Let me preface by saying I am not a big review writer. That being said, after our week at this incredible hotel, I absolutely felt obligated to hop on here and give praise to this property! You cannot beat the location, and the rooms are amazingly appointed, but what makes this hotel a true standout is the service we experienced during our stay. Every person on their team we encountered, from the housekeeping to the management, treated us like we were the only guests at the hotel! I've had the great fortune of staying at many luxury properties all over the world during my lifetime, and I can wholeheartedly say Portrait Firenze goes above and beyond to give their guests unparalleled customer service. Even though Florence has so much to offer, we truly looked forward to returning to our hotel after a busy day of activities, because we knew we would be greeted with big smiles and warm conversations. Bravo to this hotel and its exemplary team who makes it absolutely extraordinary!

Dear fellow travelers, Our experience at Portrait (Florence, Italy), was beyond brilliant. The staff was kind & courteous, anticipated and took care of our every request. The Concierge desk (the lovely Carolina) and the front entry (charming Lucas) immediately treated us like family. I cannot recommend Portrait any higher. Yes, it is “luxury”, but worth every penny! Highly recommended!

Where to start...What a wonderful experience the Staff were Super Attentive and made my wife and I feel like Royalty. It's was our first time in Firenze 🇮🇹 and what memories this Hotel provided us with..The food is fantastic and the Room was just loaded with the spoils of feeling special. We have already talked about coming back here and will stay again.

Hotel is absolutely perfect. Rooms are extremely comfortable and beautifully done. Staff was super helpful with every aspect of our trip including food and shopping recommendations. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful property with elegant touches all around and spectacular rooms. Hotel upgraded is to a larger suite and it perfect. Concerige service is top notch. Restaurant and activity recommendations were just not right.
