Amazing villa, wonderful staff, great food, peace and quiet and relaxation. The water sport crew saved us twice and taught us so much. The snorkeling was lovely and on the 2nd trip out we met a sea turtle. The restaurant had great options without being wasteful, and offered some local and many international dishes. (The early dinner reservations fill fast so plan ahead!) The bar is always there if you want a change of scenery or a drink midday, but always quiet and conversational. The guests were mostly British, but also American, Dutch, French, others. Young couples with babies, middle-agreed couples, retirees, sailing groups. Mostly white clientele. Based on the respectful and friendly way we were treated, I'll say LGBT friendly. If you want a party or a scene, go elsewhere. If you want blissful rest and quiet, this is the place. We've taken a lot of resort vacations and this one is the best. By far.

Myself and my husband stayed at Nonsuch Bay for 10 days with our 16 month old little boy, and had a glorious time there. All of the staff were lovely and friendly, and really made an effort to chat to us (in particular our son ... high fives all round!) whenever we saw them around the resort. The food was excellent, we were really impressed with the varied choice and flavours on offer across all mealtimes, and our son enjoyed the early Kids Dinner option too. BBQ Night on Thursdays was a particular hit! We stayed in a Beachfront 2 bedroom villa which overlooked the beach and it was perfect for what we needed - loads of space, lovely balcony with beautiful views and very central to the restaurant / beach / pool, so we couldn't have asked for better, really! Have already recommended to friends, and would most likely return ourselves if we ever went back to Antigua :)

Our son and daughter in law were married in early June. The staff at the resort were absolutely wonderful! They became part of our families- warm and engaging. They ensured we had a great time. The rooms are huge with a beautiful view. I'm not a huge buffet fan but the breakfast and lunch were better than other buffets I've had. The was a nice variety of dinner choices. The overwhelming 5 star customer service of the staff was much appreciate. We loved Ruth and all the staff. Thank you for making our children's wedding and family get together a wonderful success with lasting memories.

Went here for a wedding. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, huge furnished spaces with large balconies overlooking the bay. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and fun, and the setting was beautiful. Overall it made for a wonderful visit.

What can I say that others haven't here the resort is just lovely and the staff are just the most welcoming anywhere they are a credit to the themselves and the resort management team. Our room was the entry level called a 1 bed deluxe suite (712) on the first of 2 floors with a massive wrap around balcony outside dining table and lounger plus wicker armchairs all very comfortable for watching the world go by and taking in the trade wind breeze that keeps the island a lovely temperature. The room was more than that a massive 4 room villa/ suite with full air con and vented shutters for some breeze too just lovely Caribbean style home from home also near the middle pool and beach Food was just what we like, good choice and always changing menu meant we could eat healthily or indulge depending on our mood. Always lovely salad selection fresh local fish and meats plus vegetables and nice salads, puds and fruit salad. Others have said that the breakfast was limited I disagree there is always fruit many times melon and pineapple, papaya and limes plus one time fragrant local "soursop " recently highlighted as a potential cancer cure as a nice alternative one morning there are eggs cooked how you want them and some of the best bacon I've had overseas to top it off Porridge and and yoghurt plus daily fresh baked goods such as mini croissant and even rock cakes ๐Ÿ˜ The a la carte evening meals were great changing every 2 days and including smaller but beautifully created plates to balance out the buffet lunches we couldn't resist The bar staff are great as are the beach and waiting teams plus the fantastic watersports team you know who you are no names as so many to recall and all worthy of note not forgetting the fantastic ground staff looking after a tropical paradise of a garden too Sailing what can I say about sailing the team are brilliant they taught a 'self taught ' Hobey cat crashed into a better sailer who managed to single in the elite 24 foot keel boat even making it with Mickey as my guide outside the outer reef for some real ocean swell too on the last day ..excited would not describe it ๐Ÿ”†๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ”†๐Ÿ”†โ›ต๏ธโ›ต๏ธโ›ต๏ธโ›ต๏ธโ›ต๏ธโ›ต๏ธโ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿบ The separate 40 Knots Kitesurfing school run by Italian emigrates Max and Irene is fantastic (though it's extra cost very worthwhile) their instructors give you 121 attention half day at a time in a boat exclusively teaching you in a gentle large lagoon, so safe and so rewarding to finally make kitesurfing up on my board ๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ„๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿฝ To sum up the place is just lovely I just cannot understand the few less raving reviews from some who were there at the same time as us ...bizarre ...maybe it's just me but couldn't see what they were seeing that was at all negative. Guess it takes all sorts to make a world ๐Ÿ˜‰ Lastly we met some fantastic people states and home (UK) who we will keep in touch with too just a brilliant way to celebrate our Pearl Weeding Anniversary and Jan's Birthday for which the staff really made us feel amazing down to the cards and treats in our room what a team Love to return loved it so much we didn't even leave to visit local attractions which meant we maybe missed out, but the draw of a chilled beach and some water action kept us on site and very happy the whole 10 days Thanks to all at Nonsuch Bay Resort we will be back Kev and Jan B
