I visited the hotel for my birthday/ vacation and my stay was amazing. I called to inquire about checking in 2 hours early since I arrived in the area prior to check in and they had a room available. The staff was pleasant and courteous throughout the entire stay. The ocean front king sized suite boasted an amazing view of the ocean from the 14th floor! The suite was very spacious, elegantly designed, and provided everything needed for the stay. The hotel's proximity to a variety of wonderful restaurants and the beach was a plus. I booked services at the spa which was amazing and luxurious. I fell in love with Fort Lauderdale and whenever I visit in the future, I will ensure that I stay at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa. Everything was great!!

had the pleasure of staying here and the valet services provided by I was thoroughly impressed by Isaac and Rico the professionalism and efficiency of the two young men who assisted me. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly accommodating, always ensuring that my car was promptly retrieved whenever I needed it. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. I highly commend Rico and Isaac for their exceptional work ethic and friendly demeanor. They made my experience seamless and enjoyable.

I would stay here 10 or of 10 times visiting the area. Especially with my family. The folks here are first class service specialists.

I am very sad with the service at this hotel. I sent several emails a month before my trip, and never responded. Two days before the trip I called to say that I had sent the emails and as there was no response I decided to call and ask them to put a bottle of Champagne in the room, due to my husband's birthday. From the beginning of my call, Mrs. Lenna (Customer Service) who answered me was treating me badly, and finally, after I asked if they really couldn't do this service, she hung up the phone on me. I called again and said she couldn't treat people like that, but she told me she had more important things to do and was going to hang up again. My God, what a world we are in. I've never been treated so badly in my life, I'm in shock. Please Could someone please call me, because this was embarrassing.!!

This hotel doesn't take any responsibility of your personal items Lost or Stolen by the Maid. I had my Tiffany earrings lost by there reckless cleaning lady. Left for the beach came back only one earring on the night table. Wow!! Hotel was run down, staff were not helpful. The manager was a not nice, big B. Cleaning staff stop cleaning our room on purpose cuz I called Security and filed a incident report. Bad staff overall. They need to fire the reckless cleaning lady on floor 8. And the manager. I want my f***ING earing back.
