This hotel is outstanding. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The room was appointed very well, with plenty of space and great amenities. It was home for two weeks as we discovered Florence and the beautiful Tuscany region. Perfectly situated on the Arno, the Lungarno Hotel gave us access to great shops and restaurants. Although not inexpensive, it was well worth the price point. Just terrific.

The people who work at the hotel provided the highest level of service that we have ever experienced, the hotel's location was very convenient to the Pitti Palance, Boboli Gardens, the Uffizi and really all of the major sites. The public rooms and our sleeping room were elegant and comfortable. A sumptuous breakfast was included in our room rate and it was well worth it!

Hotel Lungarno is deserving of 10 stars. From the moment we arrived they took care of us. A beautifully appointed room on the river overlooking the world famous Ponte Vecchio, glistening night lights and melodies floating over the water like a dream. EVERY staff member was incredible. From check in (a smiling wonderful and beautiful intern who offered water and explained the hotel) the concierge -- amazing--who answered at least 10 questions by email prior to us arriving -- and 20 when we arrived) Every single detail masterfully planned and executed. There are hotels and then there is Hotel Lungarno. The right hotel in the perfect location. This is the spot to take a photo of the famous bridge enjoy cocktails and snacks and live the amazing Florentine life for a few moments. Check this off on your bucket list. It is a must. Don't wonder. Visit Hotel Lungarno and you'll see why. Right side of the bridge, amazing location near amazing restaurants and shops; walkable but not in the fray of tourists. As usual Lungarno was fantastic. From the moment you arrive to the sad moment you leave you are pampered by a capable and respectful staff that understands you are there on vacation. Immaculate rooms, great breakfast and room service. Overall a super experience!! Will be back again ......

We had a beautiful river view room with 2 levels. Amazing to look out at the river both in day and night. Bed and pillows so comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything. Even had two bathrooms! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Nice lounge with river views where we enjoyed a glass of wine after a day of touring.
