I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at The Portrait in Florence. The friendly staff, the impeccable design, the perfect location, the delicious food and the service is world class. Every detail was executed precisely! Looking forward to my return!

Amazing location
We liked the location but there was a construction site nearby and it was loud during the day. The breakfast menu was ok with limited options. Other than that we were pleased with our experience and enjoyed our time there. Also I wish the AC control was in the room instead of having to call them to adjust the temperature.

The hotel is so beautiful, the staff really nice and the location can’t be better. Our room was so charming too. Good experience!

Portrait Perfection
The Portrait Firenze is as close to perfect as a hotel can get. The hospitality is simply unmatched, the locale incredibly convenient to all that Florence has to offer, and the decor insanely chic and modern. It's hard to imagine staying anywhere else after being absolutely spoiled by this place.
