The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

We stayed at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa for my 50th birthday trip, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful. Being right across from the beach made it easy to enjoy Fort Lauderdale, and having an ocean-view balcony was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean, and just taking everything in made my birthday trip feel even more special. The hotel has a relaxing, upscale atmosphere, and our accommodations were spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the rooftop area and the convenience of being close to restaurants, the beach, and other things we wanted to do during our trip. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful, and I appreciated the hospitality throughout our stay. We came to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate a major milestone—my 50th birthday—and The Atlantic Hotel & Spa gave us a beautiful place to call home while we celebrated. Despite the rainy South Florida weather during much of our trip, I still have some wonderful memories from our stay. I would definitely consider staying at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa again, especially for the location, ocean views, spacious accommodations, and easy beach access.

We had a wonderful stay at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa and would absolutely stay here again. Our apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The pool area was also beautifully maintained, and the view from the pool is simply amazing – definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. What really made our stay special, however, was the outstanding service, especially from Tracey at the Front Desk. From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. During our first night, there was significant noise from generators on the street due to renovation work at the neighboring Conrad Hotel. Tracey did everything she could that evening to help reduce the impact of the noise and make us more comfortable. The following day, she arranged for us to move to a much quieter apartment. Throughout our entire stay, Tracey continued to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. She also gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to do during both the day and evening. Her genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome and is something we will definitely remember from our time in Fort Lauderdale. We would also like to compliment the valet parking team. They were professional, friendly, and trustworthy at all times, and we always felt that our car was in good hands. The only downside during our stay was the construction at the neighboring Conrad Hotel. The generators on the street were quite loud, to the point that sitting and relaxing on our balcony wasn't really possible. However, this was clearly outside the control of The Atlantic Hotel, and the way Tracey and the Front Desk team handled the situation actually demonstrated how much they care about their guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Beautiful and spacious accommodations, an amazing pool and view, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We would choose The Atlantic Hotel & Spa again without hesitation. And a very special thank you to Tracey – you truly made our stay memorable!

I stayed here on business and genuinely enjoyed the property, but I left with a problem I've never had at a hotel before. I left my watch — about $900 — on the dresser and went out for a walk. When I got back it was gone. I turned the room upside down looking for it and it never turned up. The only thing I was able to do was file a police report; there was no real recourse beyond that. I can't say for certain what happened to it, only that it was in the room when I left and gone when I came back, and that housekeeping had been in. I'm not going to accuse anyone by name, but I'd tell any future guest the same thing: use the safe, and don't leave anything of value sitting out in the open while you're out of the room. Everything else about the stay was fine. This one issue is the reason for the rating.

we had a wonderful stay at the atlantic Hotel and spa. five stars all the way around.. location was perfect atmosphere was warm and comfortable room was perfect.. spacious & clean. **a special note on the fabulous Goi at the valet service. she was thoughtful considerate kind helpful.. she made such a wonderful impression, i looked forward to seeing her when she was working.

I recently visited the Spa for a Massage & Facial, and I brought alone a friend. I usually come to this Spa every 2 months to enjoy services, but this visit was horrible. My friend and I got to the Spa for the Manager to say she wasn't supposed to be on the 5th floor; it's only for Spa & hotel Guest. No problem, I explained that once in the past, I brought a friend and it was no issue. She proceeded to tell me, I probably slid my guest in. How unprofessional. There is no harm in explaining whatever policy there is and giving us OPTIONS where my friend could have stayed. Every time I come to this Spa, the manager always seems unbothered, she can't be that busy if she's always on her phone. I will NEVER return to this Spa, it's ridiculous how people are spoken to with no consideration.
