Off season haven in Florence.
Hats off to the General Manager Massimo de Venuto and his team for a truly impressive and cozy January stay to visit the Fra Angelico show, Three friends converged for a memorable kickoff to our 60th birthday year and the reception and care we received was unsurpassable. Florence off season is a special delight. The Portrait feels genuinely warm and attentive in a very human and comforting way. Guisy and her colleagues were sincerely present to help with every detail. The WhatsApp system worked flawlessly for each and every need on the fly. Complimenti a tutti! Charles

Outstanding stay in the heart of Florence We had an exceptional stay at Portrait Firenze in a Deluxe Studio Suite facing the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. From the very first moment, the experience felt truly five-star. The staff are extraordinary – genuinely warm, extremely attentive, and always ready to help. Their language skills are excellent, making everything effortless and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, fresh, and beautifully designed with a modern yet elegant style. Our suite was perfectly thought through, with a smart layout that made it both luxurious and very comfortable, and the view over the Arno and Ponte Vecchio was simply unforgettable. Breakfast deserves a special mention: a fantastic buffet with fresh, high-quality, and exclusive products, all served in a relaxed and refined atmosphere. We also received excellent restaurant recommendations from the team, which turned out to be spot-on and enhanced our overall Florence experience even more. All in all, a completely positive stay and a new entry on our short list of absolute hotel favourites. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Stay
One of the more refined and caring hotels I have stayed at. Professional and courteous staff like Vladimir and Modou are excellent reflection of the high standards this establishment provides. The view from the room is unmatched in Florence and the level of service is exceptional.
