Trip to Florence!
We had an incredible stay at Portrait Firenze. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the Arno River and within walking distance of so much of what Florence has to offer. The hotel itself was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. Being able to step outside and immediately be in the heart of Florence made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay at Portrait Firenze again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

EXCELLENT service, great suite, GREAT staff. We were so impressed, we are considering staying at Portrait in Milano. We always stay at the Bulgari in Milano Stefano was wonderful. Loved our stay there!

An amazing stay! Hotel is pristine and beautiful. I was shocked by the courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. We were acknowledged immediately upon entering the property and every one of them made sure our needs were taken care of and any holes in our itinerary had options. Modou even went as far as walking us to a restaurant close by when we had no dinner reservations and procuring a table for us.

An Amazing Stay
Our recent stay at The Portrait was 10/10. We worked closely with our travel advisor on choosing a 5 star hotel and it was hard because Florence offers many that sound wonderful but the Portrait kept popping up for us and we are really glad we chose it. From the warm welcome by all staff to the beautiful suite (double balcony with unobstructed views of the Ponte Vecchio to the left and a beautiful sunset to the right), chef’s kiss. We could be part of the action or simply close the door for quiet. We watched Florence wake up, get busy, and then quiet again. There was also a beautiful welcome for our anniversary. We communicated through WhatsApp and the whole team was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. And, each time we left and returned, we were greeted with smiles and positive energy. Every time. We loved the style & aesthetics of the hotel and great location to walk everywhere. Yes, we would return!
