A true 5 stars hotel
​We are a family of 5 and stayed at the Regency for 3 nights. We booked the Penthouse Suite, and it was GREAT. The room is actually a 2-bedroom suite with a living room and THREE bathrooms - it couldn't be any more comfortable for a family! The room styling and furniture are classic, clean, and feel luxurious. ​The hotel consists of 2 buildings connected by a beautiful shared garden. The Penthouse Suite is in the historic building, which has no elevator. This didn't bother us at all, and we received full assistance with all our luggage whenever needed. ​Breakfast was included and very good, offering plenty of options to choose from in a relaxed atmosphere. ​The location is ideal - a short walk from the center of Florence, situated in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, and easily accessible by car. Because it is located inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), you must park at a garage that registers your license plate for access. We used the hotel's valet service for €50 a night, and the service was top-notch and very convenient. ​Above all, the hotel staff is fantastic - welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful. ​Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely return when next in Florence.

Exceptional SLH - Worth the Stay!
Excellent location. The environment is exceptional! We had an amazing too On the top floor with a balcony. The value was perfect as a SLH. The rooms are extremely clean and kept up well. Noise level in the rooms were excellent. The service was impeccable with exceptionally helpful staff. The amenities were excellent. There is so much more to say about this hotel and would definitely encourage people to experience their fine dining.

Took my wife and daughter here for a 4 day trip out to Florence. The staff was so kind and warming right when we showed up. And they only got better with each day. Will def return.

Florence’s Finest Boutique Hotel
The hotel property is splendid, only surpassed by the service of the staff. The lounge and bar area are amazing. The hotel restaurant has phenomenal food for both breakfast and a fine dining experience at dinner. This is the only place I will stay in Florence.
