The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

Love the Atlantic Hotel. Rooms are large and Oceanfront views are amazing. It’s so close to the beach, I can hear the ocean waves! Staff is outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. Nikita was especially helpful, professional and friendly. She’s the best!

We were a group of 17 people, 5 companies. We stayed at the hotel and used the 5th floor conference room by the pool for two days of meetings which served our purposes nicely. There was a cold snap and the room did not have a heat source so maintenance brought one space heater for the room which wasn't quite enough but the rest of the heaters were being loaned out to guest rooms as they were also not being appropriately warmed by the central heating system. The hotel is clean, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Our bill was wrong at check out but was quickly remedied. Don't miss the hot honey pizza, or the ahi tuna salad in the Wild Thyme restaurant. Lynn/Linda is a great server and thanks to Jacob who runs the kitchen for his flexibility as our group had a few with special dietary requirements. It's a beautiful location.

Nakita at the front desk was awesome they let us have complementary early check in, which I really appreciated. I had stayed here before and had a bad experience, but I decided to give it another chance, and I’m glad I did. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 because the rooms could definitely be cleaner. However, when I asked them to change my sheets, they did so promptly and it was fine after that. The staff truly made the difference, and I love the location. One downside was that the advertised late 3 PM checkout was not true. The latest checkout available was 12 PM, and I didn’t appreciate being told otherwise.

Unbeatable location, unbeatable view! Came for a business trip with colleagues, and we were so impressed with everything the Atlantic had to offer. My expectations typically are pretty low of hotel food, but I was truly blown away by every meal I had. Delicious! The rooms were enormous - everyone in our group raved about the size of them!

I had the pleasure of working closely with Amy Faulkner, Latoya Valentine, and Jacob Hillman, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She ensured that every detail was addressed and that all of our needs were met. We held numerous planning meetings prior to the event, and her preparation and organization played a critical role in ensuring the SKO ran seamlessly. Latoya was on-site and readily available whenever needed. She made the room reservation process incredibly easy and was consistently polite, kind, and professional. Her customer service skills are truly exceptional and did not go unnoticed by our team. Jacob went above and beyond in every possible way. He was on-site throughout the event, catering to our needs for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, room setups, and special events. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence made a significant impact on the success of our event. We genuinely could not have asked for better support. In addition, the food was outstanding. Your chefs did a fabulous job—every meal received rave reviews from our attendees. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall venue was widely regarded as one of the highlights of the event. We rented the entire facility, and the Atlantic Hotel and Resort exceeded our expectations in every way.
