Beautiful property with elegant touches all around and spectacular rooms. Hotel upgraded us to a larger suite and it was perfect. Concierge service is top notch. Restaurant and activity recommendations were just right.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Portrait Firenze. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel and in a great location a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio. 5 stars all around!

If you are looking for a hotel in Florence, your search ends here. Portrait Firenze has simply the best team to make your stay truly unique - and a lot more! After researching several places, I made a reservation at Portrait for a quick trip to visit Florence over Thanksgiving. A few days after marking the reservation, the hotel contacted me with a series of questions - all to get to know me better. Such a nice way to start! They also asked what plans I had, and upon sharing, offered to help with tickets, arranging transportation, booking venues and experiences that aligned with my interests. Needless to say, amazing and made me look forward to the trip. Once I arrived, they left notes, welcome gifts, and even small details such as what kind of water you prefer (!) matters to this team. Truly outstanding. Our room had amazing views of Ponte Vecchio, was spacious, beautifully appointed, and quiet. This location is unbeatable. You can walk everywhere, and during the day, make back to the hotel to rest a little. The breakfast and room service are amazing as well. For those long days where you just want to rest after walking a lot, they have everything. I would recommend this hotel over and over, and will definitely stay again with such a nice team.

We were especially grateful for the much-appreciated room upgrade and for the thoughtful gifts prepared for the baby, gestures that truly touched us. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, featuring high-quality products and attentive service. We also experienced the same kindness and empathy at Caffè dell’Oro, qualities that are rare and precious to find. Once again, thank you for your extraordinary hospitality.

Unbeatable location, superb service, beautiful and comfortable rooms, excellent food, and the best view of Ponte Vecchio. Doesn’t get any better.
