Amazing Business Retreat
Our team recently held our annual business retreat at the hotel, and the experience exceeded expectations. Amy and Latoya in the sales office were a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the planning process. The conference space was ideal for our needs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were able to accommodate every request, helping make our retreat a true success.

Creeps in Spa
The "massage therapist" Judy and Cornelia are extremely strange they both followed me to the locker room after I was told I couldn't receive a massage that was booked previously. Since I was already in a robe I told them I'd call the person who purchased the package so she could get a refund and head to the locker to change out of my robe and into my beach attire. The whole time these women were behind me (while in the locker room) with eyes on me. I didn't notice until I got off the phone with my mom, and was extremely upset because it was WEIRD, not okay, extremely unprofessional and made me feel uneasy. I will be filing with BBB because whether or not there intention was wrong they should've apologized for how they made me feel. I made it clear I was not okay with that and they defended what they did with "we weren't trying to follow you" (well you both did...) and "we were holding the door for you" and when I asked for there names they both went silent I had to walk up to them and read there name tags. Disgusting behavior if you didn't mean any harm a simple apology would have went over way better with anyone. Be careful, creepy employees. Glad I was not touched by either of these women who have zero respect for privacy.
