Upscale elegant and trendy boutique hotel with excellent service. Location is great rig near all the shopping and tourist spots. Great beds and bathrooms.

Wow wow wow To feel at home in a stylish hotel on the Ponte Vechio walking distance to all the major sites in Florence. The design of the hotel was outstanding - chic and elevated. You feel like a movie star every time you walk into the hotel. Yet the best part is the staff - in particular the Concierge (ask for Rafael). Let me preface by saying I am not a big review writer. That being said, after our week at this incredible hotel, I absolutely felt obligated to hop on here and give praise to this property! You cannot beat the location, and the rooms are amazingly appointed, but what makes this hotel a true standout is the service we experienced during our stay. Every person on their team we encountered, from the housekeeping to the management, treated us like we were the only guests at the hotel! I've had the great fortune of staying at many luxury properties all over the world during my lifetime, and I can wholeheartedly say Portrait Firenze goes above and beyond to give their guests unparalleled customer service. Even though Florence has so much to offer, we truly looked forward to returning to our hotel after a busy day of activities, because we knew we would be greeted with big smiles and warm conversations. Bravo to this hotel and its exemplary team who makes it absolutely extraordinary!
