Must i say this hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view frm the roof bar. Location to the centre of Florence is perfect walking distance. Hotel room is newly refurbished so we were in a newly small room and very clean. Staff all lovely and very friendly. Breakfast is tasty abd the bar offer variety of drink all to highest standard. I would definitely recommend to all who like to come to florence for few days.

My friends and I visit Florence two times per year and every time we stay at this incredible hotel. The location can't be beat. It is a very luxurious hotel at a very affordable price. The buffet breakfast is included and is the nicest selection of food I have ever seen for a buffet. It is the best way to start our day in Florence. The rooftop terrace is one of the best views in the city and is a wonderful way to enjoy a drink after a long day of shopping and eating. The staff is Second to none. I highly recommend this hotel to all who visit.

Wonderful river view, well-appointed room, awesome breakfast buffets, excellent service and helpful staff! The only slight misunderstanding was the role of the concierge desk which helps with tour arrangements. They require cash settlement, rather than addition to credit card at checkout.

The husband and I stayed here in early March, 2017 for 8 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The #1 best thing about this hotel was the concierge, Michael. He helped us set up two day trips with a private driver. He also helped us get connected with the concierge at our hotel in Milan so we could see the Last Supper while in Milan. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. #2 thing about this hotel was the very, very good breakfast buffet. It was a very extensive and delicious breakfast, and they made me cappucino every morning. Yum! The hotel was pretty, not overly large and felt very Italian. I liked that. We didn't go to Italy to feel like we were still in Texas! Room was on the small size, but we are used to that in Europe. It was very clean and elegant, just small-ish. Location was perfect for us. We like to be a little bit removed from the center of things and crowds. I would say we were about a ten minute walk from the Uffizi and the Duomo, so not bad, and it was a safe and pleasant walk. For dinners, there were many very good restaurants within walking distance. From the rooftop pool/bar you have a great view of the Duomo, so that is fun. Sad for us, it wasn't open for the season yet, but we still went up to enjoy the view. Only negative here is that the walls were thin so we did hear our neighbors now and again. Also, there was some construction noise in the neighborhood, but that was during the daytime, so not a problem at all for us. Packing tip - if you like to condition your hair, bring your own, they only supply shampoo :) I would definitely recommend this hotel, and say hi to Michael the concierge if you are there!
