Fabio and Emanuele at the Sina Villa Medici were so welcoming from the moment we arrived and continued to be helpful as well as gracious our whole trip. At the end of our stay, we had a lovely room overlooking the garden and the morning breakfast was delicious. Simone, Daniele, Sabrina, and Elena greeted us as if we were family each morning when our family gathered for breakfast. The service was stellar whether it was at the front desk or in the beautiful breakfast room. We would recommend this hotel!

N.B. I wrote a review last month that has not been published. We have stayed at this hotel for many years, and generally book directly with the hotel,so that we may have similar accommodations. On our Sunday arrival, the assigned room was not ready, but when we saw it, we were unimpressed. We have always stayed in the wing that faces the pool and with a balcony. The older part of the hotel has been redone, albeit in a careless fashion. There were not enough drawers for our clothes, and the closet of the first room was missing glass shelves. We finally were given a room that was nice but far from our favorite. The bathroom was strange with a small shower having two abutting doors. The elevator in this older wing has doors that close abruptly. The buffet breakfasts need sprucing up, along with one of the covered serving pieces whose lid needs new hinges. The nicest aspect of the hotel is the concierge. The long-time head concierge is outstanding. Also, the nice touch of the hotel car is a plus. Marriott was slated to assume control of the hotel in late September. Let's hope they can restore the hotel its former glory.

The grounds were gorgeous, the staff was excellent and the food was delicious. Our rooms were quaint and shower was small. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends.

We spent about 3-4 days here. The feeling is very warm and secure when we arrived. The landscape was very beautiful and the meals were excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and the rates were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Verona special town. After hustle and bustle of Rome, Florence and Venice, Verona was great. Easy town to navigate. Hotel staff very helpful, assisted with meal suggestions. Set on nice quiet puazza, church close by.
