Excellent until it was not
Myself, my husband and another couple had the pleasure of dining at the Wild Thyme restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa recently. The food and service were excellent. I would love to recommend it to family and friends. I cannot, not because of our dinner that was a five star experience but because of the experience I had in the handicap ladies restroom in the lobby. There were two homeless women in there. I did not feel safe. For this reason I will not be returning

Terrible room terrible customer service
Booked an upscale suite for the wedding paid for an upscale suite moved us to a junior level room. The place smells the air conditioning doesn’t work change room rooms three times. We are now told the property is sold out. We’re trying to move to another hotel. the place is a disaster. Customer service is a disaster. The person that blocked. The rooms for the wedding isn’t reachable.

Wild Thyme bar area is a great Thyme !
Had a really great time at the Wild Thyme bar with a very fun bartender Alain! He was friendly and influenced the fun had by all the patrons 🙌
