A beautiful place in a beautiful city
Spent 4 days at portrait Firenze coming from Rome. My first time in this city and my first time in Italy. Florence is beautiful and so is the hotel. It’s in a perfect location right on the river and located so close to everything. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the service is even better. All of the staff are so helpful and the concierge helped me every step of the way with restaurants and recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel for a yoke coming to Florence. My stay was absolutely amazing!

Great location! Beautiful rooms! Great restaurant - breakfast buffet was amazing and dinner was awesome as well - we chose to dine in the evenings a few times at the restaurant because it was so good! Employees were very attentive!

Beautiful hotel, great staff who always made us feel welcome and helped us make dinner reservations, amazing location. Would stay here 100% when visiting Florence again.

Best hotel in Florence
Best boutique hotel in Florence. Location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff is friendly courteous knowledgeable and the best. We remember each other from each year’s visit. We have stayed at the big name top tier hotels in Florence but honestly look forward to returning to the Portrait each time. The rooms are excellent and well thought out. Tell your friends but not too many as we want to be able to return.
