Hits and Misses
The staff were the strength of our stay. They were very helpful in everything that we did. The food was adequate to disappointing. We could not eat the chicken in our caeser salads and every morning, something went wrong at breakfast. The location is excellent if you don't mind walking. That said, the staff go out of their way to be helpful.

Great hotel but 20-30 min walk to main city attractions
We stayed at this nice hotel during our visit to Galway. Rooms are quite nice and beds extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly, restaurant served excellent food. Our first day Victor was very kind to provide us a ride in the hotel vehicle so we would not miss our dinner reservation at the city center. Overall it was a good stay. Please note the hotel is about 20-30 minutes walking distance to the train station, Spanish arch, Latin quarter and most guided tour meeting points. It is a relatively easy walk but this hotel would probably not be a good choice if you have any problems walking. You can take a taxi to/from the city center and the hotel but it will provably be around 8-15 euro each ride.

Amazing Service
Went to celebrate my friends baby shower with afternoon tea and we had the most amazing time! Kasia served us and she provided the most amazing service and was so accommodating, she really made it such a lovely experience! The food was very tasty and the whole day was made so great by the amazing service!

Excellent facilities, delicious good, wonderful Spa and exceptional staff and customer service
From the moment I rang to book, the customer service stood out, Hazel in reception was friendly, helpful and patient as I made the booking. When we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the reception staff who showed us around and arranged our bags to be brought to our room. The hotel feels fresh and clean, with a lovely scent and very comfortable beds. The spa was a lovely relaxing experience with wonderful treatments by excellent therapists. Our dinner in the lounge was delicious and Adelina and Amy were excellent, they were attentive and accommodating (I would recommend one of Claudios cocktails!) The following day Jane checked us out to finish our experience on a high.
