Not bad, not great either
The staff is nice, the beach is nice, the pool is almost as warm as a hot tub and is very nice to soak in. We were in a studio apartment, which was spacious but really needed some updating and basic maintenance. The bathroom was especially frustrating. There was a broken/missing hook for holding your towel and when I attempted to put my towel over the shower curtain rod, the rod fell off!! The controls in the shower did not work and we could not adjust the water temperature at all! So depending on the time of day, you either had a cool shower (apparently the hot water runs out at high demand times of day/really pissed us off) or you get a really hot shower. The light in the bathroom mirror did not work. Oh, and forget it if you think they will service/clean the room during your stay. The promised daily bottles of water never get delivered and no clean towels. Had to swipe toilet paper from the housekeeping cart (I guess some people get their rooms serviced). The doorwall to the balcony is almost impossible to open—it badly needs some maintenance. We were in room 807–hope you don’t get that room. Oh, and the walls are apparently thin—we got woke up every morning around 6 am to the screaming toddler next door.

Best Bar in FLL
Alain at the bar was fantastic. He met all of our knees and more was entertaining and fun. We can’t wait to go back and see him. The food was great as well.!

Great bartender!
I discovered the bar and in particular Alain the bartender a couple of years ago. This is my go to spot for my pre cruise time. Alain is exactly the bartender you hope to find. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable.

Our server, Sarah was great, friendly and a pleasure to have. Space was inviting and the food was good. If you come, ask for Sarah! She will make your experience a memorable one.
