Sarah and Viviana took amazing care of me, really professional and experienced really nice and awesome bartenders Larry and alissa also took care of me at the bar tables and they were really really nice great to meet such people on my trip Carlos the restaurant server also answered a few of my questions really friendly and helpful server went put of he’s way to make sure my questions were answered

This is our 6th time in a row staying here. Unfortunately it has went downhill. When we went into our room there was sand all over the floor(this is our first time in the room). Front desk said we had the package for $100 we could use At restaurant, bar and shop. We went to ask two days later just to verify another person said we had $60 but only for restaurant. The next day talked to someone else said we have $100 credit and a $60 credit. So we used it went to check out said we didn’t get any credits. I did get everything written the third person we talked to and showed front desk they finally took it off. The people next door were smoking so much pot that we felt like we were high! The shuttle they now have is very nice. Housekeeping through the covers over the bed didn’t really. Make them and left used glasses etc. We were disappointed in our stay, but the beach is amazing!!

The food was amazing but over one hour to get basic appetizers like a salad and hummus is unacceptable. Server was very nice however they were not busy and there’s no excuse for the kitchen not to put food out within 30 minutes. If you’re going out for dinner or or lunch, plan on taking at least two hours.

The property is in need of a renovation, especially for the price they charged. Service is, at best, average, and the beds are super soft and uncomfortable.

Ocean 2000 restaurant. Our server Ashley was so kind, excellent service and even did something special for my sister’s birthday. Food is always great and ocean view amazing. We enjoyed our Sunday brunch. We are looking forward to coming back.
