Magical!
We arrived at Portrait Firenze the day before celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We were thrilled with the beautiful Suite and balcony and its location overlooking the River Arno and steps from the Ponte Vechio! As beautiful as the hotel is, what makes it extraordinary is the warmth, kindness and professionalism of all the staff! They made our few days totally special and very memorable! We could not have asked for anything more for this special occasion. We Look forward to returning one day!

Fabulous hotel in Florence!
The hotel Portrait Firenze is one of the loveliest hotels we’ve experienced, and we have traveled extensively in many countries. The service, food, decor, quality of sleep, and proximity to places of significance were all five star. We will definitely return one day. Many thanks to all of the staff for treating us so well.
