The staff could not help us eough. Theycwere wonderful. The experience was amazing and the hotel was lovely.

My first visit to the hotel
It was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well organized. Most importantly, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous stay in Firenze
Exceptional property. Staff went way above and beyond and met our every need. They even arranged a motorized scooter for our mother, made sure it was regularly charged, and helped us get it on the street every time Gave us excellent advice, booked hard-to-get restaurants and were so friendly and charming. Rooms are gorgeous, views are even better - spectacular vista of Florence over the Arno. Buffet breakfast has loads of delicious choices. Truly a special experience.

A truly remarkable experience.
From the moment you arrive right on the Arno river, you are met with the most charming and hospitable staff imaginable. There is nothing they won’t try to do to make your stay unforgettable. All the staff deserve high praise but specifically for me Teresa, Isuru, Matteo, Salvatore, George the list is endless. Such a joyous experience. My sincere thanks.

Flawless
It was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was really kind and helpful with our group of 12 people. Being a small hotel makes it agile and intimate enough so we could have help for everyone and everything. Breakfast is delicious as well as dinner menu.
