+ • great located Hotel, next to the Arno river, all sights are in walking distance (up to 20 minutes) • best breakfast I ever had in Italy, good variety specially with warm dishes • friendly service at the restaurant • the Concierge is very helpful, multilingual, very friendly • size of the room for the short stay and one person okay (for 2 person too small) • rooms are properly cleaned • everyday two bottles of water for free in the small fridge - • the staff at the reception was a bit unhelpful (I wanted to order breakfast on the room 15 minutes earlier than available.. that was impossible to do so, after discussing it with three different members of the staff, the 3d person finally suggested to prepare a breakfast box that I could get at the reception at the time I wanted to the next morning) ->It was a good offer, but I think for a hotel with that class it was quite unnecessary to discuss that matter at all • Also I asked at the reception if they could send my postcards away, which one lady denied and suggested to walk there on my own (I was about to leave and check out). Luckily the concierge offered to do that for me.

This hotel was first class all the way. The location was great but the services were outstanding. There is a great bar inside and a rooftop bar that I wished we could have tried. I was not expecting much for the breakfast that was included but it was fantastic. Hot and cold foods, pastries, cereals, yogurt, specialty coffees. Free wifi and computer services were nice too as we had tickets we needed to print out.

A great hotel that I can"t fault. The room was comfortable ( a bit stuffy but the window opens) and quiet. The service and general helpfulness of the staff was amazing. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a varied selection of pretty much everything you want and the view from the dining room was like looking out onto a 19th century landscape painting. I will particularly miss: 1) the complimentary mobile phone that we used out and about all week. 2) the wonderful stair case. 3) the surprise birthday dessert this morning- complete with candle! Thank you British airways for suggesting this gem!

We have just come back from a easter break at the plaza and it was amazing. The room was big and comfortable and amazing views over the river. We had some good meals in the restaurant and must thank Giovani for his excellent service and help with the menu . We had some wonderful cocktails in the bar made by the wonderful loranzo . We also loved the rooftop bar the views are the best in Florence. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful and we will be back one day to your beautiful city and hotel thankyou

Me and my family stay in a suite that was espectacular, more than enough space and a beautiful view, the room was impecable and the location was great, just a little walk to Ponte Vecchio. The Concierge recommended a great restaurant. Great staff! Beautiful and modern rooms! Try the terrace and watch the sunset!
