Excellent service! Impressive suite. Very nice building at the heart of the city. We loved the beds, the room amenities and the high standard of service. We also appreciated the free room upgrade. Also very nice priced.

I was astounded by the hotel but as much about the manner in which this hotel treats its guests. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much. The check in and check out process is really well managed and very personal. We needed to book a few excursions and it was dealt with quickly and very efficient. The breakfast was continental style but suited us perfectly but you could have ordered anything you wanted. The staff were all very polite, I would highly recommend this hotel, great location, easy to walk around the city and lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance as were all the key sights in the city. Room we had was quiet and simple and understated but really high class. Would without a doubt stay again when next in Florence.

We stayed 3 nights, and the staff did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. When we complained about the power to the outlets going off when we removed the key card, an extra card was provided. An extra chair was provided at our request. We got advice from them about all sorts of things, even where to get a bus pass-I don't think any of their patrons had ever asked about that before. Clearly the key to this place is, if you have a problem, ask for help! The one problem they couldn't help with was that our room had the closet and luggage space much higher than the rest. This was inconvenient, and the curved stairs leading up had no rail, which was dangerous.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was close enough to everything but not congested or noisy. The hotel staff really added to the experience. The doorman greated us by name upon arrival and check in was personalized versus standing in a long line. We had a jr Suite with a terrance which gave us plenty of room and a nice place for a glass of wine in the evenings. I would stay here again.

This hotel was the second stop for me and my husband's Italian honeymoon. I'm so glad we chose this hotel as it was so lovely, chic and beautiful. The location in Florence is convenient, it's on a quiet street but still within walking distance to Santa Croce Church, the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and across the river to Piazza Michaelangelo. It also houses Enoteca Pinchiorri - which is a 3 star Michelin restaurant. This was easy since we had a reservation the second night and were able to get back to our hotel quite easily. Room: SO cute and chic - yellow painted walls with black wooden panels/trim. The room was spacious and had a balcony where we could see the church. There was a bench by the bed so we could put our luggage, as well as a dressing area for additional luggage and full length mirrors. To the side of the bed was a desk area for my husband to set up his work area. Service: Amazing. They had welcome pastries for us, notating that this was our honeymoon as well as a personalized greeting card. Our hotel rate included the breakfast buffet which was delicious. The servers were always friendly and helpful. If we are ever in Florence again, we would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you again Relais Santa Croce!
