Amazing Service
Went to celebrate my friends baby shower with afternoon tea and we had the most amazing time! Kasia served us and she provided the most amazing service and was so accommodating, she really made it such a lovely experience! The food was very tasty and the whole day was made so great by the amazing service!

Excellent facilities, delicious good, wonderful Spa and exceptional staff and customer service
From the moment I rang to book, the customer service stood out, Hazel in reception was friendly, helpful and patient as I made the booking. When we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the reception staff who showed us around and arranged our bags to be brought to our room. The hotel feels fresh and clean, with a lovely scent and very comfortable beds. The spa was a lovely relaxing experience with wonderful treatments by excellent therapists. Our dinner in the lounge was delicious and Adelina and Amy were excellent, they were attentive and accommodating (I would recommend one of Claudios cocktails!) The following day Jane checked us out to finish our experience on a high.

Cool relaxing spot with a gorgeous bay view
I love the decor in this place and the view from the sitting room overlooking the bay is sublime. Lovely evening menu- the fries are to die for! Really nice breakfast- not a buffet so really good quality and good portion sizes. Really comfy bed and slept like a log. Excellent staff- I had to call to reception to try to figure out how to turn the air-con off and a lovely gentleman was up in a jiffy to help me out. The gym has a number of machines in it, some free weights but could do with more mats and some kettlebells. All in all a lovely relaxing vibe- would love to come back on a weekend when I wasn't working.

Booking Experience
Had a Bad Experience in Booking for 2 Nights stay. on a first Note, they don't have the dates which we wanted to celebrate our anniversary week after that, reservation said that it's expired and it's a complimentary Voucher so you have to comply with our policy. I have a 5years old Daughter with me and reservation said that I can't book you with this voucher because of health and safety reasons, when I said I'm ok with the standard room where we can accommodate my daughter and the Team member said , oh you are looking for a Free Upgrade. I work for 5 start Resort and we do our very best to accommodate all the reasonable requests to our Guest. I felt I made a mistake by booking in this hotel. Experience was very Bad and left me with 2 minds if to come that far to stay or not. also voucher says it's for 2 nights with Dinner and Breakfast but the Reservation says that it's only for 1 evening meal. Such a Pain. I have the Team members name who did my Bookings if anyone wants to know in details . Thanks
