Great location for visiting this amazing city. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the very friendly staff. We were a party of six and we were given rooms next to one another. The rooms were very comfortable offering views across the river. Breakfast was great with ample choices of food. On arrival we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar which we were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was a free drink for each night served by very friendly bar staff. One of the best things about the hotel was the view across the city from the rooftop bar. The hotel also offered a free phone, not only were we able to phone home for free but we were able to take it with us whilst visiting the city as it doubled up as a travel guide with maps. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would one day like to return.

My college aged daughter and I spent 4 nights here in mid-December. The hotel was very beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived and we were escorted to our room and given a full tour of the amenities. We particularly liked the computerized tablet on the wall to regulate the temperature and also to get the weather forecast for the day. The hotel has good wifi and an app to tell you all the events/activities in the area as well as restaurants. The breakfast everyday was in a beautiful room and the food was presented so nicely I took pictures of it! The wait staff was very accommodating as well. Although the hotel is not in the center of the action of Florence, it was walkable to to everything and very quiet. We had a nice view of the city and the front of the hotel had a nice view over the river. The room was a good size with very high ceilings and big windows. There is not space in the bathroom to keep your toiletries, but it is nice enough and the complimentary toiletries are very nice. The concierge was very helpful in making reservations for us as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived late saterday and was greeted by a lovely man who helped us with our bags, and lovely lady a reception I think her name was Simone, extremely helpful! On getting to our room, I realised we did not have bath in the room. When I booked the description stated bath, I went down to speak to Simone at reception, who was very accommodating and advised she could move us then and there but room would not have a view or we could wait and move the next day to similar room but with a bath! Great customer service! Room was spacious, cleaned very well, maids very polite and friendly. Nice extra touches in room! Both bar men on in the evenings were very nice and professional and always willing to help, bar kept clean and cocktails lovely! Especially fruit punch! Breakfast staff, the lady who greeted us in the morning was very nice other than that the other staff at breakfast didn't appear to wanna help or talk, we went for breakfast around quarter to 10 every morning and was told they run out of bread )for toaster) and then told they hadn't run out but it was too late to bring more out. Breakfast food was good though! Coffee lovely! Will definitely be returning as my partner proposed on the roof on 5th Feb 2018!!!!! Will now be a regular visit! Definitely recommend!!!
