Sarah was GREAT!!
Our first stop off of the plane was the bar and restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel and the bartender Sarah was great!! She started our trip off to a great start and we look for to visiting again.

Poor front desk attention
I was disappointed with the front staff at this hotel. Poor customer service If you don’t want to take care of the customers do something different No TV service during the World Cup games Asked for help with sofa bed and none was provided The rooms were spacious and clean The restaurant was good

Great location and friendly professional service.
How can I describe the Atlantic Hotel. Rooms, pool area were very good as was the food service. It was a made even better with Sarah bring joy and a friendly welcoming smile every time we visited the restaurant and bar.

Outstanding and full of staff and vistors
The representatives Latoya and Nikita went beyond to make my three days a peaceful and restful stay. Both provided needed information and as well programs and amenities. However, because of the professional customer care I received. I will continue to be a repeat customers. It's a lot of competitors on the beach, but none measure up to Atlantic Hotel and Spa exceptional service an atomphere . Again, I'm totally elated and will visit again in August 2026.
