Room dining was limited and order taking was not as I asked for. It took a day to fix the English speaking TV channels. A/C was not working so I had to move to another room. Housekeeping was bad and when I called to complain they hang up on me. I called manager on duty to let her know my experience with housekeeping but she didn’t do much. Some staff were rude and some were very helpful.

Awesome room with delux shower and bath we enjoyed both. Great bar, Lovely building. Our last day in Europe and this hotel begged us to stay longer. Good recommendations to go to old town for an authentic dining experience. I loved the use of cocobolo high gloss laminate on all woodwork surfaces including doors. Veri chic

Kind, polite, efficient and understanding staff, great breakfast, and calm and classic historic hotel. Super location, we were walking distance from exploring the old town and from good stores. We enjoyed the comfortable room with lovely Acqua di Parma scented toiletries, which was also very clean. Dined at Zukaya one night which was excellent. Bar and cocktails also top notch. Thank you, would return to stay again!

The Steigenburger is an amazing luxury hotel. The amenities made me feel like I was at home and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this location and if I return to Frankfurt this will be my go to. The location was in easy walking distance to everything. Thank you for a fabulous stay! ❤️

This is our second visit here. This is one of my favorite hotels globally-and will always plan to stay here when in Frankfurt. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is kept extraordinarily clean and well- appointed. The historic building is a treasure in itself -showcasing photos of its own history in some hallways. The location is exceptional - no need for a car to enjoy Frankfurt's city treasures. They have a reasonably priced early check in option and were generous with us when we asked for a bit more time checking out.
