will definitely stay again. A bit pricy on the Car Park and was surprised by having to pay for additional for everytime I ask for my car out - but it was waived off, no problem.

Gallery Art Hotel is well located on a quiet street near Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were clean and nice with comfortable beds. We went for apertifs at both the bar on the ground floor and the roof top bar at the sister property next door. Both bars were fantastic. The service at the hotel was top notch. The WiFi in the hotel was very poor. I had a very bad signal on all of my devices the entire stay. At this level of property, I expect solid internet service. It would also be nice to have more power outlets in the room. Most travelers have devices that need to be charged and power outlets were in odd locations. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I would definitely consider staying here next time I visit Florence.

We had a pleasant stay with a very helpful staff. My wife had a knee issue which required nightly icing. Due to her handicap, the hotel's location was excellent for short walks to shop and eat as well as sight seeing. The bartender one evening put on a show while making drinks from various orders. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty to order while you could dine from a menu too. On our return to Florence we would stay at this location without hesitation.

Me and my husband had a nice experience at this charming hotel. We've got a room upgrade so we stayed at the top level in 702 room. It was a very nice and pleasant space. There was a big terrace with the view of the roof's buildings, where we could have some aperitifs, as well as a nice bathroom and cabinets. The breakfast, included in the daily rate, was excellent too. Many breads, fruits, yogurts jelly and honey, served in a cozy contemporary living room. If I could recommend some improvements expected there, I'd ask for some amenities like a small chocolate when they opened our bed during the night. Also, more care in carpet and floor cleaning. But that was the only suggestion I could do for this good Italian hotel.
