Hotel is very beautiful. Location is little far from the centrum but because of this quiet.Rooms are not so big but with high ceiling. Everything is good, but the stuff could be more friendly.I will come again.

We were fortunate to be able to secure a discounted deal online for a night at Montebello. The hotel had bespoke services and even a had a night maid who prepared the beds for us. Hotel decor is amazing, loved the green velvety upholstery and curtains, high ceiling and wooden paneling, made us both felt like royalties. Bathroom also had a small jacuzzi. Breakfast is also wonderful, we had croissants that were baked directly out of the oven. Only downside is that not all their sockets in the room worked so we had some trouble charging our appliances and the location is slightly further away from the city centre than most hotels in Florence.

Everything was ok but not Splendid as the namn says. With one exeption the staff seemed tired and unmotivated. Considering the pricetag one could wish for more. The Windows in our room had the view into a Wall.

This hotel has a good location, though somewhat off from the center of all. Nice 15 min walk along the river to the center. The hotel service was very good. However the rooms need to be refurbished and the sound from bathrooms next door was very disturbing. bathrooms are not a 5 star standard and felt unclean due to old bathtubs and showers.

Amazing and very sophisticated the staff are very friendly and helpful and are willing to help yo if you don’t speak Italian. The location is slightly out of the hustle and bustle this can work to your advantage if you wish.
