The service was impeccable. Sandro, Virginia, Erica - thank you for your welcoming service! We were blown away by the attention to detail. We've stayed at St. Regis in the states and the St. Regis Florence just puts them to shame. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station and there are plenty of great eateries nearby. If you are able to splurge, stay here - you'll be glad after a long day of walking/sightseeing. We can't wait to return!

This is a great hotel. The customer service was top notch. The hotel is beautiful and well located. I was given a room with a view of the river. The lobby bar is beautiful with an extensive cocktail menu. This would be my first choice place to stay in Florence.

I am very stingy with top reviews but the St Regis deserves it. From the moment you enter the hotel you are made to feel welcome. You are greater at the door and given a seat at a desk for check in relaxing after your long travel. You are brought to your room and shown the amenities. A butler later comes by to explain available services. The front desk is very helpful with hints, suggestions, or help. You can’t go wrong with the St Regis Florence.

Beautiful hotel, phenomenal service. Every person we encountered here was so kind,helpful, and pleasant. Our stay included breakfast and it was amazing. Nothing missed in this spread. Everything was tasty from the cappuccino,fresh juice, to homemade omelets. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Hotel is an easy walk to anywhere in the city.

This is my favourite place to go for a spa experience in Florence. Tina is always been amazing with me and super professional and talented , I trust her , and have come back many times since ! Thank you so much for welcoming me , I will be coming back in the future .
